Although Mei was indeed being toyed with by Kaito's strange devices right now, the problem was that Miko couldn't see any of it directly—she only knew about it.
"Maybe," Acheron gave no clear answer to this, but it only made Miko want to know all the more.
Just then, however, Kaito spoke up.
"Alright, Acheron, why don't you take this little fox Miko out for a stroll now? This little fox felt so embarrassed about how she looked earlier, but now she's already itching to go out and experience a little thrill."

Having been seen right through by Kaito, Miko tried to explain herself.

Like going outside with something strange stuffed in her mouth, or with some certain place down below having had something done to it by Kaito.
"Little girl~"
Without answering Miko's question directly, Acheron simply murmured the words "little girl."
After that, she opened the door and stepped out into the corridor.
"Hm? Lumine, aren't you coming out with us?" As though only just noticing that Lumine had been standing still in place the whole time, Acheron, out in the corridor, asked this with a hint of puzzlement.
"Aiya, that little girl is still being shy. I called for her just now and she wouldn't come out."
Reaching the doorway, Miko teased Lumine a little.
