Although attacked, Mewtwo's body was clean, without even a scratch or speck of dirt.
Looking at Mew, its eyes seemed to be filled with a strong will to fight.
"Your power is great; you are indeed worthy of my serious attention!"
Glancing at the others, Mewtwo used its power again, and as the platform opened, a dozen more clone Pokémon with striped patterns were brought up.
"You humans created us for the purpose of making us stronger! But you never imagined that there would come a day when you would face the backlash, did you? Go! Clones, let these humans and their lackeys feel the rage of having our lives toyed with!!"
Driven by Mewtwo, the clone Pokémon all charged forward. Ash and the others didn't want to fight, but they had to defend themselves and could only command their respective Pokémon to meet the attack.
A chaotic battle thus began!
Natsui also sent out his Pokémon, having them join the fight against the clone Pokémon.
But as soon as they engaged, Natsui discovered that the power of these clone Pokémon far surpassed their counterparts. Although fewer in number, even fighting one against two, they were not at a disadvantage at all compared to their painstakingly raised Pokémon!
Amidst flames, torrents of water, and flashes of electricity, the roars and cries of Pokémon were mixed together. They fought in a tangled mess, scattered everywhere, and soon the battle spread throughout the entire castle!
However, as time went on, everyone's stamina was gradually depleted, yet it was still difficult to determine a winner.
And Mewtwo seemed to have grown tired of Mew's agile movements, and tired of this drawn-out war!
"Feel my power!"
To end the battle quickly, it used all its remaining strength, preparing to take down Mew in one fell swoop. Seeing this, Mew could only respond in the same manner.
Two huge energy spheres gathered in front of Mewtwo and Mew, and when they had accumulated enough power, they were fired at each other almost simultaneously!
But just then, unexpectedly, Ash couldn't bear to see the Pokémon killing each other and actually ran between them, trying to stop the fight!
"Stop! Don't fight anymore!"
However, the energy spheres had already been launched, and it was too late to pull back!
In an instant, one blue and one pink, the two massive energy spheres had struck Ash!

A brilliant light flashed, and without even making a sound, Ash, with his eyes wide open, fell to the ground with a thud, turning into a hard stone statue!
This sudden turn of events caught everyone off guard; they didn't even have time to react and could only watch helplessly as Ash was struck down by the moves!
"Ash!!"
Natsui quickly ran over and gently shook Ash. Seeing no response, he hurriedly checked his condition but felt no pulse or breath!
He was... petrified!?
"Foolish!" Mewtwo looked coldly at Ash and said in a deep voice, "To actually try to stop our battle! How utterly foolish!"
"Pika! Pika!!"
Pikachu, seeing Ash motionless, seemed to realize something. Desperate and anxious, it used its electric currents over and over again, shocking Ash's body, as if trying to undo the petrification this way!
BZZT!
Natsui was forced back several steps by the intense electricity. These bolts of lightning, along with Pikachu's sorrowful cries, drew everyone's attention.
Whether human or Pokémon, or Mewtwo and its clones, they couldn't help but stop fighting and silently watch the scene.
After multiple shocks yielded no results, Pikachu, exhausted, collapsed on Ash's body, shedding tears of grief!
And those kind-hearted Pokémon, realizing that someone had lost their precious life to stop this battle, were moved by their emotions and also began to shed tears.
However, to everyone's surprise, the Pokémon's tears seemed to be guided by a mysterious power. They emitted a star-like fluorescence, floated into the sky, and finally converged at one point, entering Ash's body!

This miraculous power actually revived Ash, freeing him from his petrification!

According to legend, Ho-Oh has the power to bring the dead back to life. It must have appeared in time and helped Ash!
However, apart from Natsui, it seemed no one else had noticed Ho-Oh's appearance!
But why would Ho-Oh appear here?
Could it be, as the rumors say, that it's actually Ash's exclusive photographer? Following him at all times?
Or, like Mew, was it simply attracted by Mewtwo's presence and came here to see?
But regardless, Ash's revival was indeed a relief to everyone, and the surrounding Pokémon let out cheers of joy.
And more importantly, this miraculous scene, coupled with Ash's selfless act of trying to save the other Pokémon, deeply shook Mewtwo's heart!
Mewtwo floated in place, silent, but its mind was in turmoil.
Taking this opportunity, Natsui took a few steps forward and said to it: "Mewtwo! No matter the outcome, this battle is meaningless! Whether an original or a clone, even a created life has the right to live freely! Existence is reason. We are all living beings; there is no need to determine who is stronger!"
After a moment of silence, Mewtwo slowly said: "There is some truth in what you say. I finally understand now that, in the face of life, being strong or weak is ultimately just a farce!"
With that, it turned to look at Mew.
"Whether born naturally or created through cloning, we are all Pokémon, each with our own lives. We cannot impose our own will on others. Perhaps this matter, this farce, should not be remembered by anyone at all!"
Mew nodded gently.
Seeing its agreement, the two Pokémon used their powers simultaneously. In an instant, soft, blue particles of light began to drift down from the sky.
The particles enveloped the entire island.
Unlike Misty and the others who were admiring the sight, Natsui looked up at these particles, knowing that this was Mewtwo's way of erasing everyone's memories.
Just as he was about to have Gardevoir use its psychic power to prevent the blue light from landing on him, he found that the blue light actually bypassed him on its own, showering everyone else!
Before he could wonder why, he saw Mewtwo slowly descending in front of him.
"I still have some things I want to ask you." Mewtwo stared intently at Natsui and asked, "I know from your memories that you have foreseen many things. I very much want to know, why is that?"
