Gigi Sawyer shot Mandy Young an angry glare, then flipped her sleeves and strutted away on her sky-high heels. The general manager had a notoriously bad temper—besides Mandy Young, who's the daughter of the biggest shareholder, and Lily Shaw, who's the most favored, no one else in the company would dare make the general manager wait.
Mandy Young had purposely held back the news about the general manager wanting to see her, just to mess with Gigi Sawyer for Lily Shaw, who'd been dumped and left behind. How hateful!
Lily Shaw caught the poisonous look in Gigi Sawyer's eyes. After she walked away, Lily dragged Mandy off to their break room. "Mandy, you'd better watch out—Gigi Sawyer's going to try tripping you up in the future."
