Even some of the Ancient Ones couldn't help but draw near, attempting to follow Thanoseid. But as soon as they approached, they were forced back by a casual Omega beam from him. This domineering and fierce act only added to Thanoseid's imposing stature.

Death's understanding of Thanoseid was comparatively greater. She knew that Thanoseid was an individual formed from the fusion of Thanos and something else, but for a moment, She couldn't figure out why Du Wa had summoned him. Unless...

Ever since Du Wa, in Universe 199999, had brought fighters like Black Strange and the Watcher Uatu from various MCU universes to defeat Ultron with Six Gems and seize the Infinity Gems, he had tossed all of them, along with the Infinity Gems from Universe 199999, to the Thanos of that universe.
Wielding two sets of Infinity Gems, the Thanos of Universe 199999 was naturally invincible. He easily crushed a host of resistance forces and, under Du Wa's will, ruled the universe. Within the limits permitted by Du Wa, he could reshape the world's appearance as he pleased.
Even in the subsequent great battle involving the invasion of Hell and the killing of Mephisto, the Thanos of Universe 199999 did not participate. He merely held the 12 Infinity Gems, guarded Universe 199999, and opened a teleportation gate to forcibly send The Avengers and others to fight in Hell.

"Take it. After you defeat Shuma-Gorath, this weapon is yours to use as you please." Du Wa casually tossed it over. His main focus still had to be on resisting Shuma-Gorath; everything he had just done was forcibly completed in a precious opening, using his multiversal form.
Shuma-Gorath was indeed somewhat stronger than the power Du Wa was currently using, but not to the point where it could beat Du Wa so badly he couldn't spare a thought for anything else.
