Sakura woke up to a warmth she never experienced before, her eyelids fluttering to take in the light which was barely held back by the black curtains.
'Black? Doesn't she have pink curtains?'
She blinked, tried to move but no can do. Her back was held against something, it was warm and strong.
Her eyes drifted down to her body, she didn't even seem to change to her nighty last night, it was still her normal clothes, and two strong hands wrapped around her from back...
Hands!?
Her eyes snapped open, someone was in her room. And was sleeping with her!
She hurriedly turned her face, trying to look back at who, only to meet with a familiar face, peacefully nuzzling from behind.
"S-sukuna?"
Her mind spun, operating system crashing out that even inner Sakura was helpless until it was rebooted.
And then the memories from last night surfaced like a flood, turning her red from head to toe.
'That idiot kissed me... and I kissed him back'
She felt like burying her face into a hole far away from Konoha where no one could find her. The warmth of the kiss was still lingering on her lips, at least she imagined it was.
Nothing much happened, a little bit of touching and a lot of kissing to the point her mouth started to feel stiff and then...
He held her to the bed and fell asleep while kissing. Both were so tired by the entire day's hard work, chunin exams, the preliminary fights and last the situation which arose by the end of it.
Then Sukuna going to the hospital directly to look after Neji, Kiyomi and Kimimaru. While Sakura waited for him to get any news of them and to learn more about what happened in the forest of death.
Both were spent.
'HAAAAA... what did you do you idiot, he is your brother for sage's sake.' she internally screamed, both hands covering her face in shame and embarrassment.
Her movements seemed to make the said brother uncomfortable behind her and with his hands still around her, one on her abdomen and the other still cupping one of her breasts, he still in sleep, pulled her closer to him, completely sticking himself to her from head to toe.
Sakura almost let out an audible yelp at the sudden action and certain something poking her behind.
'Was he awake?'
A momentary silence stated no, at least not yet.
She pursed her lips tighter, and shifted ever so slightly to get comfortable only to find the more she moved, the more her back grinded with that hot and strong thing poking her down there.
'Stop it you idiot, you're not supposed to feel good...' She bit down her lips, scolding herself but her body was more honest.
And a tingling sensation rang through her every time his thing rubbed near her ass.
"Mmmp~..." She hastily slapped her hand on her mouth to muffle the sound escaping from her mouth.
'Stop stop... Sakura you have to stop, this is dangerous, he is your brother. What if he woke up.' she chided herself.
[Meh... who cares, just feel the meat down there, doesn't it feel good.]
A voice rang in her ear. Startling her.
'Heh? who are you'
[Me!... come on don't tell me you really don't know who I'm, sister. Do I need an introduction?]
'The inner me.' Sakura immediately recognised that voice and tone. It was her, alright.
[Bingo... now be a good girl and let Mama feel that thing a little more personally.]
Sakura's face once again turned crimson. Was her inner self really that perverted?

For a second Sakura lingered around them, puberty and hormones messing her mind really good.

Sakura felt so embarrassed, more than what she was trying to do, the embarrassment was her own dirty mind.
She slowly let her hand drift her hand down until she slowly came in contact with something hard and warm.
[I knew it, he's a thicc boy...]
Sakura gulped, even though he was still wearing his pants, the girth was immediately noticeable. It seemed to transfer through the clothes.
Unconsciously, she was nibbling on her lips for the anticipation to come when...

"Shush... quiet, you'll wake everyone up."
Sakura's mind buzzed and immediately she quieted down.
But he didn't let go of her, if anything he pulled her closer, even further, her entire back sticking to his chest like glue.
"Never knew my little sister is so naughty." Sukuna woke with a devilish grin on his face. He woke up by her ruffling and especially her hair going up in his nostrils.
Unlike her, he instantly recalled what happened last night. He was drunk for the first time and ended up kissing his own sister. That was some progress.
He just shook his head, what happened, it happened. He can't change that, but he can stop her from making things worse. At least nothing that they can't go back from at this age.
"I-I..." Sakura shuddered, flustered and searching for words to defend herself.
"I kissed you when I was drunk..." he said and that paused her from saying anything.
"However, I don't regret it. In fact I want more of your kisses if you allow of course..."
Sakura's eyes darted towards his own, twisting her neck a bit more to meet his eyes. She could only see sincerity.
She could also feel his hands slowly snaking down to her nether region, making a heat build up in her chest, and lower abdomen which drove her mad.
Her breath quickens. Heart beating faster, eyes darting towards his lips. God, she want those lips on her so bad.
"However," He slowly whispered near her ears. Making her shudder.
"We are too young for this." He instantly pulled back, leaving her desiring for more.
"What!" She was left stunned, dazed and confused.
"You heard me, kissing is one thing but anymore is not right. At least at your age."
Sakura blinked in confusion. Her heart still felt like hammering against her chest and he pulled back right now.
"Don't get me wrong, you felt how hard I am..." He stated, once again reminding her that he caught her red handed.
"You are a very beautiful girl Sakura." His tone softened just then, his grip on her loosened just enough that it was more comfortable for both of them. Though Sakura felt like the earlier tight hold was a bit more of her liking.
She kinda liked that dominant version of his.
"However, we are siblings..."
Her mood instantly collapsed.
"And more importantly. We don't know what we are doing."
Her eyes were misting up, at how he was pulling back all of a sudden.
"B-but." She tried to say however, he stopped her.
"15..."
"huh...?"
"No doing more than kissing and touching until we are at least 15 or 16. And then, if you still feel the same, we will think further. Of course, if you still want kissing and touch that is." Sukuna stated.
The sibling thing was messed up, but so was his feeling towards her after last night. It was just a kiss but he realised just how much he loved her. As a sister of course, as a lover, he wasn't certain. So he will let both of them figure that out slowly.
And if they ever felt it was wrong, then they always can back down, kissing and touching is still better to pull away from than...
He shook his head. Taking out the dirty thoughts from his mind.
Sakura didn't say anything for a while, but slowly she nodded.
"O-okay. But you promise you'll not make fun of me if I want kisses like last night." She nodded, and as she spoke, her voice trailed off, at the end she was barely audible like a mosquito.
Embarrassed to even ask for that.
"Haha... why would I. Don't you remember what I told you last night. You're my favourite flavour now. You ain't running away from those kisses even if you want to now." He grinned, and before she could reply, smashed his lips with hers, earning a quiet moan from her.
Her body stiffened just for a moment before going limp. Closing her eyes, enjoying it before.
And just as it came, it was gone.
She blinked in confusion, and he was already getting away.
Her face puffed up in a pout, the kiss was too short...
"Come on, it's breakfast time."
"I'm cooking."
