A couple of minutes later, Lu Chong arrived.
Awed by the grandeur of the manor, he struggled to keep his focus.
"My lord."
He bowed respectfully before Zhou Zhou.
"This is for you."
Zhou Zhou handed him the crystal.
"It's a treasure that can help deepen your comprehension of your law skill."
He then revealed the crystal's information.
Lu Chong stood frozen for several seconds, utterly stunned.
Once he regained his senses, he quickly dropped to his knees and kowtowed.
"Thank you for your grace, my lord!"

He declared fervently.
"Go and make good use of it."
Zhou Zhou said calmly.

Lu Chong rose to his feet and bowed once more before departing.

She exclaimed after seeing the small pool of blood on the floor.
Scooping Zhou Zhou into her arms, she quickly fed him her stock of life potions and energy potions.
Moments later, Hui Teng burst into the room.
"My lord!"
He dropped to his knees beside the unconscious Zhou Zhou.
"What happened?"
He turned to Theresa urgently.
"I don't know."
She replied, her voice tense.
"I only saw him lying in a pool of blood in my dream, so I rushed over."
As her words fell, a terrifying aura suddenly descended upon them.
'It's Nezario!'
Hui Teng thought, struggling to keep himself from collapsing under the overwhelming pressure.
"Hold on, Nezario!"
Aegon's voice rang out as he stepped into the manor.
The oppressive force vanished instantly.
Theresa and Hui Teng both exhaled in relief.
"What happened?"
Aegon asked as he stepped up behind Hui Teng.
Theresa quickly repeated everything she had told Hui Teng.
Meanwhile, the soldiers in the base began to stir, awakened by Nezario's dragon might.
It didn't take long for them to determine the issue after noticing where the dragon's gaze was fixed.
"My lord."
Bai Yung's eyes sharpened as he rushed towards the manor.
As for Lu Chong, he remained in a dream created by the divine spark fragment.
Bai Yung arrived at the manor just behind Maris, stepping into the room as Theresa finished recounting the events beside Zhou Zhou's unconscious body.

Zhang Xiang and Monica acknowledged the command before rushing outside.
"How is he?"
Bai Yung asked, turning to Theresa.
"The life potions should have healed the injuries inside his body since he stopped bleeding."
She replied.
"As to when he would regain consciousness... I don't know."
She poured another vial of energy potion into Zhou Zhou's mouth before setting it aside.
"He needs to be examined by a doctor. Internal injuries can be difficult to deal with."
Aegon said.
"Have Jeremy bring Fletcher over."
"He's the only doctor at the White platinum-tier."
Hui Teng said to Bai Yung.
"Understood."
Bai Yung gave a short nod and stepped out of the sitting room.

"This is the first time I've ever seen the soldiers like this... it's terrifying."
Michael, a nineteen years old architect, muttered as he watched the soldiers forming a tight parameter in front the lord's manor.
"Jeremy's even more frightening when you consider how friendly he usually is."
"I wonder what could have happened to push them to this point..."
"I just hope the lord is alright."
He fell silent, his thoughts lingering as he watched Jeremy sprint past him and the small group of civilians around.
