Alessia woke up to the bright rays of the morning sun bathing her face. She squinted and shielded her eyes with her hands before she sat up in bed.
'When did I sleep off?' She wondered drowsily as she looked around. When she started to find the space around her strange, she sprang out of bed.
Alessia looked around wildly. 'Where–' She stopped halfway when the white walls and expensive furniture started to look familiar.
'Oh…' She thought, the rapid beating of her heart toning down. 'I'm in Dervan's apartment.'
She slowly walked to the sofa in front of her bed and slumped into it heavily. 'You're so stupid, Alessia… Why would you sleep off in a stranger's car?! What would you have done if he had taken you somewhere weird?!'
Her body visibly shivered at the thought and she buried her face in her hands. All of a sudden she jolted and stood up from the sofa sharply.
