Well, ummm, that is a quite difficult question to answe, due to me not be able to accurately judge how powerful an Emperor level figure with me being a Ruler Rank, but it was said that for one to become a Ruler, he would need to decide on a Way, a path that from that day on he will focus on seeking it through to its end .
But an Emperor, this was the level that could only be reached, when that Ruler level individual able to grasp some of the Truths about the Path he had chosen for himself, making him connected to a new source of strength, something that we demons believe to make the Emperor level figure to be connected to a quite endless source and able to siphon and borrow huge amount of strength from it, that was at least what most of the rumors back in the Real World were saying about that Level of strength .
One of those rumors was that unless the opponent of the Emperor level individual was another person in the same level, they were unparalleled, meaning that below the emperor level they were invincible, but as how much of that was true, i don't know .
All i knew was that my father said that once a person reach that level of strength, he is eligible to treat everyone with despise, for him all the lives of those people who were weaker than him, were nothing but ants, he believed that the elevation to the emperor level of strength, elevate the whole person state of existence .
So your question was really quite a difficult one to answer, but i would say you are close to that level of strength, but also far, your physical body in your demon form might be able to bear the hits of the Demon Emperor to some extent, but that is exactly why i believe that you are close but far .

You had a body that i believe that could contend with the Demon Emperor, but this was all that you might be able to do, contend, as for beating him, i'm still inclined to believe what these rumors said about that Level of strength. other than you being another Emperor, the probability of you able to win was close to zero .
You don't even know what is your path, no you still hadn't even began to refine Mana yet, so let's not talk about paths, you still hadn't even expanded your Mana Core to its limit, not even once .
I'm sorry to tell you this, but if you were to fight the Demon Emperor, the chances of the Demon Emperor winning was much higher than you .
After hearing what he said, i didn't argue with him nor did i hit him, the reason was quite simple, everything he just said was true, it was a harsh truth, but a truth nonetheless, if i wanted to beat that Demon Emperor, then i will most likely need to gain even more strength than i currently have, much more strength than I currently have, just in case of something unexpected were to happen .
I will also need to adapt to the demon race way of getting stronger, Refining Mana, Increasing My Mind Power, Enhancing My Mind, Learning Battle Aura and i might even need to completely master all those arts, before being able to beat that Demon Emperor .
Currently it would be best if i'm able to get started with learning some of those Mana Refining Techniques, then i will see how will it goes, i would also like to learn more about the use of Mind Power and might even choose to learn the Mind Nourishing Method currently in Ludo's hands .
When i told him about my intention, he directly throw all the copy and scrolls on techniques he had on his belt, when i asked about when did he do all of this, he mentioned that he used this way to kill some time as he waited for me to finish my transformation, i nodded at him and accepted those things, then asked if we should hurry, he already healed most of the injuries on his face, so he nodded and we both began to fly towards Devons .
I wondered about what Hana might think after she see me like this, not flying, but a demon was what i meant to say, what kind of reaction will she gave me, will it be anger, detest even, these thoughts were what currently occupying my mind .
After we flew for 10 minutes at full speed, the outline of what seemed to be a massive fortress appeared in my sight with a castle that wasn't inferior to the one i saw in Animagia, but as we reached this close from the city, the guy that was accompanying me suddenly stopped flying, i wondered what was wrong with him and he explained that it won't be be appropriate for us to go inside the city together .
I then understood that with the relationship between the Demon Emperor and their family, that was indeed would raise suspicion, but that was only if they were found out, i was covered up from head to toe, so them being able to identify me was something quite hard to imagine, but he then explained what was the in and out of this and i understood that my line of thinking was indeed wrong, he said :
No matter who was the person that wanted to enter Devons, he will be throughly checked, if he was a demon the guards at the gates will check his Mark, then ask him to transform then he would be allowed entry , but if he was from any other race, they would be checked then all the details about them will be registered, if it was their first time they will be marked, but if any information seemed to be unclear, or the guy marked lost the mark for any kind of reasons they won't be able to enter through the barrier surrounding the city, they might also get killed in front of the gate .
That talk about that Mark again, so that was the Mark being used for, the mark wasn't to distinguish between the Demons and the other Races, it was actually used to extinguish who was a demon and who was trying to act like one, but wait doesn't that mean that i won't be able to enter the city due to this then, i couldn't help but voice my worries and that it seemed that i will have to stay in wait for him to finish his business outside the gates, at this i saw him smugly smiling as he said :
Don't worry, i already gave you the same mark that Callen had on him .

He was struggling to find a reasonable argument which should allow him to convince me not to beat him like before, but he was failing miserably, but seeing him struggling like this, made me lose interest in beating him anymore, i agreed to wait for him outside the gates of the city and he as if being given the highest reward he could wish for spread his wings and flew towards the city, i was a bit curious about everything inside the city, but decided against venturing inside, me in my demon form was unrecognizable, but with red hair and eyes, i might get mistaken for that Callen, resulting in a headache like situation and unneeded troubles .
I stood a bit fair distance away from the gates and waited for that guy while covering my head completely so to not be recognized by anyone passing through, i take most but one thing in consideration, that thing being the fact that i was now living in a Magical World where different kind of magical and strange abilities existed, one of those strange abilities was in the hand of a demon that happened to be passing through the gate and was turning left and right then he spotted me in the distance .
I was being looked at by unknown demon that was more of a rat monster than a demon for not more than 2 seconds, then he once again shifted his stare to elsewhere, i kept having a bad premonition about this since the second he passed through the gate, i was conflicated about whether to retreat to somewhere for now, but decided to just change the place where i was stationed in, i changed places three times, before that bad premonition in my heart finally disappeared .
I took a sigh of relief and kept looking at the gate, wanting to see when will that guy Ludo come out, so that i could notify him of where i was, i saw different kinds of Monsters, Humans, Demons, even Beastfolk were there all waiting for their turn to be checked and get the chance to enter Devons .
I wasn't able to see much due to the barrier that was installed behind the gates, those who try to force their way in had one result waiting for him or them Death .
I waited and waited but there was no sign of him coming out of the gate, the bad premonition in my heart kept getting stronger and stronger, until i wasn't able to contain myself from getting anxious any more, i was beginning to think that a problem might have arose that delayed him a little, but a long time had passed since he entered the city .
Yet, there was no sign of him coming out since then, the gates seemed to be also closing up, no one panicked or tried to force his way through, most of those who weren't able to get inside, camped in the spacious area around the gates, cheers and laughter began to sound around me, but all that i was currently focused on was calming down my anxious heart .
I'm losing both time and patience standing still like this, my mind kept enticing me to still try to go inside by forcing my way through, unlike the others who might fail in breaking in, i had no doubt that i would be able to succeed in doing so, but i still decided to wait for some time more, the bad premonition hadn't left me since those city gates were closed, but i wasn't able to tell what was it warning me about .
Something bad happening to Ludo, someone i know, something bad was happening at Troland, something bad about to befell me, all sorts kind of interpretations came to my mind, but i completely baffled at what was the correct guess in this awkward situation .
I'm not sure whether we were day or night at this point, and there were no indication of what was which, all i knew that i was in need of making up my mind on wait for a bit more, or breaking in .
As i was thinking about this, i was able to hear some of the people camping and talking with one another, just as i was not sure of what to do, i heard about two pieces of an interesting news, the first one was related to me, the bounty on my head had suddenly increased to become 200 Mana Stones, quite the huge fortune, but what made this news more interesting was the fact that even if someone presented any kind of information about me, they would be able to gain 50 Mana Stones .
I looked strangely towards a group of Adventurers that appeard to be more of a bandits than an actual Adventurers, they were the group that started this kind of conversation, they were boasting about how were they able to trick the clerk responsible for this task and give him a view vague information like that i was a human hero who escaped from Troland, a basic information everyone know about,
Yet they said that the clerk granted them the 50 Mana Stones reward, then others who did similar things, one after another began to boast about acquiring enough money to live extremely well for a long period of time .
The things that those guys said to claim the rewards had me seeing with anger in addition my current tensed mood didn't help me in calming myself down much, not wanting to to make a scene just yet, i swallowed those insults, but marked each and every person who opened his mouth and spouted nonsense just now .
I was about to retreat to my original hiding place, but then the second piece of news was what i could describe as the straw that broke the camel back, it indeed had that exact effect on me, that piece of news came from a lisard like creature, i wasn't able to tell if he was a demon or a monster, i had seen more weirder things today than what i could possibly be able to imagine in my dreams .
That piece of news was related to the king of Devons, King Devo being currently in possession of a female slave that was a human, but that wasn't the interesting part according to the lizard man, he stopped saying anything else and those that paid attention to his words, all looked at each other and came to an agreement about what that guy wanted so that he can tell them the rest of that piece of news .
They each poured two Mana Stones and gave it to the lizard, at this a thought suddenly came to mind, if i get rid of all of those guys here and get hold of all their belongings, will i be able to gather enough Mana Stones to reach Troland, that thought was beginning to entice me to act upon it, but the next words of that lizard man made me discard all my previous thoughts and allowed me to decide on which action to make directly .
After he got what he wanted, he then continued to say that the human girl identity was actually one of those heroes that were summoned a few months ago in Troland .
The moment he said this, i found myself involuntarily appearing in front of him and holding him up by the throat, much to the shock of everyone around us, i said in a deep evil tone :
