Elena frowned slightly. "What do you mean?"
Lucas took a breath before explaining. "The car that caused the accident hit your mother's car from the right side. The impact was directly on that side, and it was extremely strong."
Elena's expression became more focused. "I remember the condition of the car. It was completely damaged from that side."
"Exactly," Lucas said. "Arthur lost his life because of that impact, and the damage clearly shows how violent the collision was."
Elena nodded slowly, but she still waited for him to explain the connection.
Lucas looked at her and said, "Now think about this carefully. If Evelyn was sitting on the right side, which took the full impact, how did she survive with only minor injuries?"
Elena went silent. The question settled heavily in her mind.
Lucas continued, "Even if she survived, her injuries should have been extremely severe. They should have matched the level of damage to the car and Arthur's condition."
