In his Full-Power Super Saiyan 4 state, Goku had regained the upper hand.
The moment he was struck by Goku's fierce blow, Jiren reacted immediately, reaching out to intercept his fist.
However, Goku's punch had already connected squarely with Jiren's chin.
There was a loud cracking sound, the sound of Jiren's jaw being broken. The speed of the attack caught Jiren completely off guard. By the time he reacted, it was too late.
His body was sent crashing uncontrollably towards the ground.

Like a cannonball, he smashed into the ground, creating a massive crater.
Jiren lay neatly at the bottom of it.
Just as he was about to stand up again, one energy sphere after another came hurtling towards him.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The crater expanded instantly, engulfing the entire hill region in a sea of light.
As Goku prepared to unleash a Kamehameha, a brilliant light suddenly erupted from within the crater.
Jiren's aura intensified further and further.
Then, suddenly, an aura that felt strangely familiar to Goku burst forth.
Goku froze.
"That aura?!"
BANG!
While Goku was still in shock, Jiren kicked off the ground and shot into the sky.
The veins on his thick arms bulged like writhing earthworms as a fist the size of a sandbag filled Goku's entire field of vision.
BOOM!
The punch drove deep into Goku's abdomen.
A mouthful of bitter stomach acid surged up his throat, and in the next moment, he was sent flying wildly through the air.
His body spun in an irregular trajectory as he tumbled away.
Goku forced himself to stabilize and looked down at his abdomen in astonishment.
The residual aura from Jiren's attack lingered on the spot where he had been hit.
Goku touched his stomach, then looked back at Jiren. A knowing smile appeared on his face the next second.
"If that's the case, then there's something I absolutely have to figure out!"
Crimson flames instantly ignited around Goku's body and even his black hair, in its Super Saiyan 4 form, became tinged with red.
He had entered his Boundary Breakthrough state.
"Come on, Jiren! I want to know if my suspicions are correct!"
With that, Goku charged straight towards him. His fists were now infused with the God Ki of Super Saiyan God.
Jiren was equally unwilling to back down as he chose to meet the attack head-on.
Both warriors raised their auras to their absolute limits.
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
A continuous series of fist collisions echoed across the arena. But what Jiren didn't expect was that, each time their fists collided, Goku would briefly close his eyes.
It was as though he could sense something.
Then, suddenly, Goku opened his eyes.
In that instant, he pushed his power to the maximum.
At the exact moment their fists collided once more, Goku's body moved silently behind Jiren at an imperceptible speed.

A gigantic blue pillar of energy engulfed Jiren and drove him downwards towards the ground.
The sight instantly caused Dyspo, who was watching from the spectator room in Universe 11, to let out a mournful cry.
"AAAAAHHHHHH!!!!"
"No... No way! What kind of monsters are there in Universe 7?!"
"Are you kidding me?! That guy is actually stronger than Jiren!"
Dyspo shook his head repeatedly, his eyes filled with disbelief.
In contrast, Marcarita appeared unusually calm.
She glanced at him and said coldly, "Quiet down, Dyspo. This has nothing to do with you."

"Tch, so what? Goku's basically getting revenge for Caulifla and Kale anyway."
Vados sighed helplessly. However, she had already noticed the unusual changes occurring around both Goku and Jiren.
"Lord Champa, have you noticed anything different?" She asked.
Champa looked confused.
"Different? What do you mean?"
Vados sighed again.
"Never mind. If it were Lord Beerus, I imagine he would have noticed by now."
The moment Beerus was mentioned, Champa became visibly unhappy. Planting his hands on his hips, he pulled an expression as though he understood everything.
"Tch! Of course this god has noticed it!"

Beerus wore a grave expression as he stared at Goku on the screen.
After a few seconds, he began his analysis, deep in thought.
"It looks like Goku has already discovered something unusual about this Jiren."
"I have to admit, Goku really is a genius."
Beerus stroked his chin, paused for a moment, and added,
"I mean when it comes to fighting."
"After transforming into Super Saiyan 4 Boundary Breakthrough, his perception of God Ki becomes much sharper."
"He deliberately allowed himself to be hit and repeatedly used his own body to sense the strange aura emanating from Jiren."
"As expected of Son Goku."
Beerus's analysis was detailed and well-reasoned.
Nearby, Whis nodded repeatedly in agreement. Only Old Kai and Supreme Kai Shin looked completely bewildered.
