Everyone are staring at the large golden screen that was projected from the machine which looked like an old shabby toaster, the screen illuminating a man, who, at the first glance, maria recognized him, he was the first of the disciple of the Elder and order of first in the twelve and one the founders of the school of the pearls which Nate was attending.
The colosseum was packed with first years, no department was in exception of absence, every student of first year is present in the colosseum, the screen was too high in sky, and that made the people who are sitting in the below ranks of sets unable to watch the screen very clearly and lifting head too much in time made their necks sore, and the school keeping this in mind, professor Mary, who is in the faculty area, pressed a button upon the clearance of the headmaster to her by a nod of his head, there appeared screens in front the every student who is sitting in the below ranks, so that they listen very clearly and comfortably.
And at last the person inside the screen spoke, he started with "hem, hem" and the students understood that this was just the person inside the screen, clearing his throat and now he said "welcome, my dear beloved and precious pupils" and that made everyone warm inside their hearts.
The man slightly bowed to the audience outside of the screen to the student body and he came to his usual form of standing in the center of a large and great hall of gold illuminating with very great vibrance, the colosseum was still taken aback by seeing the greatest and first disciple of Elder, bowing to the student body, the man inside the screen started to speak again, "with the grace of our beloved Elder, i am truly happy to speak again in the ceremony of weapon awarding, i must believe, you all have your doubts and all these huge questions about what this is all about and believe me, i too had the same face you all are having right now, when i heard the idea of this event" and when all heard that, the entire student body laughed and grinned at the man inside the screen and even the man inside the screen laughed at his own comments about the event.
"it is very important to know that, this event is not of a joke, but it is a very serious matter at hand right now, and this serious matter was going on for about a thousand of years and we are in times of great pirate era, and every day, the headquarters is getting a bunch of pleas about the damage the pirates are causing in many planets, we, at the government are trying to reduce the damage and subduing the criminal but the pirates are like grains in the sand and stars in the night sky, and it is very evident and shameful at the same time that, there are more bad guys out there than the good ones, and for the protection of ourselves and for the protection of you own planet, we are constantly looking for the power that can stand against the evil out there, and what can i say?, we failed every time when we attempted to gain more good ones to out side" and he paused for few seconds and continued "the TWELVE had discussed this is at very length and had invented this event with the help of HOUSE STRONG, they are of great help to government and peace out there" and the man inside the screen had moved his hand slightly towards the center of the screen and to the side of where the headmaster was standing and he changed his opened palm in to a fist and raised his index finger pointed at the old man with long beard, who is standing beside the headmaster, and that is the head of the house STRONG.
"the space government is very much in debt to the members to the house STRONG, for they are the makers for the weapons, you are about to receive and every weapon was made with complete focus and great responsibility towards its wielder.." and the man inside the screen had clapped his hands together and there at once, every light in the colosseum was went out and the students were taken aback at the outage of the light in the colosseum and the only source of the light in the colosseum was the few checkers on the circular stage in the center of the stage and Nate had set his attention to these few marked checkers from the start of the event an then there raised huge racks from the ground and the wind in the colosseum suddenly circulated the racks that were just came out from the ground.
Every student was gasped at the show of the racks coming out the ground, and when the students saw the racks more clearly when the air that had circulated the racks went out, their eyes were glooed to the racks, every rack is filled with different kinds of weapons: guns, blasters, light sabers, laser eye bands, laser guns and so on.
And when they laid there eyes on the last rack, the enthusiasm in their eyes was void and now in their eyes, there is only confusion and disgust, because the last rack was shabby as the toaster looking object on the trolly and then seeing all the taken aback looks from the last rack, the head of the family STRONG, he said in his mind "you spirit less brats".
"When your name was called out, please step forward and choose the weapon you like, you have the right to choose only one weapon, and you can choose any kind of weapon" and there is a few seconds of the pause and then he said "and after the awarding of weapons is over, i would like say few more words" and with that the man inside the screen sat down in chair that was laid out back of him.
"will they call us by our names?" asked Tom.
"you heard the master Peter, that is what going to happen now" said Maria.
"Elder be praise...look at the size of the colosseum, it would take ages for out name to be called out" groaned Tom.
"and i this few seconds of you chit chat, one hundread already completed their selection" said Nate.
"what!" said Maria and Tom in union.
"it is true" said the very shy Tricia, "they are not calling by names but the rank of the seating rank, we are in the two hundread and twenty fifth rank of seating, so it won't much time".
"well that must be good" said Tom.
"what weapon you are going to choose, Maria?" asked the very shy Tricia.
"i don't know, but i heard this from my mother that the weapon calls it's wielder" said Maria.
"so, that explains, that" Tom pointed towards stage and what appeared to their eyes is that, every student who is entering the racks is coming out with very quickly, they are not even surfing the racks, all are picking the weapons that looked fancy to their eyes.
Nate said "why is the head of the Strong family is seeing all this with disgust in his eyes?".
"don't be silly, Nate, you can't possibly see that, you are very high to even have a good look at his face properly" said Tom.
"no, i can clearly see that, he is watching every student that coming out the racks with a weapon from the first few racks and they are not even getting to the back of the racks".
And finally, it was their rank of seats, the gang was in middle in the seat and by the instructions of the staff of the school, the entire rank of the seat was called out and said to go all at once rather than one by one, because keeping the time in mind, and then Nate's rank in now in the racks, one by one, every student is going out the stage very quickly.
Majority of the student is choosing, lightening sabes, laser eye bands, laser guns, or some fancy sword and no one is even glancing at the last rack, and no one even wondered what kind weapons this last rack will contain.
Nate and his gang is surfing the rack and the very shy Tricia, who is a SPEED power user, had chosen a long sickle and Nate, Maria and Tom are very in shock when Tricia has chosen this deadly sickle, which is complete contrast to her type and then she went off the stage, and now Maria of the TIME power user, she had chosen a multi purposed shield, this is to protect herself and the shield was used in many ways than as a shield.
Now, only Nate and Tom are the only ones left in the racks, and all other ranks had completed their choosing and got back to their seats, but Nate and Tom are still checking all the weapons, some time they are trying out few weapons by holding them and then Nate gone to the last rack and then man of the STRONG family had conveyed what he is seeing in the ear of the head of the STRONG family and he said "he is just checking our the rack, and not like he is every worthy of choosing the weapons in that rack" with his eyes closed, and Miss Mary who is beside the headmaster had heard what the head the family STRONG had said and then she in her mind thought, "open you eyes and wide them, Mister Silvester, that boy is special".
Nate had opened the last rack, when opened, dust came gushing out from it and that made Nate cough a little and then he saw what lay inside this shabby old rack, apart from all the weapons on the stage, only the weapons in this last rack were with pure metal and there is not a single ounce of technology is mixed in these weapons, and Nate touched all the weapons with his finger tips and then he said to himself when he hand stopped at a certain weapon which looked like a katana.
"so....are you, the one calling me, from the start of the event?"
"did you recognized what my power is?"
"I ONLY NEED MY FISTS" shouted Nate very loudly, that entire colosseum which was immersed in murmuring about their weapons fell silent.
And someone from the crowd yelled at both Nate and Tom to quickly choose a weapon and then at once from where Nate is standing, he vanished in to the air and the every one are shocked, where is Nate? and even Professor Mary was worried where Nate had gone.
Then a student in the crowd had pointed to sky, Nate was in sky and was now coming down at ridiculous speed, fire was starting to form around him, but the color of the fire was not red but black, and he landed at the center of the stage and that made a strong dust to raise from the circular stage and then no one was able to see Nate, so used DARK EYES, and black liquid is filling Nate's eyes from the nerves around his eyes and he glanced at the last rack and then, he pulled a weapon from the rack.
All the racket that was caused by Nate sudden landing was subdued and then when the head of the family STRONG had raised to his feet and shaken to his feet when he saw what Nate had just picked up, it just came out of his mouth "KUROSTUKI NO YAMI"
