THREE MONTHS LATER
The beach lounged beyond, its waves rippling.
Sunlight trickled down, turning every skin it touched golden.
Aveline laid in her private area, bikini cladded, with heavy sunglasses hugging her face.
"Can you pass me the coconut drink please?"
Aveline grabbed the coconut drink, and turned her head sideways.
"How much longer will you keep drinking this Meredith?"
Meredith chuckled. "It tastes absolutely delicious." She licked her lips.
Aveline chuckled, and relaxed her back to the position it was before.
Her mind drifted to two months ago–
With tears she refused to let fall stuck in her eyes, she walked into the hospital, with a van waiting outside, ready to transport Meredith to a different hospital.
It was all part of the plan.
Take the Uber, meet up with the van the hospital was sending, transport Meredith, and then leave the country for a few days.
