Ethan Grant moved to the other side of the hospital bed and kissed Serena Sullivan's lips, "You and Anna can chat slowly, I happen to have some things to discuss with Carter Lockwood."

Carter Lockwood watched Ethan kiss Serena goodbye, his eyes darkening, staring directly at Anna Morgan's lips.
Mmm!
He wanted to kiss Anna too!
After Ethan and Carter left, Finn Chandler came in, looking very exhausted, not from lack of sleep, but from stress.
"Finn, what's going on?"
Seeing Finn, Anna Morgan approached her, holding her hand and locking the door behind them.
Finn didn't answer immediately; she walked over to Serena's side, glanced at her, and said with a faint smile, "The surgery was successful?"
"Mmm!"
Serena responded, remembering what Morda had said: waking up meant the surgery was mostly completed, and all that was left was the recovery of her legs.
She believed Morda didn't lie to her this time.
"That's good."
