Four months...
Levian pushed himself to a seated position and looked for the owner of the voice.
There, sitting in the tree, he found King Gaëlf, looking the same as ever. Naked and proud. His black hair fell past his shoulders like silk.
"Four months?" Levian repeated, "What do you mean four months?"
"That is how long you have been away."
"..."
"But how? I was only in the Fate Gate for what, an hour?" He retorted. It didn't make any sense.
However, King Gaëlf shook his head, as if the young man had come to some sort of misunderstanding.
"It is not about what happened in the fate gate, but rather what happened afterwards." He said in a serious tone. "Tell me Levian, what happened when you used TRUTH?"
Levian was reminded of his time floating in what seemed to be the greater world. A voice had pulled him far from home and towards an unknown destination. He had willingly trusted the voice and only turned away when another voice interceded.
