"Bloodline regression. A dual enhancement."
"The me of now can freely control the rotation of the Earth through these eyes."
Uchiha Madara's face was alight with excitement. The bloodline regression he spoke of was not a reversal toward Ōtsutsuki Kaguya's lineage—but a return to the true Ōtsutsuki Civilization itself.
And the Rinnegan and Reincarnation Eye, both enhanced beyond their original state, had seen their capabilities magnified severalfold.
He could feel the Earth turning beneath him. And he could bring its rotation to a halt at will.
Uchiha Dance King: "Holy Lord—Virtual Combat Arena. One round."
Now, there was no one left in the chat group whose abilities gave him pause. The only members who could still make him feel any genuine sense of threat were Brandon White and Angel Yan. No one else—not even the Ancient One—could stand beside him anymore.
Holy Lord: "Bring it on."
Holy Lord didn't waste words. He was genuinely curious about just how formidable Uchiha Madara had become.
"Ding. Group member Uchiha Dance King has opened the Virtual Combat Arena."
"Ding. Group member Holy Lord has entered the Virtual Combat Arena."
Richest Man: "..."
Richest Man: "Let's place a bet. Who's going to win?"
Golden Flash: "I have a feeling a draw might be the most likely outcome."
Golden Flash: "Though if Uchiha Madara uses sealing jutsu, it's not impossible that he could defeat Holy Lord."
Golden Flash: "Even if he can't win outright, he definitely won't lose."
From Uchiha Madara's words alone, it was evident that he could now manipulate the very rotation of the Earth. His pupil power must have reached a magnitude beyond imagination.
Even Holy Lord, it seemed, would have no way of dealing any meaningful damage to him.
The only conceivable path to victory for Holy Lord would be to wait until Uchiha Madara had exhausted his chakra entirely—but was that even realistic?
A single Nine-Tails was said to possess infinite chakra. And what Uchiha Madara now contained within himself was a Ten-Tails.
No matter how recklessly one burned through chakra, draining it completely seemed like an extraordinarily difficult proposition.
Most Ancient God-Slayer: "A tedious fight."
Most Ancient God-Slayer: "This old man is heading back."
He had no interest whatsoever in watching someone else's battle right now. This was precisely the moment he was most eager to begin training.
Strength. He could finally elevate his strength again.
Holy Lord, Uchiha Madara, Luo Hao—just you wait. Sooner or later, he would defeat every one of them.
With a cold snort, Voban left the Naruto World entirely.
"Then shall we head back as well?"
Roxie Vale hesitated as she spoke.
"What else would you do? Stay here for what?"
Brandon White gave her an odd look. His body flickered with light, and he was gone.
"Normally wouldn't you at least eat a bowl of Ichiraku Ramen?"
Was something wrong with the two of them, or was something wrong with her?
Roxie Vale pursed her lips, then left the world as well.
Only Kakuzu and Hidan remained where they lay—both still unconscious.
"Yan-neechan, can you please stop spacing out when we're in the middle of talking? Even if multitasking is easy for us, it's rude, you know."
"You know perfectly well I can't see what you're looking at."
Zhixin poked Angel Yan in the shoulder, dissatisfied.
"They just happened to be livestreaming, so I took a peek."
"It's not my fault you weren't in there."
Angel Yan shrugged at Zhixin with a flicker of regret.
Zhixin huffed, lips pursed, displeasure written plainly across her face.
"Hmph. Yan-neechan knows perfectly well I could never join, and still rubs it in."
Angel Yan let out a light laugh. She transferred the footage of the crossover traveler and the livestream directly to Zhixin. The younger girl's expression shifted in an instant—from irritation to a bright, wide smile—and she said sweetly:
"Thank you, Yan-neechan."
"You, honestly..."
Angel Yan looked at Zhixin with unmistakable fondness.
As the youngest of the Angel warriors, Zhixin held a place in all their hearts not unlike that of a younger sister. Even Angel Cold, when it came to Zhixin, was extraordinarily gentle.
"Zhixin—do you know what the single greatest benefit the Angel Civilization has gained since I joined the chat group?"
Angel Yan posed the question suddenly.
"The greatest benefit?"
"The world systems that are fundamentally different from technology? Things like magic, spiritual energy, chakra, martial arts?"
Zhixin tilted her head as she spoke.
In her eyes, those systems—so entirely unlike the technology they currently possessed—carried immense research value. If the Angel Civilization could come to understand the core concepts within those systems, and rationally convert them to the technological side, that would represent progress on a scale never before seen.
"Those are part of it."
Angel Yan shook her head, then gave her answer.
"The greatest benefit is resources."
Zhixin blinked, caught off guard.
"Any civilization's development is inseparable from resources."
"Especially in our world."
"The upgrade of Divine Bodies and the creation of Super Warrior Genes both require vast quantities of resources—Divine Body upgrades in particular."
"The amount needed is staggering. Certain resources are extraordinarily rare. Some are entirely non-renewable."
"The resources within the known universe are finite as they are. Our Angel Civilization has already claimed a sizable portion of them. To obtain more, other civilizations would never agree."
"We could, of course, wage war—seize those resources by force. But doing so would violate the Angel Civilization's sacred commitment to Justice and Order."
"Tell me—which civilization wouldn't dream of elevating every last one of its people to godhood? The only thing stopping us is that our own resources simply don't allow it."
The Angel Civilization currently possessed three Fourth-Generation Divine Bodies. But that was already the absolute limit of what their civilization could sustain.
Their resources did not permit the elevation of even one more Fourth-Generation Divine Body—even if they possessed the ability to do so.
If they had sufficient resources, why stop at one more? Universal Fourth-Generation Divine Bodies across the entire civilization—why not?
"Our world lacks enough resources. That doesn't mean other worlds do. We can even purchase resources that once existed in our own world but have since vanished entirely."
"Points. That is not something particularly difficult for the Angel Civilization to obtain."
"The highest-tier technology mastered by the Angel Civilization—any single item—is worth an astronomical quantity of points."
"Though I confess I cannot understand why, when the Shop already possesses these technologies, it is still willing to let us recover and sell them."
"But this is no disadvantage to us."
"At the very least, we can convert these scientific achievements into the resources we need. And we needn't worry about other civilizations in this world obtaining them."
At this point, Angel Yan turned her gaze to Zhixin. Her tone carried a complicated weight.
"Brandon White's ability is extraordinarily special. His Authority doesn't appear to be a simple [Natural Authority]. Earth alone should not be capable of granting him power on this scale."
"Rules. Concepts. The Earth that exists across all worlds and universes—if our conjecture is correct..."
"He and That Being share an extraordinarily deep connection."
"Perhaps an alignment of fate. The Angel Civilization's future may very well leap into the heavens because of you—that's not an impossibility."
"Hm?"
Zhixin looked at Angel Yan with mild confusion. Why couldn't she explain it more clearly?
What was the issue with Brandon White's ability?
Wasn't it the civilization Brandon White belonged to that had granted him his power in the first place?
And who was That Being?
Why would the Angel Civilization take such a leap forward because of her?
