Yuki: (annoyed) It's annoying.
Hamesh: Then that settles it. I hope it goes well. I don't have to worry about them. We haven't encountered any demons. I have a bad feeling about this. I hope everything is alright. Good luck, Yuki.
[ While walking back to their class. ]
Adam: (Smiles) She is up to something.
Yuvaraj: Are you kidding me? You tried to just pair me with him.
Adam: Are you still scared, bro?
Yuvaraj: I'm not scared. But I could not forget what he did...
Adam: Yeah, like I would believe.
[ Mika overheard their conversation and asked— ]
Mika: So, you bullied him?
Yuvaraj: Yeah, so what?
Mika: So it's you. You can't bully someone.
Yuvaraj: What're you gonna do? Huh?
[ Mika's aura scares Yuvaraj; his arrogance faded. ]
Yuvaraj: Okay, I'll tell you everything.
[ Flashback ]
[ Yuki walking upstairs with his physics project, Yuvaraj bumped into Yuki. ]
Yuvaraj: Hey, I'm sorry.
[ His eyes were filled with fiery rage. ]
Yuki: Are you kidding me?
Yuvaraj: Look at his eyes… his heart's pounding and his voice – shaking. I swear, I didn't mean to. Please… I'm sorry. Just—tell me how I can fix this.
[ Adam came into the scene ]
Adam: Calm down, Yuki.
[ Yuki stares over Adam. ]
Adam: His voice trembling. I don't think he did it on purpose.
Yuki: softens. Oh really? He asked Yuvaraj.
Yuvaraj: Yeah.
Yuki: Oh, sorry! You don't have to do anything. I don't think so.
[ Yuki walks away ]
[ Flashback ends ]
Yuvaraj: This is what happened at that time. After that incident, I never wanted to talk to him.
Mika: So this is what happened, huh?
Adam: Yeah, and why did you decide to team up with him?
Mika: I am kinda curious about his characteristics and his story. He seems more like a demon according to their description. Even though Hamesh sir, trust him, I should keep an eye on him.
Adam: Good luck then. Honestly, she's doing all this just out of curiosity. I failed to figure out his story… let's see how far she gets.
[ In the classroom, Yuki is eating his lunch alone. ]
Adam: (Excited) Hey buddy, it's been a long time since I talked to you.
Yuki: Here he comes, a joker in my class, Adam Joy. He has been my classmate ever since grade 9. (In a dull tone) What's it now?
Adam: He has been acting strange for the past 1 and a half years. I know he is introverted, but things got even worse and nobody knows about it, and why the hell is he acting so lame to me? I thought I could eat with you, that's all.
Yuki: I don't mind. I think he has something to tell me.
Adam: If Yuvaraj had agreed, I would have no objection to switching places with you.
Yuki: You did that for yourself. Don't you?
Adam: (got awkward) What, what do you mean?
Yuki: You've already failed twice, and now you're suddenly interested in the new student.
Adam: How is he so correct? Just so you know, this time just a friend.
[ Scene switches to Mika, who is walking in the corridor. ]
Mika: Ugh, it's so noisy here. I need a break from people sometimes, I guess. I didn't see the terrace here. Maybe I'll check it out. )
[ Mika goes to the terrace and finds a girl standing looking at the sky. ]
Mika: There is someone here. It's suspicious, someone at this time, being on the terrace. Anyway, I'll act normal.
[ Scene changes to Akari standing on the terrace and seeing outside. ]
Akari: I successfully infiltrated the school. It has been 3 weeks by now, and I still haven't received any orders. It's annoying. Why don't I kill someone? Things will get interesting. (smirks)
[ Mika walks closer to the girl (Akari). ]
Mika: Hey, who are you? (smile)
[ She turned around and looked at Mika and whispered to herself. ]
Akari:. I guess I got my prey. I should do my good deed now. [ She smiles and walks towards her. As soon as Mika meets her at a few feet apart, she instinctively leaps back. ]
Mika: (whispers) Activate TFZ.
[ Mika's eyes turned yellow, and Akari's eyes turned red. ]
Mika: You are a demon, huh?
Akari: And you are a protector.
Mika: She is a demon unlike him. I can't let my guard down. I don't know anything about her powers, so I'll let her make the first move.
Akari: My wish is granted. I'll kill her, instead of a random non-protector. I will also get some recognition from my king. I can't be reckless; I should make my move carefully.
[ Mika gets in her fighting stance ]
Akari: Finally getting ready to fight, huh? What's her power? Is she waiting for me to make the first move?
[ Mika controls the rod of the fence slowly ]
Mika: Just a little bit of sound… she'll be alerted. So I have to do it without a single sound. Why don't you talk a little, demon?
Akari: It's Akari.
Mika: She is still in human form, but her eyes are red. She is nothing like any other demon. She is strong; her chakra is completely different from all, it's terrifying. Okay, Akari. Show me what you got!
[ Akari flashed in front of Mika in the blink of an eye, so fast that the air itself erupted into a roaring shockwave, sending dust and debris spiralling around them. Her voice was low, cold, and her eyes looked directly at Mika's eyes.]
Akari: But you don't deserve to say it.
Mika: (under pressure) She is fast
[ Mika backs off, waves her hands, right to left, to break a piece of the wall and throw it at Akari. ]
[ Akari flashed to Mika's back ]
Akari: in the same cold demeanour. You are too slow.
[ Akari punched Mika—and the impact rippled through the air, blasting her into the wall with a shockwave that cracked the concrete. She spits out blood. ]
Mika: How is she able to use two different powers?
