"Shogun, what reward did you get this time?"
After coming back to her senses, Ei asked the Raiden Shogun.
Since they always read the same manga, she was naturally curious about the Shogun's reward.
"It seems... to be a bag of seeds?"
The Raiden Shogun frowned as she examined the item in her hand.
The Delicious Radish had originally appeared in a Doraemon movie, so she didn't recognize it.
"Seeds, huh? That's not bad. You can always plant them in the Plane of Euthymia when you have time."
Ei smiled.
At first, she had been a little disappointed about missing out on the Gourmet Tablecloth.
But after obtaining the Delicious Seasoning, she felt much better.
And now that she saw the Shogun had merely received a bag of seeds, her mood improved even more.
After all, happiness often comes from comparison.
"Ei, this woman..."
The Raiden Shogun rolled her eyes.
The moment Ei got a decent reward, she immediately started teasing her.
Shaking her head, the Shogun ignored her and focused on the item in her hand.
"What kind of seeds could these be?"
She pondered silently.
Even if they were ordinary fruit seeds, they might still benefit Inazuma.
Since they posed no threat to Eternity, she wasn't opposed to them.
Since she couldn't identify them herself, she might as well ask the owner.
Raising her head slightly, she spoke:
"Boss, what exactly are these seeds?"
Although she was inside the Plane of Euthymia, she knew Han Feng could hear her.
As expected, Han Feng immediately answered.
"They're called Delicious Radish Seeds. Once planted, they'll grow into all kinds of delicious foods based on your desires. And the seeds themselves can be reused indefinitely."
"They grow food?"
The Raiden Shogun looked genuinely surprised.
She had assumed they were some kind of fruit seeds.
The rewards from this manga shop truly were miraculous.
"I'll have to try planting them when I get back."
A trace of interest appeared in her mind.
Things like this didn't threaten Eternity, so she didn't mind experimenting with them.
Compared to the Shogun's calm reaction, Ei's response was much more dramatic.
"What?! The Shogun got radishes that can grow food?"
Food that changed according to the user's desires?
Wasn't that basically a Gourmet Tablecloth with extra steps?
The only difference was that you had to plant something first.
The moment that realization struck her, Ei felt as though she had bitten into a lemon.
Suddenly, the Delicious Seasoning in her hand didn't seem nearly as appealing.
No matter how useful it was, she still had to cook.
And in some ways, it felt like cheating.
The Shogun's reward, on the other hand, produced genuine delicious food.
All she had to do was plant a few seeds inside the Plane of Euthymia.
Then every mealtime would become a surprise food box.
It sounded unbelievably wonderful.
"No. Once we get back, I have to ask the Shogun for one seed! No—three!"
Ei immediately revised her plan.
"One for breakfast, one for lunch, and one for dinner!"
If the Raiden Shogun knew what she was thinking, she would probably wave her hand and say:
Sorry, but we're not that close.
"Boss, since you were able to let Miko and Makoto switch souls, is there any way for me to communicate with her?"
After recovering from the excitement over the rewards, Ei's expression became serious.
Khaenri'ah was no simple enemy.
Even though Makoto had obtained a powerful weapon, Ei still worried.
She had no idea how things were progressing five hundred years in the past.
Before, she had no options.
But now that there was a chance to bring her sister back, she couldn't afford to miss it.
"Of course."
Han Feng smiled and nodded.
"For example, the Traveler, Lumine, obtained a Super Telephone. After dialing, it can connect to anyone."
The item had limited uses.
However, because it possessed the power of the Peace Star, it was incredibly miraculous.
Crossing time itself was effortless for it.
"There really is such an incredible item?"
Ei's eyes lit up.
She didn't know what a telephone actually was.
But she understood the important part.
With that device, she could talk to her sister from five hundred years ago.
Thinking of that, she quickly asked:
"Boss, where is this Traveler?"
"See that girl over there with the flower in her hair?"
Han Feng pointed toward Lumine.
"That's Lumine. The Super Telephone is her reward. Whether she's willing to lend it to you or not is up to you."
"I understand. Thank you, Boss."
After thanking Han Feng, Ei immediately headed toward Lumine.
At that moment, Lumine and Paimon were busy reading Granzort and discussing it enthusiastically.
"Lumine, these mechs are amazing! If only Paimon had one too!"
Paimon's eyes sparkled as she stared at the illustrations.
For the first time, she realized that personal strength wasn't everything.
As long as your equipment was powerful enough, you could still become strong.
And giant mechs were exactly that kind of equipment.
If she had one, Paimon felt she could become powerful too.
"The ordinary enemy mechs are one thing, but don't even dream about getting one of the three main hero machines."
Lumine laughed as she pinched Paimon's cheeks.
She wasn't trying to bully the little emergency food.
It was just that those three machines were the most valuable treasures in the entire story.
Given Paimon's luck...
The odds weren't great.
"Hmph! Don't underestimate me! Maybe this time I'll hit the jackpot!"
Paimon huffed indignantly.
As the two continued discussing the manga, a voice suddenly interrupted them.
"Excuse me, are you the Traveler, Lumine?"
Lumine looked up.
Standing before her was a woman she didn't recognize.
Still, she nodded.
"That's me. Is there something you need?"
"I heard from the boss that you possess the Super Telephone."
Ei immediately deployed her favorite strategy once again.
Money.
"Would you be willing to sell it to me? The price isn't a problem."
After all, if she wanted to stay in contact with her sister in the future, buying it outright would be far more convenient.
More importantly—the girl in front of her looked rather innocent.
Perhaps the transaction would actually succeed.
