Chapter 449 - Chapter 446: Unification of Five Great Ninja Villages!

Kitazawa stood where he was and clenched his fist.

After obtaining 80% of Senju Hashirama's physique, his body didn't actually change that much.

Because the Ōtsutsuki bloodline he'd acquired earlier was no weaker than Hashirama's physique to begin with.

In terms of raw physical strength, he was already close to the limit.

But having more chakra was naturally a good thing.

In theory, he now possessed endless chakra.

In reality, his chakra still had an upper bound.

It was just that there was no longer any enemy in the shinobi world capable of draining him dry—not even Ōtsutsuki Kaguya.

As for the remaining 20% of Hashirama's physique, he would have to wait for Uzumaki Naruto to finish his system task of becoming a perfect jinchūriki.

Kitazawa had thought Naruto could complete it before the Fourth Shinobi World War, but becoming a perfect jinchūriki was simply too difficult.

Still, he wasn't in a hurry.

Because it was only a matter of time.

Kitazawa thought it through carefully.

Even if he gathered 100% of Hashirama's physique, there probably wouldn't be any new abilities.

Hashirama's greatest defining traits were threefold.

First: massive chakra reserves.

Second: powerful Wood Release.

Third: cells with extremely strong vitality.

And Kitazawa could already do all three.

That said, more chakra was never a bad thing.

He rubbed his chin.

Now that the four great ninja villages had been defeated, the shinobi world would enter a long period of peace.

From here on, what he needed to do was unify the shinobi world—and then develop it.

Of course, there were still potential crises.

For example, the Ōtsutsuki clan.

But judging by the original plot, they wouldn't suddenly appear in the shinobi world anytime soon.

By the time they did, he figured he'd already be able to crush them completely.

Kitazawa then thought of Ōtsutsuki Kaguya.

He planned to release her again after some time and see if he could trigger a corresponding system task.

Especially the Rinne Sharingan—something that could only be born after eating the Divine Tree's fruit. He'd coveted it for a long time.

"Konan."

Kitazawa came back to himself and called out.

Konan, wearing an Anbu mask, immediately appeared before him.

"The war is over. Leave the cleanup to them—we're going back to Konoha," Kitazawa said.

He reached out, grabbed her wrist, and used the Flying Thunder God Technique.

In the next second, the two of them appeared in the Hokage's office.

"Konan, have Anbu spread the news that Konoha defeated the four great villages," Kitazawa ordered, releasing her wrist.

"Yes, Hokage-sama."

Konan nodded and left the office.

A moment later, she arrived at the Anbu office inside the Hokage Tower.

"Nagato. Long time no see."

Konan pushed open the door and walked in.

"Konan? Weren't you on the battlefield with the Hokage?" Nagato asked, his tone surprised.

"The war is over. Konoha won," Konan replied, forcing down the emotions in her chest. "From now on, there won't be war in the shinobi world."

Nagato froze in place.

A dazed look surfaced on his face.

When Yahiko was alive, their dream had been peace.

After Yahiko died, they still wanted peace—only through a more extreme path.

When the Akatsuki was defeated by Konoha, Nagato had believed their dream would end right there.

He never imagined that, through a twist of fate, it would still be realized.

The only question was how long this peace would last.

But Nagato was certain of one thing:

As long as Kitazawa lived, the shinobi world would remain peaceful.

"The Hokage wants Anbu to pass this news down," Konan explained, stating her purpose.

"No problem!" Nagato stood up. "I'll arrange it right now!"

Konan watched the smile on his face and felt a quiet sense of relief.

No matter what, the Akatsuki had finally achieved the dream they'd pursued for so long.

And she, too, had found her place in Konoha.

In less than half an hour, the entire village already knew the war had ended.

No one needed to organize anything—everyone fell into celebration on their own.

All four great villages had been defeated. It was an unprecedented victory.

Many villagers and ninja who had lived through multiple world wars were moved to tears.

After all, this war had been won with unbelievable ease—a stark contrast to the hardship of the past.

Even though Kitazawa hadn't personally fought in this war, Konoha's villagers and ninja still regarded him as the greatest contributor.

His fame rose yet another level.

Though for him, his reputation had already reached its peak—there wasn't much "higher" left to go.

Hokage Tower, Film Department Office.

Yūhi Kurenai heard the cheers coming from outside the window.

She instinctively stood and walked over.

"Just as expected of the man I chose!"

After clearly hearing the celebration outside, Kurenai said smugly.

Then her eyes lit up with a new idea:

Film the Fourth Shinobi World War as a movie—and make it the Film Department's second production.

The more she thought about it, the better it sounded. Inspiration kept bubbling up.

She hurried back to her desk and began writing the script.

Konoha Casino.

"Damn it!"

Tsunade gritted her teeth and clenched her fist.

She'd lost all morning again.

"We won!"

Suddenly someone rushed into the casino, shouting, "Konoha defeated the four great villages!"

Tsunade froze, as if it didn't feel real.

The Fourth Shinobi World War ended that quickly?

In her memory, the first three wars had lasted a very long time.

And long wars meant enormous losses—especially casualties.

But this war hadn't even lasted a full month.

Anyone who heard it would find it unbelievable.

Tsunade couldn't help but smile.

She hoped the peace would last forever.

That way, she could drink and gamble every day—and spar with Kitazawa too.

Hokage's Office.

For Kitazawa, during the war he had nothing to do. But once the war ended, a mountain of work piled up.

For example: what rewards to give the ninja who'd earned merit in the war.

And: how to handle the jōnin captured from the four great villages.

And: after unifying the five great villages, how to run everything.

Finally: what arrangements to make for the daimyō of the various countries now under control.

Before he knew it, dusk arrived.

Kitazawa stood up and stretched.

After sorting through everything for an entire afternoon, he had a rough plan for what came next.

"Konan, see you tomorrow."

He reached out and rested his hand on Konan's cheek.

He'd needed to focus all afternoon, so he hadn't had her help relieve his stress like before.

Konan didn't speak. She parted her red lips and kissed the center of his palm.

At the same time, she stared straight at him—her eyes turbulent with emotion.

"Hold out for one night," Kitazawa murmured, leaning close to her ear.

Konan's gaze flickered, and she answered softly.

Kitazawa casually patted her perky backside, then vanished.

When he appeared again, he was already home.

"Tsunade-sensei, why are you back so early today?" Kitazawa asked, surprised, seeing Tsunade sitting on the sofa.

"Why do you think?" Tsunade's lips curved into a smile. "Obviously to come home early and welcome our great hero."

"Sounds like I still carry some weight in Tsunade-sensei's heart," Kitazawa said, walking up and burying his face in her soft, mature chest.

"Enough. They're all in the kitchen—if they see you like this, it won't be good," Tsunade let him hug her for a moment, then pushed him away.

"They?"

Kitazawa sat beside her, his right hand resting on her thigh.

"Kurenai, Shizune, and Rina," Tsunade explained. "To celebrate Konoha's victory, the three of them are making a big feast together."

"I can't finish that much alone," Kitazawa shook his head, his right hand sliding to her hem.

"Karen already went to invite her classmates," Tsunade grabbed his wrist and shot him a glare. "Don't you dare."

"Yes, Tsunade-sensei."

Kitazawa obediently stopped, his hand resting on her flat abdomen.

A thought suddenly surfaced.

Now that the shinobi world was unified, maybe he should have Tsunade give him a child.

Before, even though he'd been "battle-tested," he'd always kept things under control.

Mainly because he was still young, and the world's crisis hadn't been resolved—so he didn't want children yet.

Now, the only remaining threat was the Ōtsutsuki clan, and it would still take them a long time to descend upon the shinobi world.

But Kitazawa quickly dismissed the thought.

Children could be left to fate.

After all, in theory, he was already immortal. There was no need to rush.

They didn't talk long before a knock sounded at the door.

"I'll get it," Kitazawa said, standing and walking to the entrance.

He opened the door, and Uzumaki Naruto, Hyūga Hinata, Yamanaka Ino, Uchiha Sasuke, and the others came into view.

Of the seven squads that graduated from the genius class, only two hadn't arrived yet—Might Guy's squad and Yamato's squad.

They were still on the road and would probably return to Konoha in a couple of days.

"Kitazawa-sensei!"

They all shouted in unison.

"Come in," Kitazawa said with a smile, stepping aside.

After entering the living room, Naruto and the others quickly greeted Tsunade too.

"Wait a moment—I'll go pick up Neji and the others," Kitazawa said, then used Flying Thunder God immediately.

When he reappeared, Hyūga Neji, Rock Lee, and the rest were with him.

The sudden increase in people wasn't something Kurenai and Shizune had anticipated.

More accurately, they hadn't prepared that many dishes.

But fortunately, Kitazawa had Flying Thunder God.

He played delivery driver for a bit and teleported around to pack up plenty of food and bring it back.

Tsunade was, without a doubt, the happiest—

Because everything Kitazawa bought was what she liked.

Soon, everyone gathered together.

The original dining table couldn't fit so many people, so Kitazawa used Wood Release on the spot to create a huge circular table.

"To Konoha's victory—cheers!" Tsunade raised her cup with a broad smile.

Kitazawa and the others raised theirs in response.

Of course, Naruto, Ino, and the rest weren't drinking alcohol—they had juice.

"This war—you all did well," Kitazawa said after setting down his cup. "I'm thinking of promoting all of you to jōnin. What do you think?"

Sasuke and the others wore different expressions.

None of them expected to become jōnin so quickly.

They'd only graduated recently—they hadn't even been genin for a full year.

"With your strength, jōnin is absolutely appropriate," Kurenai agreed.

"The only issue is experience," Tsunade said after a pause. "But with your Kitazawa-sensei watching over you, it shouldn't be a problem."

"If you all become jōnin, you'll be the youngest jōnin in Konoha's history," Kurenai said with a sigh.

Back then, Kakashi had become jōnin at twelve and was hailed as a super genius.

Now, twenty-one super geniuses around the age of twelve were appearing at once—news like that would shake the entire shinobi world.

Sasuke and the others had no objections to becoming jōnin.

In their understanding, jōnin were the pillars of a village.

Becoming jōnin meant earning Konoha's recognition.

Dinner ended amid relaxed conversation.

Kitazawa used Flying Thunder God to send Hinata and the others back to their homes one by one.

The night grew deep.

Kitazawa walked into his bedroom.

His eyes widened instinctively.

Tsunade and Kurenai were lying on the bed.

Their bodies were slightly arched, their snow-white curves trembling as they were exposed to the air.

Kitazawa turned off the light without hesitation.

He knew tonight would be another sleepless night.

And the only thing he could do… was give it everything he had.

Morning.

Kitazawa opened his eyes.

Three lines of text appeared before him.

[Current Mission: Help Might Guy's squad become famous.]

[Mission Reward: Eight Gates Formation.]

[Mission Completed. Reward Granted.]

After a full day of publicity, Might Guy's squad's fame had spread across the shinobi world.

Kitazawa had successfully completed his system task.

He had obtained the Eight Gates before, but only the First Gate.

Now he had the complete Eight Gates.

Given Kitazawa's current physical strength, he could even open the Eighth Gate.

But like he'd said—there was no real need.

[Current Mission: Help Yamato's squad become famous.]

[Mission Reward: All-Killing Ash Bones.]

[Mission Completed. Reward Granted.]

Kitazawa nodded slightly.

The Eight Gates were good, but he liked All-Killing Ash Bones more.

After all, it had no side effects.

With a thought, Kitazawa closed the system interface.

He glanced left and right at Tsunade and Kurenai, then sat up.

He didn't wake them.

After getting dressed, he left the room.

He still had plenty of work today.

"Konan, pass this order down."

Kitazawa entered the Hokage's office and instructed, "Hold a jōnin meeting on Sunday."

The Second Ninja Force under Hiashi would probably return to Konoha tomorrow or the day after.

Sunday would be the third day—perfect timing for the meeting.

However, Kitazawa didn't plan to hold it inside a meeting room.

He intended to hold it in the plaza in front of the Hokage Tower.

The reason was simple:

Konoha had just achieved an unprecedented victory.

The villagers needed an outlet for their emotions.

And after the jōnin meeting ended, they could hold a victory celebration right there on the spot.
