The small hunting group was constantly hunting outside.
On Chen Wen's side.
He received news brought back by Eagle: "There are rabbits trapped!"
Eagle flapped its wings with a rustle and landed atop the beam of the shelter.
It tilted its head, looked at Chen Wen, and said, "Those amazing things you set up trapped several rabbits!"
The traps worked!
Chen Wen grinned.
Eagle continued, "I tried dragging them, but couldn't move them at all, so I came back. If I could have pulled the rabbits down, I might have been able to bring them back."
Hearing Eagle's words, Chen Wen frowned and pondered for a moment.
If he taught Eagle how to untie the traps, Chen Wen felt it could still learn, but Eagle wouldn't be able to restore the trap to its original state.
So, even if he taught Eagle, it would only reduce his trips over.
And with Eagle's sharp claws and beak, if it really got involved, it might end up damaging the snares.
