Thank you all for taking the time out of your lives to read this story. I really appreciate it!
I've had this story in my mind for a while now, and after some internal debate, I decided to just start writing it and see where it takes me. I'm a huge fan of anime, manga, and comics, and I have been for my entire life. But there are also some things in those platforms that I genuinely dislike. So, I decided that I was going to just stop complaining and write the kind of story that took everything that I both love and hate about those things and put my own little twist on them. And well…this is the result!
I've had a really fun time writing this story, though, that much is true. And it's nice to be able to put my own original thoughts into words and share them with anyone who is willing to see them. I get that this may not be everyone's cup of tea, but that's okay. As long as even one person out there enjoys it, then that's more than enough for me!
For those who are curious, I essentially have this story broken up into three different acts/seasons focused on my three main protagonists. And one final act to wrap it all up at the end. This season was obviously centered around Cyrus and his journey up until this point in the story. But the next one will be about Maria and the struggles that she's been going through when she's not on the page. It will also be when we finally introduce a faction that I've been teasing at ever since the beginning.
I'm really looking forward to working on it, especially since I already have a good idea as to how I want to start it. But unfortunately, I can't give you guys a date regarding when I'll start posting it. Don't worry, though, I'll be starting on the general outline soon. So, I doubt that it will take me that long to get things going!
I would really like to gather some feedback from anyone who has made it this far into the story. I want to know what you guys think about it. What did you like? What did you dislike? Who are your favorite characters? What do you want to see from the story moving forward? Anything you have to say, feel free to say it. I'm not afraid of criticism as long as it's respectful and constructive. And I really want to read your guy's opinions.
