"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the second-round advancement match of the Indigo League on the Water Field!"
After a period of quiet, the rather sharp voice of an announcer, full of passion, suddenly rang out across the Water Field.
"First up from the red corner is the sunny and handsome competitor Natsui! He won his previous match with a huge advantage. Will he be able to carry this momentum forward in this match?"
With a wave of applause, Natsui walked out from the competitor's tunnel, waving to the audience.
And in the spectator stands, the bikers' life-or-death waving of flags and cheering also made the people around them turn to look.
In fact, after the previous day's match, they all knew there was such a group of crazy fans at the venue, and they also knew that the target of their cheers was the handsome young man before them.
However, the huge difference in image between the two, especially with this group repeatedly shouting 'Big Bro', also left a lot to the imagination.

Amidst the friendly applause from the audience and the boos from the bikers, Damian walked to the trainer's command area, facing Natsui from across the field.
Seeing that both were ready, the referee announced, "Now, will both competitors please bring out their Pokémon for battle at the same time!"
Natsui reached for a Poké Ball at his waist, letting it expand in his hand, and then sent out his Pokémon.
"Come out, Gyarados!"
On the other side, Damian also sent out his first Pokémon.
"Go! Poliwhirl!!"
As the evolved form of Poliwag, Poliwhirl was also a bipedal Pokémon with a spherical body. Its blue skin looked sticky and smooth, and its two hands looked as if they were wearing white gloves. On its white belly was a black, counter-clockwise spiral pattern, which was particularly eye-catching.
The announcer chuckled, "It seems both trainers have coincidentally chosen Water-type Pokémon for this battle! There's no type advantage between them. To win, we'll have to see who is stronger!"
But as soon as Gyarados appeared, its blood-red eyes and terrifying aura were enough to scare Poliwhirl back several steps.
Seeing this, the announcer said in surprise, "Oh? It seems competitor Natsui's Gyarados has quite the presence! Its Intimidate ability has directly made Poliwhirl timid!"
"Poliwhirl, pull yourself together! The battle hasn't even started, how can you give up like this!"
Damian cheered loudly, but the effect was limited. Left with no choice, the impatient trainer could only have Poliwhirl attack first.
"Poliwhirl, use Hypnosis!"
Poliwhirl forced itself to calm down, and circles of light waves emanated from its eyes, sweeping towards Gyarados.
Natsui calmly commanded, "Gyarados, into the water!"
Just a second before the Hypnosis was about to hit, Gyarados's massive body leaped from the platform and plunged into the water. The light waves hit the water's surface and were rendered completely useless.
"Don't think you're safe just by hiding underwater!" Seeing that his target was gone, Damian shouted, "Poliwhirl, let's get in the water too!"
Poliwhirl leaped up, just about to jump into the water, when the surface below it suddenly exploded. Gyarados burst out from underwater and, in mid-air, slammed its head into it!
"Good," Natsui nodded. "Gyarados, just like that, bite down on it tightly!"
Although Poliwhirl had a slippery body, the difference in size between the two allowed Gyarados to turn its head and, with its massive mouth, clamp down on Poliwhirl's round body in one bite.
And as its teeth squeezed harder, Poliwhirl's face contorted in pain. Despite its constant struggling, it couldn't break free.
"Poliwhirl, quick! Use Hypnosis again!" Damian shouted anxiously.
Hearing the command, Poliwhirl's eyes began to glow, trying to escape Gyarados's bloody maw with Hypnosis.
But Gyarados shook its head, its teeth sinking deeper, causing unbearable pain that prevented it from ever casting a move that required concentration.
Left with no other option, Damian had to change his command.
"Poliwhirl, use Water Gun!!"
Poliwhirl spat out a large stream of water into Gyarados's mouth. Although it only dealt half damage due to the same typing, because the inside of the mouth was more sensitive, it still caused Gyarados pain, making it instinctively loosen its teeth.
Escaping the dragon's mouth, Poliwhirl was free again.
But before Damian could be happy, he heard Natsui shout, "Gyarados, use Twister!"
Gyarados's body began to stir up the water. As it churned relentlessly, the water's surface eventually formed a waterspout, sucking Poliwhirl into it.
WHOOSH!!
The twister grew larger and larger until it covered nearly half the field, and the strong winds it generated even blew against some of the spectators' faces!
"Wow!" the announcer exclaimed. "What an incredible storm! It seems competitor Natsui's Gyarados is really strong!"
Inside the twister, Poliwhirl was spun until it was dizzy. While taking damage, once the wind subsided, its body had been lifted high into the sky.
"Now's the chance!" Natsui's eyes lit up, seizing the fleeting opportunity. "Gyarados, quick, use Aqua Tail!"
Gyarados's tail was enveloped in a swirl of water. It then suddenly lifted it and swung it hard at the unavoidable Poliwhirl.
SMACK!
The sound was crisp and echoed throughout the entire arena. And Poliwhirl, like a spinning ball, flew straight out of the field!
The force of the blow was so great that Poliwhirl hit the wall with a 'thud' before finally sliding slowly down to the ground.
The referee walked over, and seeing that Poliwhirl had already fainted, he immediately raised the colored flag in his left hand.
"Poliwhirl is out of bounds and unable to battle!"
The audience cheered wildly. Both the domineering Gyarados and the massive twister stimulated their senses. Compared to the small-scale skirmishes, this was the kind of battle they loved to watch!
Damian sighed in dejection, his eyelids twitching constantly.
Although he had only lost his first Pokémon, the huge gap in strength, both logically and emotionally, was telling him that his journey in this League Conference might just stop at this round.
But having come this far, he couldn't give up, no matter what.
After a thought, he recalled Poliwhirl and sent out his second Pokémon.
