After Kaito made his speech Mina went up to the podium with everyone thinking Mina was about to end the meeting. Then Mina instead of that said," Everyone here now that you've heard from our staff now let's hear from you. First up Ayana and then the rest of the team. Now young lady come on up." Ayana soon went up to the stage and then onto the podium.
She soon began speaking saying," First off I must apologize to the team. I'm sorry it took me longer than you expected to find you the team you have always been looking for. Sorry to everyone it took me a while to unite these two great groups of people. To be honest, I was distracted, and now High Spice and I are dating. At first, we just flirted, but soon we began fully dating and I wanted to spend time with her more and more causing me to push back the job I was supposed to do."
She began crying making everyone look at High Spice with stink eye. She then tried to defend herself by saying," Hey let her finish you guys. It wasn't all bad." Ayana continued saying," Spice soon got scared of ham catching on and running out of patience with me, and asked me to find the team an organization to work with. With her saying even if our business is done with I can make the rest of the team make you our personal manager, and we will be together no matter what."
Ayana smiled blushing saying," After that, it only took me a few days to find Dark Wear Fashion. Now we're here. I apologize again saying I'm sorry to all those who had to wait." She bowed in apology before seeing everyone nodding as they listened. Soon KiWi got up and skipped towards High Spice, getting faster with each step.
Until she got near to Spice and dropped-kicked Spice in the face launching Spice flying. Spice flew crying out in pain as she landed on ImP's fist to her face and Gray's kick to her stomach. Soon a fight broke out as High Spice started fighting back as everyone on the team wanted a piece of him. Except Vic and Mama Blues though disappointed were mature enough to try to stop the chaos. Staff was soon sent in by Mina to try to stop the fight as Ayana laughed awkwardly at the situation.
Ayana Hiraga POV
Before I met those 15 girls I was just the inheritor of my father's near-bankrupt agency. They dealt with celebrities and athletes, but our clients kept getting headhunted until we were left with no one to represent. When my father died and I inherited the agency I was already an expert in the scene as I interned and worked under other agencies. Mainly in sports agencies. That's why I turned our agency into a sports agency focusing on different sports and games to get more clients.
With contracts that were beneficial and quick and reliable ways to get organizations and money, we got out of near bankruptcy. Soon we even became incredibly profitable, even though we were still a small agency. That's when I met a group of talented athletic Uma Musume that would change my life. Not only did my agency get 15 new talented clients after the tryouts, but I also had to go into the Free Style Running scene. Which was massive and everyone in the agency agreed would rake in riches like crazy.
Still, they were unproven talent to all the pro teams. The teams both local and international didn't even give them a tryout. That's also when I first started getting to know High Spice. At first, I thought she was an arrogant bitch who thinks she can do what she wants and get away with it. Then all of a sudden he kept coming and talking to me and coming to see me.
Outside her personality, she was adorable too looking like a confident Rice Shower. Then I saw her caring and kind side, and I loved how awkward and cute it was. I soon agreed to a date after a long day and I wasn't excited or anything. I got into my best outfit as you do on a date and it wasn't to look good for him okay. I wasn't excited and my heart was not beating throughout that date if you must know I was just nervous, yeah nervous.
Still, I had fun seeing him every day that I forgot to do my job as I left most of the work to my underlings. They did not do well even trying to get the team to separate into different teams or dropping the performance requirement. They were soon berated and verbally destroyed by the 15's leadership group. Still, I didn't do anything and started wondering if she would stay with me if this all ended. Which you did not hear from me okay, so don't you dare say anything.
I began to put it off and made my company focus on training the 15 and working with our other clients. I also began spending more and more time with her, getting closer and stuff. Soon time passed and in a dinner met up between the two of us. She soon told me it was time for me to take finding them a team seriously. I cried thinking she was dumping me and I truly realized I was in love with High Spice.
I even asked her if she was breaking up with me and if she would leave me after I found them a team. She soon responded," Oh Ayana, your ass is mine, no matter where I am or where you are you will always belong to me." It made me tear up in joy as it was a douchebag answer I wanted to hear from her mouth. Yes no matter how much of a complete bitch she is I love High Spice. Soon after I began looking seriously for an organization to take in my team.
I did not expect that team to immediately land on my lap. It seems an organization named Dark Wear Fashion was looking for players to be part of their team. I immediately set up a meeting as it seems they're a very successful company that can meet those girl's expectations. What I did not expect was that they would blow those expectations out of the water the moment I visited. I underestimated how rich this company was and how serious they were about getting into the scene.
The only thing I did was present them with the girls and inform them of their demands. I saw desperation, but intelligent caution as they agreed to a tryout and a music video to be made. They wanted to see how serious we were with our demands and how good we were at making them. I soon informed those girls and they agreed. After setting up the tryouts, I assisted them with the video getting them what I could.
I booked them a place to film which was the dance studio on short notice. I rented their outfits and lighting equipment which were very expensive on short notice as well. Then I directed and filmed using the phone cameras as we had a limited budget. Still, we rocked it in BlaD's words and soon we finished the editing on the video. Soon it was time for the tryouts.
I was proud to see them not only live up to expectations, but blow them out of the water. Then came the music video presentation. I saw the process, but I still could not believe how revolutionary the performance was. It surely impressed everyone watching even though it was rushed, low-budget, and imperfect. We soon got into negotiations and I got them a great deal and everything they mainly wanted.
The team stayed together, their performance allowance was approved and funded, and they controlled who got cut from the team. They protected themselves and both sides seem happy. Looking at that happiness made me sad. I honestly thought this was goodbye to everyone, but Spice. That's when Vic and the rest of leadership in the team came to me and made me the team's official agent.
I was so happy and so guilty for failing to give them my best work. Our agency was usually quick and efficient. Just because I fell for Spice and let my emotions and paranoia control me I allowed myself to neglect my duties. The guilt ate at me and it grew as I got to know both sides more and more. As soon as I was summoned onto that podium I finally let out how I feel.
Now we're here with my girlfriend and the rest of the 15 either helping staff or being held back by staff. I fell to my knees after finally releasing the guilt weighing me down. I expected the worst, but a kind gentle hand on my shoulder felt the opposite. I looked and it was Mina she soon comforted me by saying," It's okay Ayana, we see you here as a miracle worker. Heck, my dreams and goals weren't even possible until you arrived."
Then another hand on my opposite shoulder landed and I saw it was Mama Blues. She comforted me as well by saying," Yes, and our team couldn't even find an organization until you arrived and took care of us. Now we're here and everything is better than ever." I then asked," So you guys aren't mad at me for my neglect of duty and failures as an agent?" Mama Blues responded," Yes, we are, but that's not your fault."
She continued as she looked at High Spice, "She was told not to date anyone and not to interfere with things, but she did so anyway. Now she's dealing with the consequences." I soon saw High Spice being neutralized as Steel held her up by her collar mid-air with one hand. She was still swinging around violently as King Wild and everyone else involved in the fight were held down by staff or neutralized by another member of the team. High Spice might be an idiot but she was my idiot.
Later
After everything was done I was planning on visiting High Spice in the infirmary. That's when I ran into Mina again. She then asked," Hello, Miss Hiraga may I speak with you about a certain matter?" My businesswoman's instincts were telling me that an opportunity had arrived to make some money. I agreed and soon we were not led to a separate room for our private conversation. She soon spoke saying," Miss Hiraga let's cut to the chase, I would like to hire you and your agency to be our team's primary recruiters."
I was speechless, this was such a great opportunity, especially a team with such a massive budget like this one. It would mean our agency would get favorability towards recruitments. They would rely on us to get them future athletes and staff as well as have our people be looked at first before other agencies' people. This was such a good deal, and I responded," That's an interesting offer, what do you want to make it happen?" She soon handed me a contract that I had to read.
It had a lot of benefits and no vague wordings and hidden bullshit either. It even had high salaries and bonuses for finding the talent that would be hired by them. All they wanted was a primary spot if I had any talented players and staff perfect for their team, and to be assisted in searching for specific talents that they needed. After going over it all I signed it and soon we were shaking hands as we were now business partners. She then spoke saying," Welcome aboard Ayana, now can you please assist our company with recruiting certain individuals for our team, we need to fill in some spots in our staff."
She continued saying," First we're going to need a Head of R&D and Repairs, a real smart guy. Next a Head of Sales and Treasury, someone I can trust who can make this team money and manage cash flow. After a Staff Overseer and Head of Inspection, someone who can take care of and babysit the operation closely. Finally a Head of Discipline and Human Resources, a person who can punish the place and listen to stupid complaining all day. Also if any of my players need to be substituted thanks to any reason I need you to find fillers for the team."
I nodded at her needs and told her," Okay, but it will take time. We specialize in athletes and formerly celebrities, so finding scientists, inventors, and engineers will take time. Then with the money you need someone you know closely so I think you need to look for that person yourself. The last two we'll see what we can do, but a work agency is a better choice. Plus fillers need to be talked over with the team, so yeah I'll see what I can do."
She nodded at my honesty and told me," Tonight there's going to be a meeting at this time don't be late. Now go see your douche boyfriend." She gave me a card containing the location and time of the meeting. She soon left the room and I soon left as well. I headed to the infirmary and there I found Spice.
She was on a hospital bed wrapped in bandages. She had bruises and swollen bumps, and even a black eye. I came to her asking," Babe you okay?" She then saw me and smirked saying," Yeah, sweetness, but next time tell me if you're gonna drop a bomb like that again so I can be more prepared for the fallout." I then smiled as I cried hugging her immediately.
She then groaned in pain saying," Babe I'm glad you're happy to see me, but can you not immediately glomp my bruised chest?" I soon separated from him and soon I looked around as I was laughing awkwardly. I saw no one else was around and asked where they were, with Spice saying," They wanted to have a personal talk with certain staff members, especially Vic wanting to talk to Hachi. Plus Gray with Rain watching over her wanted to suggest some tactics with Yuto."
She continued saying," ImP and KiWi are in their rooms being watched by Jo and Lily, so they're probably having a great time. It seems also some of those bitches I call teammates fell in love, so they're making moves to claim who they like. Yet I'm the only one in the infirmary throughout the night, because I claimed you too early." I then asked shyly," Do you regret it?" She smiled at me," claiming you as mine, never, but not being prepared for this fight yes."
I giggled as the woman I love was still who she had always been. I then told her," I'm glad you're going to be okay. Now I'd hate to leave, but I have a meeting with the rest of the staff." She looked confused and replied with," Huh, why are you going to a staff meeting?" I then remembered I hadn't told her the news yet.
I then told her," Oh yeah I didn't tell you yet, before this we signed with your organization as its primary agency. Now I have to attend a meeting later, now see you tomorrow darling." She then screamed," Ehhhhhhh!" She was adorably surprised. I soon left the room as I had to prepare for the meeting, but it was a good day.

Mina is sending Ayana to stand with the rest of the staff confused as to why. Still, she did so anyway even if she did not know the offer Mina was about to give her. Mina then went on the podium for the last time tonight. She then spoke saying," Wow that was eventful. On today's final note, let us have the players themselves say something as a group before we end this meeting."
Soon the remaining staff and players switched positions as the staff now sat in seats and the players stood behind the podium together. On the podium, Vic stood as the team's leader. While they were gathering up behind the podium the group discussed what they wanted to say as a group. Once they agreed to just wing it they told the calm and cool-looking Vic to do just that. She soon took a deep breath and spoke saying,"…."
