[Sorry for the late upload, I wasn't well and also was busy with exams]
The footage was not very clear. It showed a man wearing a black suit and another wearing a waiter outfit. They had a conversation with each other, "Well, I had a very good offer for you, you kill you family and in return I will pay off your debts…" Said the man in black.
"I- I will do as you say, sir, but I have a son who is about five years old... What should I do about him?" said the waiter. "A Son you say... Hmm. Interesting, I thought you did not have feelings for your wife, but you have a son. Keep him alive. He will be of good use later." Said the man.
The conversation was about a man in debt being encouraged to kill his family to pay of his debt. The faces were not visible because of the camera being a little damaged and the footage was a little bad quality. It seemed as if it was recorded in secret. There were many anomalies in the footage. It was as if it was tempered.
Sean and Eliot spend the next few hours going through the footages and the journal. It had a lot of information about the case and all seemed to connect with Lilac in some way of the other.
Their team had five members. Eliot was the leader, with Sean being the second-in-command then three other officer, Dylan, Jake and Ryan. This case was a tricky case for the five young men. But they all worked together on it.
The journal had logs of someone who was hiding in that base and recording all the crimes that took place there. There were many pages torn from the journal.
"Both the Journal and the camera belonged to Milo's mother, right?" Asked Eliot to Sean. "Yes, That is what Oliver said. Apparently Aunt Juliet had asked her sister, Aunt Maria to give them to Oliver and Milo as their engagement gifts and that they should had it to the police." Replied Sean.
After a heavy silence, Eliot responded, "Hmm. I see. We should Investigate this further. We must interrogate Ms. Maria, she must know something about this case."
Eliot ordered Dylan, Jake and Ryan to continue to search for more clues and details in the Camera roll and the journal. And Sean to start the car. Both of them had to find where Ms. Maria was and interrogate her. For this was an important case.
