A Frozen Restaurant
The restaurant is no longer warm with laughter.
The air feels heavy. Chairs scrape. People stand frozen in fear.
Shammroy stands at the exit, his hand wrapped around the throat of the noble boy's collar. The boy's face turns red, breath breaking, sweat rolling down his temples.
Civilians tremble. No one dares to move.
Secretary ,angry,
"What are you doing?! Do you even know who he belongs to? Do you know who his father is?!"
Shammroy tilts his head slightly, studying the secretary with genuine confusion.
Shammroy , calm, clueless,
"What? Sorry. I am weak in this kind of subject."
The secretary freezes, shocked by the answer.
Secretary ,stunned,
"What?!"
A guard steps forward, fist raised—
But before the punch lands—
A leg snaps upward.
The guard is sent flying across the restaurant, crashing through the doors and rolling outside. Dust fills the air.
The broken doors kept swinging uncontrollably, back and forth, as the dust settled, Querion stood behind Shammroy, leg slowly lowering, eyes calm, posture loyal. Like a shadow that moves only when his leader is threatened.
The remaining guards and secretary stare in disbelief.
Shammroy doesn't even turn back.
His gaze stays locked on the boy.
Shammroy ,cold authority,
"So listen carefully. Speak with respect when you talk to elders. Even if they are not nobles. Even if they are not kings. Even to ordinary people who are older than you. Understand?"
The secretary snaps out of shock and screams.
Secretary ,furious,
"What are you all staring at?! Get them!"
Shammroy releases the boy and hurls him toward a table. The boy crashes onto a table —unconscious.
Querion steps forward.
Ferin cracks his knuckles while jogging casually.
Kaizer stretches his shoulders as if this is just another routine.
The three move like it's normal life for them.
Roven watches, confused, whispering.
Roven , confused,
"Why are they acting like this… dumb?"
A guard rushes toward Shammroy—
But collapses before reaching him.
Another. Falls.
Another. Down.
Shammroy hasn't landed a single hit and sees the collapsed guard with an awful expression . His team dismantles all eight guards in flashes of movement.
He exhales in disappointment.
Shammroy ,sighing,
"You guys could at least leave me one."
Silence follows.
Only the secretary remains, shaking.
Shammroy's footsteps echo's in the secretary chest as he slowly approaches.
Each step feels heavier than the last.
He stops right in front of the trembling man.
Shammroy ,soft, dangerous,
"So… tell me. What will you do now?"
The secretary stammers, voice breaking.
Secretary ,terrified,
"I-I… I will leave… with our owner…"
He lifts the unconscious boy onto his shoulder and backs away toward the ruined door, rage and humiliation burning in his eyes.
As he runs, he shouts back.
Secretary , screaming,
"You will pay for this! Mr. Phosperisus will never forgive you for what you did to his child!"
Shammroy scoffs.
Shammroy ,dismissive,
"Leave it."
He turns to the terrified civilians still frozen in place.
His tone softens.
Shammroy ,reassuring,
"Don't worry. Continue your meals. There will be no disturbance anymore."
Slowly, people sit back down. Fear remains in the air, but something else is there too… respect.
The receptionist watches with shining eyes, whispering to herself.
'Not only him… even his group… they are all strong.'
Consequences
Elvein storms forward, furious.
Elvein , shouting,
"What have you all done?!"
Querion, Ferin, and Kaizer respond together, completely casually.
Querion, Ferin, Kaizer calm,
"Just sharing the troubles."
Aseri steps forward, panic rising.
Aseri ,worried,
"What! Are you serious?! Do you even understand what consequences you just invited?!"
Roven follows, frustration in his eyes.
Roven ,upset,
"I warned you all… and still you walked straight into this!"
Querion steps toward Roven, voice firm with loyalty.
Querion loyal,
"Yes. You warned us for our good. But we cannot leave our dumb leader who alone walks into danger without any second thought. If anything or something comes… we are ready to face it."
Roven exhales slowly.
He knows it's too late now. And accepts the inevitable of the consequences.
The Arrival
A new voice cuts through the air.
Cold. Calm. Unknown.
Unknown voice,
"Are you the one I am searching for?"
Everyone turns.
A warrior steps inside with his squad. Armor scratched. Presence heavy. Soldiers shaped by battle.
Terion's eyes widened.
Terion shocked,
"Ireivo…? What are you doing here?"
The warrior smiles faintly.
Ireivo smirk,
"The Archon's commands me to bring you all."
The air shifts.
A new threat has entered the story.
