He stared at the once in a lifetime passive function given to him by the system, and looked at his environment. According to the system, the skill would give him an advantage in his current situation by allowing him to conduct a wide area search for an imprint left by Ash after the avalanche.
Above and below the snow, so far as it has Ash's scent or mana signature, it would spot it and trace it. The only problem was the amount of time given for it to work. With the time the system gave him, there was no way he would find Ash.
'A wide area search within fifteen minutes tops…would it work? So far it's the only somewhat useful skill the system has given to me since I awakened it..' he gave it a thorough thought before rising to his feet.
Manoeuvring the system was something he had done before, doing it again wouldn't be so hard for him. He tapped on the system surface screen, gliding through the options.
