" Yes… and ? " Adrian replied calmly since Magneto having two daughters had nothing to do with him.
"Hmm…. Nothing~ " Emma smiled sweetly as she gazed out the window. Emma didn't care much about Adrian's love life and she shared a unique bond with him which no woman could replicate and she never felt jealous of anyone.
She knew what kind of guy her brother was turning out to be and she could only apologise to Magneto in her heart…..

" Pay attention spider ~ " Green Goblin laughed menacingly as he threw a couple of pumpkin bombs at Ghost spider who seemed a bit sluggish.
Ghost Spider dodged the explosions by a hair's breadth as she forced herself to focus since she could put others in danger if she didn't take care of Green Goblin fast.
But Ghost Spider's eyes widened when she noticed a figure in black appear behind Green Goblin and before the man could react he was kicked down from his glider.
*Crack!*
Green Goblin's mask cracked from the force of the kick as he was sent crashing to the ground, already knocked cold from the impact.
And just like that Norman Osborn was finally able to meet the person he had been looking for for such a long time…. But unlike what he thought he got his ass handed to him.
But sadly Norman would never know because this might as well be his last day on this planet…..

"We need to talk…" Adrian gazed at an Awkward Gwen as he said in a serious tone making her stiffen a bit.
"Y-Yeah sure.." Gwen replied softly as Adrian gazed at the unconscious Goblin under his feet then turned his gaze to the young woman who arrived near him.
"Spiderwoman, could you deal with him ? " Adrian asked Spider woman who gave him a finger salute with a smirk.
"Okay~ " She went over to pick Green Goblin up as she webbed him up and tied him to the side of a building while she waited for law enforcement to arrive…..

" So…" Gwen said in a hesitant tone trying to break the awkward silence.
" How have you been…." Adrian asked softly as he gazed at Gwen who was still wearing her mask even though they were alone on top of a sky scraper.
" I'm fine…" Gwen replied almost defensively as she crossed her arms across chest while gazing at the scenery.
She wasn't fine , how could she be fine after cutting off the only person she had in the world.
Her Mom had died when she was little and her Dad died while on duty leaving her alone with only Adrian being something akin to her family as he was her childhood friend.
" You don't seem fine…" Adrian replied calmly, making Gwen bristle at his words.
" How would you know! " Gwen hissed at Adrian in an annoyed and angry tone becoming a bit emotional but Adrian didn't react and just gazed at her calmly making her nervous as she felt bad about her outburst.
Adrian reached out to Gwen gently making her stiffen as she gazed at his hand that was coming closer and closer to her masked face.
Gwen wanted to stop him but she didn't as she felt her mask being pulled off her face revealing a haggard and tired face that seemed like she had gone through rough times.
Gwen's blue eyes shimmered with unshed tears as she gazed at Adrian, stubbornly refusing to shed them.
Adrian brushed his thumb against her cheek making Gwen's lips tremble as she still glared at him.
"I'm sorry….. I should have reached out to you sooner…." Adrian pulled Gwen into a hug as the blonde didn't struggle as she buried her head in his chest while crying silently.
The emotions she had bottled up for a month burst out as she clutched his clothes tightly while crying.
"I-Idiot!" Gwen cursed Adrian as she bawled her eyes out while he just hugged her reassuringly….

" It's wrong…" Gwen said softly while she was leaning her head against Adrian's shoulder.
"Sometimes doing something wrong is better than doing something right…. And I'll gladly do it again if it means I can protect you…" Adrian said sincerely, making Gwen bite her lips in conflict.
"So you are going to just kill anyone that tries to harm me ? Is killing the only answer?" Gwen asked in an emotional tone as she glared at Adrian who just gazed back at her calmly making her shift a bit uncomfortably.
"Not really…. But people like Green Goblin need to go… and nobody would miss them , and don't give me that bullshit about redemption and second chances and the Saintly mindset of 'people can change'….. What's the use of them changing, if the price is a thousand bodies…." Adrian said seriously gazing at Gwen who lost her fire as she couldn't find anything to argue with.
"I-If you just kill them then it would make you stoop to their level and you would just be another murderer…" Gwen said weakly, trying to explain the importance of restraint to her childhood friend and to make him understand the great responsibility that comes with having great power.
