Meanwhile, as Mimi push the man away. Something trigger in him. He was to close to let go, he quickly covered the distance between them .
" You can't fight this Mimi, you need me, resisting me will only make it worse."
He grabbed her hand , drawing her closer. Mini felt a session she has never felt before. Though her mind was purely against it. Her body was desperately looking for it.
"No..." she murmured, pulling out of his hold. "Stop resisting me love," he whispered, too close to her ear seductively, as he dragged her back to his embrace, Increasing the torture she was going through.
Mimi stumbled backward, breath shallow, her heartbeat fluttering in her ears. The stranger's whisper crawled under her skin, feeding the fire already boiling in her veins.
"Am here to help you," he murmured, leaning close enough for his breath to brush her more. The drug made his voice coil through her mind like a dark spell, twisting her senses.
Her body begged...desperately, yet her mind continue to scream no....
She shook her head hard, taking a shaky step back.
"N… no," she keeps forcing the word out even as her legs trembled beneath her.
The man's expression shifted.
The fake gentleness evaporated.
Irritation flashed in his eyes, quickly and hungrily.
He took one step forward, then another, the predatory glint growing stronger the more she resisted.
"Mimi…" His voice dropped lower, rougher. "Stop fighting. You'll only make it worse."
She backed behind a chair. Her hands trembled. Her skin burned. Every instinct inside her screamed to run, but her body wouldn't listen.
The man's patience snapped.
His jaw tightened.
"Enough." He barks.
He lunged forward and seized her wrist, too hard, Mimi found herself enjoy the force. And a gasped excaped her mouth, sensition shooting through her arm. She tried to pull away, but the drug made her limbs weak and heavy. She felt useless. He yanked her forward with rough impatience, his grip tightening as though she were something he could simply claim by force.
"Don't....!" she choked out, panic flooding her.
Her free hand clawed blindly at the air, reaching for anything...anyone...that could pull her away. The room spun. Her vision blurred. Her knees buckled.
He dragged her closer.
Her breath hitched.
Her fear spiked.
Her trembling fingers grabbed at his sleeve, trying to push him off, but her strength was fading fast.
Just then. Lianyi threw the door open.
The man froze the instant the door slammed open.
He didn't even get the chance to turn around before a cold hand, trembling, and burning with barely-contained rage, grabbed him by the back of his collar and lifted him off Mimi as if he weighed nothing.
For a heartbeat, the whole room went silent.
Then the man's eyes widened.
It wasn't just a prince standing there.
It was something terrifying.
Lianyi's chest rose and fell sharply, sweat beading on his forehead, every vein standing out as the drug ravaged him from the inside. His eyes, normally calm and gentle, were dark and unfocused, like someone fighting a war in his own body.
And yet… the fury inside he was clearer than fire.
"You..." Lianyi's voice broke, rough, almost shaking. "You dared…"
The man stumbled backward, falling to the floor.
Fear swallowed him whole.
"P...Prince… it's not what you think...it's the drug...she was... I didn't...."
He never finished.
Lianyi grabbed him by the front of his clothes and threw him so hard against the wall that dust fell from the ceiling. The man coughed blood, his hands trembling as he tried to crawl away. But Lianyi was already there, dragging him up again, fist slamming into his jaw with a sharp crack.
"You touched her?" Lianyi snarled, each word shaking with the effort of staying upright. "You dare lay those filty hands on her?"
Blow started raining on the man.
The man raised his arms weakly, trying to shield himself, but it was useless. The prince's strength, mixed with the burning poison running through his veins, made his attacks wild and brutal. The man's screams died in his throat, replaced by ragged gasps as pure terror took over.
He realized, too late, that the prince wasn't just angry.
He was barely holding on to sanity.
And he was still strong enough to kill.
"P..Please," the man choked out, sliding down the wall. "Please… forgive… I..."
Lianyi didn't even let him finish.
He planted a knee into the man's chest, pinning him down.
The man's eyes rolled in panic. For a moment, he truly believed he would die there.
And maybe he would have… if not for the small, broken sound behind them.
A whimper. A choked breath from Mimi.
Lianyi's head snapped toward her instantly.
The man gasped in relief as the prince released him, as if life itself had been handed back to him for a moment.
But Lianyi didn't spare him a second glance.
The drug was tearing heat through his whole body, blurring his vision, making it hard to breathe. But none of that mattered, not when he saw Mimi trembling on the floor, clothes torn, eyes unfocused.
All the strength in his legs nearly gave out.
He stumbled forward, reached her, and pulled her into a desperate embrace.
The man didn't dare stay another second.
The moment Lianyi released him, he stumbled backward so hard he almost fell over his own feet. His hands shook violently as he dragged himself across the floor, scrambling like a terrified animal. He didn't even look back, he didn't have the courage. His breath came out in broken gasps as he crawled toward the doorway, pushing off the ground with trembling elbows.
His legs finally caught strength, and he staggered upright, nearly slipping as he bolted.
He ran with his head low and his shoulders hunched, like a man running from death itself.
Not once did he look behind him. He didn't need to.
He already knew… if he turned back, he wouldn't live to see another day.
