Caesar grinned and replied, "In that case... let me enlighten you, you ignorant fool, about the truth of this place."
As he spoke, Caesar slowly approached Luffy, his expression growing increasingly arrogant.
"To the outside world, this is an island that seems not to exist!" Caesar declared. "In other words, it's impossible to reach here through normal means!"
"And precisely because of that, this island is deeply connected to the underworld!"
"Whether it's forbidden experiments or the distribution of Test Subjects, everything can be done here!"
After a brief pause, Caesar continued, "Straw Hat Boy, do you know why that is?"
Luffy remained silent, calmly watching Caesar.
Unfazed, Caesar didn't expect Luffy to answer the question anyway.

"Someone like you could never be his match!"
"Both you and your crew will be killed by him!"

Those words seemed to strike a chord in Luffy, immediately darkening his expression.
Then, Luffy walked towards Caesar without a word, his aura growing increasingly intense.

He had made it so clear, yet this brat still wasn't afraid?

Luffy remained silent, simply pressing forward.
Seeing this, Caesar instinctively swallowed and forced an awkward smile. "R-right!"
"If you apologize now, I might let you all go."
Luffy said nothing, continuing to advance.
Caesar: "Hey!"
"Listen when someone's talking to you!" Caesar took a few steps back, adding, "Do you even know how many powerful figures you'll anger by doing this?!"
"Hey, at least say something!"
Seeing that Luffy still refused to acknowledge him, Caesar's expression shifted.
"In that case... you can just die!"
"Gas Flame Torch!"
In the next moment, a terrifying blast of burning gas shot from Caesar's mouth, heading straight for Luffy not far away.

The attack scorched a massive hole right through the wall!
"It's here!"
The soldiers from above shouted excitedly, "It's the master's Gas Flame Torch!"
"This torch can even melt steel!"

Caesar exclaimed triumphantly, "Straw Hat Boy, no one can survive after taking this move!"

Hearing their words, Franky's expression darkened.
He truly hadn't expected Caesar to unleash such an attack.
But when he noticed Luffy standing behind Caesar, he immediately calmed down again.
He then ignored the commotion here, turned around, and pulled Brownbeard toward the passage behind them to prevent him from being killed.

Noticing Franky's movement, Caesar grinned. "Finally running away, huh?"

Hearing that familiar voice, Caesar froze in place.
He then turned to look behind him, staring at Luffy with disbelief. "Why are you still alive?"
"Because you're too slow," Luffy replied calmly.
With that, Luffy took step after step toward Caesar.
This time, Caesar was truly terrified.
"Hey, aren't you really afraid of those powerful figures in the New World?!" Caesar cried out in fear. "They're monsters!"
"He..."
Before Caesar could finish, Luffy's fist once again met Caesar's face.
"Thud!"
The heavy impact sent Caesar's teeth flying!
He then crashed violently into the wall nearby.
"Whoosh~"
"Boom!!"
"That hurts!"
Watching Caesar writhing on the ground in pain, Luffy calmly retracted his fist and said, "Didn't I tell you? Let them come at me!"
With that, Luffy took a few steps back, dodging a massive rock falling from above.
"Boom!!"
Then, Luffy looked up at the sky in confusion. "What's going on here?"
Ever since earlier, rubble had been falling from the sky from time to time.
Also, what was that power that made the entire building fly earlier?
Was it Meiser and the others?
"You damn Straw Hat Boy, Law!"
Caesar, crawling out of the ruins, roared angrily, "You've completely pissed me off!"
Because of these two bastards, look at what they've done to his Paradise!
So... he absolutely won't let these two bastards off!
After roaring, Caesar took out a Den Den Mushi and said, "Building R, second floor, can you hear me?"
"Secret room, answer quickly!"
"Yes, Master, we can hear you!" the soldier hurriedly replied. "Do you need us to come down and provide support?"
"What use would you guys coming down be?" Caesar said. "Quickly open the ventilation shaft and let the Death Realm outside in!"
