"Plan R?" Looker frowned. The name, which he had never heard before, clearly unsettled him. "What is that? Is it another one of your latest evil plans!?"
"How pathetic," Tatsumi sneered. "You came here so rashly without even knowing what Plan R is. All I can say is, you must have some incredible 'luck'!"
"Spit it out! What is Plan R!?"
"Hehehehe… a dead man has no need to know so much!"
Tatsumi couldn't be bothered with any more talk. With a wave of his hand, the Team Rocket grunts beside him all released their Pokémon. In an instant, over a hundred Golbat and Weezing filled the ground and sky, forming a black wave of Pokémon against the International Police's yellow wave of Arcanine.
A great battle was imminent.
Seeing these stubborn people, who were, as expected, still planning to put up a desperate struggle, Looker took a deep breath and then, for the last time, shouted loudly, "Team Rocket! Give up!
