Chapter 38 - Chapter 38: First generation

The God Dogs were no longer just a rising Major crew they were a phenomenon, Their name carried weight not just in Seoul, but in neighboring regions too From Incheon to Gyeonggi, smaller gangs whispered that Gangbuk was no longer open territory It belonged to the God Dogs completely now.

And behind that rise stood two figures, Sun-ho and Johan Seong

And also, Sun-ho meeting business partners and expanding his corporate network under the name International Wealth Investment a company that now had links in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore.

It started three months after the reorganization when word spread that the God Dogs controlled whole Gangbuk, The declaration had been enough to attract some.

Dozens of gangs, and as far as Daegu and Busan, began creeping toward Seoul, each believing they could break the new rulers and claim Gangbuk for themselves.

Every week, a new banner appeared, a new crew claiming they'd take the God Dogs down.

But Sun-ho, He didn't even deploy his best fighters.

Instead, he ordered that only the lower executives ranks 12 through 20, would deal with the incoming threats.

"Let them test their worth," he'd said simply during a meeting "The world won't wait for them to grow."

And so, they fought.

The first invasion came from the Red Fang Crew, defeated within two hours by Yugyeom, Jihyeon, and Scott Kwon.

Then came the Daegu Hyenas, a brutal gang known for ambush tactics, crushed by Ivan Park and Hope Park.

After that, smaller groups tried, each falling faster than the last.

But the battles weren't easy, The God Dogs lower executives and members bled and broken bones, Some were hospitalized, others barely stood by the end but they won, Every time.

And through it all, Sun-ho watched analyzing every mistakes.

From that day forward training became more hell, Sparring until exhaustion Conditioning Even Johan, joined the sessions to push the lower ranks beyond their limits.

The God Dogs had evolved.

Meanwhile, Minsoo

He had barely any time for J-High showing up only once a week.

Most didn't know the truth that outside the school, Minsoo was managing businesses alongside Sun-ho, reviewing reports, handling contracts, and quietly pulling strings within the financial side of the God Dogs.

The stress was enormous.

And when he wasn't working, he was training and Training with Hana Mae Lee,

[10 MONTHS LATER]

[PRESENT DAY]

the gates of J-High School, Students rushed in through the entrance, laughing, chatting, some yawning.

Among them, one figure walked slowly, It was Minsoo, returning for his second year at J-High, after 2nd years first Semester.

He wore his uniform neatly, Hair styled into a standard two-block cut with a clean middle part.

He paused at the gate, looking up at the familiar building.

"Back again, huh."

For a moment, he thought about how much had changed

Minsoo smiled faintly, slipping his hands into his pockets.

"Didn't expect to meet the first generation's fighters here, in a gang like this," Sun-ho his voice calm standing in the middle of a ruined warehouse Around him, sixteen men circled.

"I see now," Sun-ho continued, his gaze across the fallen bodies of his comrades Wuhyeong, Sehun, Ivan Park, Hope Park, Dongtak, and Haru Each of them lay bruised and bleeding, struggling to stay conscious "That's why our lower executives got battered."

His tone mix of disappointment and admiration, He crouched slightly, resting one hand on his knee as his eyes scanned the men standing before him the so-called first generation fighters.

"Whoa! Look who it is," one of the enemies shouted, his laugh echoed "Sun-ho, the vice leader of God Dogs! you came here just to get beaten up like the rest of your gang?" His voice was filled with mockery.

Haru, on his knees and barely able to lift his head, spoke with a strained voice "Why are you here, Sun-ho, You shouldn't have come They're not worth your time."

Sun-ho walked over to him quietly and placed his hand gently on top of Haru's head His expression softened "Don't worry," he said "This gang isn't what Jin Jang thought it was He miscalculated."

He looked up again, eyes hardened "They're not some street punks From This generation, They're from Gyeonggi the first generations Strong enough to shake even major crews Currently, The fact that you guys managed to hold them off this long," He paused "…is something you should be little proud of."

the first-generation fighters seemed to sense that something about Sun-ho was different.

He straightened up, cracking his neck "the higher executives are already fighting the inner circle of this gang," His lips curved "Bringing your whole crew to conquer Gangbuk was a bold move, I'll give you that It might've worked, if this were still the old God Dogs."

One of the first-generation men snorted. "Kid, I don't care who you are Against us, it's useless You can't beat our top members While you're standing here, your crew's out there dying one by one, Hahaha!"

The laughter was loud and cruel.

But Sun-ho, a slow, almost thrilled grin spread across his face His heartbeat quickened not from fear, but excitement.

He had been waiting for something like this A fight that actually meant something a chance to face the fighters of the past.

The first-generation fighters froze for a split second.

Sun-ho's eyes gleamed, filled with raw anticipation.

"Come at me," he said "You shitheads."
