Today has been one hell of a day.
The new secretary, Sarah, isn't who I'd want as a secretary. She's lousy, pokes her nose in everything, always bringing in documents late, let's not even talk about the emails she doesn't reply to.
She's seriously getting on my nerves. I don't know where else I'd get a better secretary, so I can't fire her– yet.
Lyanna on the other hand...
Sighs.
I walk into the living room to see Lyanna laughing with someone I don't recognize.
I take a step forward to see a young man sitting beside her. He says something, and she straight up bursts out laughing– hard. Too hard, if I must say.
The man must have noticed my presence, because he looks over his shoulder, and his eyes darken instantly.
Lyanna also looks in my direction, her smile faltering.
"Who are you?" I ask the stranger who's rising to his feet.
"Lyanna's guardian," he replies dryly.
I arch my brow, throwing a confused glance in her direction.
