Lily Shaw said she would wait five minutes before stopping the car, but she glanced at Aiden Grant several times in just thirty seconds. Seeing him frown and silently apply medicine with such a pitiful look softened her heart completely.
"I'll stop just up ahead. You just hold on for a moment, and I'll help you with the medicine later." Lily Shaw said with a stern face, but the worry in her eyes betrayed her true feelings.
Aiden Grant was amused by Lily's haughty demeanor, but he knew he absolutely must not laugh. Otherwise, if his little woman got angry and stopped caring about his well-being, who would he cry to then?
He nodded vigorously without speaking.
Lily Shaw saw his reaction and sighed, resting her hand on her forehead. Since when was this guy so obedient? Ha, when she tells him not to speak, he really stops talking?
