Even though Jiang Ye had the [Omniscient Vision], he felt a tremendous obstacle.
He had no choice but to slow his pace.
"Roar~ Roar!"
A series of piercing roars echoed around him, followed by pairs of pitch-black eyes appearing within the dense black mist.
Black liquid streamed from their eye sockets, making them incredibly eerie in the darkness.
Yet, Jiang Ye was accustomed to this... along the way, he had encountered many members of the Shadow Race, some even as powerful as the Seventh or Ninth Break level.
But strangely.
These members of the Shadow Race merely lingered in the black mist, their pitch-black eyes fixed greedily on Jiang Ye.
Yet none of them stepped forward to attack.
In fact, as Jiang Ye moved forward, the dense black mist in front of him seemed to part on its own, as if paving a path to the Netherworld for Jiang Ye.
"Why aren't they attacking me?" Jiang Ye wondered to himself, "It feels more like they're welcoming me?"
