Chapter 50 - Volume 1 Chapter 50: The Evolution That Makes One Beautiful

EVOLUTION COMPLETE. YOUR DISCIPLES ARE READY.

NUMBER OF DISCIPLES REQUIRED TO CREATE A CLAN: 4 / 5

The evolution of Boros and Andris was almost unreal.

Boros, once massive and bestial, had lost part of his height and bulk. He now measured 1m80, with the perfectly sculpted musculature of a man. His face, once as hard as a cliff, had softened until it became strangely beautiful, carried by skin as white as snow. His black hair now fell all the way down to his calves, his eyes had turned red, and he wore black pants, black shoes, a black shirt with a white vest over it.

Andris, on the other hand, had seen the typical sturdiness of dwarves disappear. He looked like a young elf of 1m60, with pointed ears and incredibly smooth, almost luminous skin. His new face possessed a delicate beauty, enhanced by his curly, medium-length hair mixing white strands with black ones. He wore a richly embroidered red tunic that highlighted his transformed appearance.

New skill of your disciple Boros:

[Protection]

Description: Allows the user to create an energy dome at a chosen location.

New skill of your disciple Andris:

[Sound Control]

Description: Allows the manipulation of sound: directing it, amplifying it, reducing it, or even shaping it.

Alex, his butt still on the ground, completely shocked, stammered:

"I-they… they became handsome…"

Boros, hesitant, ran his hands over his own body, while Andris touched his face in amazement.

Suddenly, Boros screamed:

"Aaaaah! I lost all my muscles!"

He fell to his knees, panicked.

"What happened?! I lost my magnificent muscles!"

Andris, meanwhile, beamed with joy:

"I love this transformation! I feel stronger and more handsome! Just look at this skin!"

Boros slowly stood up and looked at his hands, eyes wide.

"…It's true that I really do feel stronger."

He inhaled deeply, feeling the energy vibrating in his veins.

"The energy my body is releasing right now… I even surpass my father at his peak…"

He clenched his fists, a new determination in his gaze.

"With this… I feel like I'll be able to take my revenge, when the time comes."

Alex was still on the ground, his head resting on his hand. He murmured, intrigued:

"It's really strange… this evolution… it even evolves the clothes."

A few moments later, he got up with the help of his telekinesis and smiled:

"Well, that's not so bad."

Then, addressing everyone:

"So… do you all feel like testing your new abilities?"

They all exchanged knowing looks and smiled with excitement. Their red eyes shone intensely, just like Alex's.

A few minutes later, they arrived at Boros's hunting ground. The area was infested with monsters: gigantic boars with long, sharp, black tusks. In this region, that species proliferated a lot. Without Boros's repeated hunts, they would have invaded the entire forest.

Alex observed the scene and said calmly:

"Perfect… hunt as much as you can."

Boros frowned:

"Is that really a good idea?"

Alex didn't understand his hesitation. Andris, all enthusiastic, replied:

"It's true, boss! With so much meat, we won't be able to finish it all… the rest will rot! It would be such a waste."

Alex looked at him, slightly amused:

"I still don't understand… you don't know about the principle of freezing?"

Both of them seemed a little lost in their thoughts. Linnie, on the other hand, wasn't really paying attention to the conversation.

Alex continued speaking calmly:

"You just have to freeze the excess meat. The cold prevents the meat from spoiling."

Andris, eyes wide, exclaimed:

"Really? But if that's true… that's incredible! With all this game, we could last for months thanks to this principle of…"

"Freezing," Alex corrected with a smile.

Boros shook his head, impressed:

"That's really incredible… If my tribe had known about this, we could have avoided all those dangerous hunts… which cost many lives."

Andris, surprised, asked:

"Many what?"

At that moment, a huge boar sprang out of nowhere, leaping toward Andris with its mouth wide open.
