"Damn it! The Lord of the Douluo Continent's plane has taken form. I had originally planned to descend using the Demon Empress's body—what a close call!" Abyssal Sage Monarch, fleeing through the cosmos, felt a deep sense of frustration. There was a greater force manipulating events behind Douluo Continent. If not for Bai Xu forcing Tang Hao to reveal himself, he might have fallen right into their trap.

"Hmph! Let them fight among themselves. I'm retreating!"

Before his voice faded, a streak of five-colored light flashed behind him. In an instant, the Five Elements Seal struck his arm, leaving a five-pointed mark in vibrant hues.

!!!!

Abyssal Sage Monarch gathered his divine power in an attempt to erase it, but it was futile. This mark seemed to operate on a different kind of energy—not the cycle of the five elements, but a directional marker set by the caster.

"A tracking mark? That Bai Xu actually possesses combat power infinitely close to that of a Godking—comparable even to her! How did he achieve this in just a few short years?" The image of a dark-red figure surfaced in his mind—his mother, the Crimson Mother.

Abyss Plane

"My Sage..." Spirit Emperor and several other Abyss Dreadlords were filled with worry and confusion. It seemed an incredibly powerful enemy had emerged in the cosmos.

"Sever the planar passage to Douluo Continent. Retreat!"

"Understood."

---

Douluo Continent.

From the perspective of the cosmos, Douluo Star and the Demon Star were now fully connected, like two circles tangent to each other, slowly merging.

Bai Xu observed everything from above. Just as he was about to raise his hand, he paused, as if suddenly realizing something.

"Ah, right. There's still all of you. Come out—no need to hide in the shadows. If you're fighting for the basic survival rights of your kind, then do so openly and aboveboard. The Spirit of the Plane is here. As I've said before... it has the final say."

As soon as he spoke, all the disguised soul beasts hiding in the shadows—and even within the Federation's army—exchanged knowing smiles before emerging one after another, following the figure of Di Tian.

"My lord..." Di Tian bowed respectfully and took his place behind Bai Xu, making his stance clear.

The other fierce beasts followed suit. At a glance, there were dozens of them—many of whom had participated in the Federation's war against the Abyss, with quite a few having already perished.

"The Golden-Eyed Black Dragon King, Di Tian—ranked first on the Fierce Beast Leaderboard..." Central Army Commander Divine Brush Douluo Yu Guanzhi was visibly shocked, as were the rest of the Federation forces. None had expected the soul beasts to have colluded with the Otherworldly Demon.

One shadowy figure after another emerged from the army, and no one dared to stop them.

"All of them are disguised soul beasts... even fierce beasts..." Tang Wulin murmured, equally stunned.

Tang Hao, however, remained completely unshaken. If anything, a sinister smirk flickered in his heart as he glanced at Gu Yuena below. If she got close enough to Bai Xu... there would be an opportunity to strike a critical blow.

Then, Di Tian and the others clasped their hands and bowed in unison.

"Our Sovereign!"

Silver Dragon Douluo Gu Yuena slowly rose from the crowd. Her gaze met Bai Xu's—it had been so long since they last saw each other, and now they stood side by side at such heights.

"Tower Master...?"

"Lady Silver Dragon...?"

"Nana...?"

Familiar voices called out in confusion, but none halted her steps. She walked forward until she stood shoulder-to-shoulder with Bai Xu. Her violet, slit-pupiled eyes gleamed as silver dragon wings unfurled behind her, declaring to the world:

"I am not the Tower Master of the Spirit Pagoda, nor am I the Silver Dragon Douluo. I am the Silver Dragon King—the Sovereign of Soul Beasts, Gu Yuena!"

!!!!!

The soul beasts had a Sovereign? Wasn't the Beast God their ruler? Yet he had just called the Tower Master... "Our Sovereign"?

The crowd reeled in shock. It seemed that as the end of Douluo Continent drew near, all secrets were finally coming to light.

An Otherworldly Demon. The son of a Godking. The Sovereign of Soul Beasts.

"Nana... have you been deceiving us all this time?" Tang Wulin's voice trembled with devastation.

Gu Yuena replied coolly, "Indeed. For over ten thousand years, humans have prospered at the expense of the ecosystem—slaughtering soul beasts indiscriminately for their rings, experimenting with spirits. What was once the vast Great Star Dou Forest has now been reduced to a cage, with the Star Dou Fortress encircling the last remnants of the core region. We are nothing more than livestock in a slaughterhouse, waiting for the knife. Now that the opportunity has come, we will seize it. "I infiltrated human society for this very day—to await the revival of my kind!"

ROAR!

The soul beasts behind her reverted to their true forms, unleashing furious roars that shook the heavens. The sorrowful cries of ten thousand beasts condensed into palpable resentment, as if condemning the Federation.

"Now, at last, we no longer need to hide. And we... have finally waited for this day!" Gu Yuena summoned her Silver Dragon Spear, her voice icy.

"Nana—no, Gu Yuena. So you are the Silver Dragon King. That means... all this time, you were just staying close to me to steal the Golden Dragon King's bloodline within me?" Tang Wulin's eyes reddened. He never imagined that his beloved sister Na'er and his classmate Gu Yue were nothing but illusions.

"That was the original plan. But I no longer care. You are the son of a Godking, bearing Tang San's spiritual imprint—even your grandfather is the Lord of the Plane. No matter how I tried to act against you, I would never succeed. Compared to your ignorance, I was the one trapped in the mud." Her tone was eerily calm, carrying a faint resemblance to Bai Xu's demeanor.

"So you two had already conspired since childhood!" Tang Wulin gritted his teeth.

"Yes."

"Then what about Na'er? My sister?"

"She is within me, fully aware of everything happening outside. Our positions dictate that we must scheme against each other. She is not just your sister—she is the Silver Dragon King. Not only your sibling bonds matter; she also bears the responsibility of reviving the soul beasts."

"Then I'll take her back myself! Let's fight!"

"I'll oblige."

As the battle was about to erupt, Bai Xu remained silent. He and Gu Yuena exchanged a glance, sharing a faint smile.

A terrifying aura spread across the land. Blood-colored lightning crackled over Douluo Continent, foreshadowing the brutality of the coming conflict.

"Wait!"

A loud voice interrupted.

Several army commanders stepped forward. "Sir, since this is a battle for control of the plane, we have no intention of participating. May we have some time to withdraw our forces?"

A closer look revealed that these were the commanders from factions originally aligned with the Spirit Pagoda.

"Leave if you wish."

"Thank you, sir."

Like a stone causing ripples in a pond, neutral factions also began retreating. This was not an invasion but a struggle for dominance. Whoever won or lost, it had nothing to do with them—better to step back and watch the grand spectacle unfold.

If they were never part of the play, why force themselves into a role that would only bring suffering?

Even so, Tang Wulin still had many standing behind him—the Tang Sect, Shrek Academy, the Battle God Hall, and several legions.

"Tang San, show yourself! Or I will turn this world upside down in an instant—leaving no life intact." Bai Xu rolled up his sleeves, his voice indifferent.

The world fell into silence.

A radiant glow emerged from Tang Wulin's forehead—the Trident of Poseidon. Within moments, a towering azure figure materialized, holding the divine weapon like an unshakable mountain shielding Tang Wulin from the storm.

"To think that after ten thousand years of planning, a variable like you would appear at the final moment. An Otherworldly Demon... How interesting." Tang San's demeanor was elegant, even calmer than Bai Xu's. He turned to give his son and father a confident smile before glancing at the awestruck crowd behind Tang Wulin.

Then, with absolute self-assurance, he faced Bai Xu.

"Is that so? I, for one, am grateful. Thanks to your schemes, I've reached where I am today." The two locked eyes—an Otherworldly Demon against another.

"You won't be grateful for long."

The Trident of Poseidon gleamed brilliantly as Tang San murmured, "Unfixed Storm."

"Unfixed Storm—the strongest control divine skill in the Divine Realm. A flawless combination of offense and defense, the most powerful restraining technique among the Golden Thirteen Halberds. Once it lands, no matter how strong you are, you will be immobilized for eight seconds—even for those of higher cultivation, the minimum is three seconds."

He exchanged a glance with Tang Hao, who nodded in understanding.

The next moment, Tang Hao swung his colossal hammer toward Bai Xu. Gu Yuena moved to intercept, but Tang Wulin blocked her path, dragging their battle elsewhere.

"You won't interfere! I'll defeat you and bring Na'er back!" Tang Wulin declared.

"Ha. I'm not worried about Bai Xu in the slightest. But you—didn't you always wonder why I changed later on? The answer is your father." Gu Yuena's voice darkened. "He planted a mental imprint in my mind. You, at least, didn't inherit his nature. His heart is filled with nothing but schemes."

"Father only wanted to protect me. Even if he hurt you, I believe in him."

"Then there's nothing left to say. Let's fight! The battle for the Dragon God's legacy—one of us must die!"

Meanwhile, Bai Xu watched indifferently as the Seven-Colored Haotian Hammer descended.

"Unfixed Storm—used for tens of thousands of years, yet in the end, it's just a spatial-type divine skill. It's only called the 'Divine Realm's Supreme Control' because the gods of Douluo specialize in different laws."

BOOM!

The hammer struck—but hit nothing but air.

Under Tang San's stunned gaze, Bai Xu's figure faded away, effortlessly breaking free from the divine shackles.
