"You're back, huh…"
When Su Wen opened his eyes, a pair of golden, passionate eyes were staring at him.
They were in Qian Renxue's Angel Hall.
A slender, flawless body appeared before him.
After becoming a god, Qian Renxue's form reverted to that of an eighteen- or nineteen-year-old, more voluptuous and perfectly proportioned.
"Uncle Su, you're back?"
Qian Renxue's lips curled playfully. She pressed a tender finger to her lips, "Guess that means we can play for a while longer?"
Before Su Wen could protest, her rosy lips sealed his words, trapping them in his throat.
Body pressed tightly to body.
"Mmph…"
Su Wen felt hopeless.
How much longer would these days continue…?

On Sea God Island
Ling Jing watched dumbfounded as Wang Dong'er took the final test. Barely two months had passed—
Yet this girl had already passed the Eighth Sea God Trial and was now challenging the Ninth.
This wasn't just going easy—it was dumping the entire ocean for her.
Was the Sea God this eager for his daughter to inherit the title?
Ling Jing comforted himself: At least it didn't reflect poorly on the priests. The Sea God must value their opinions to entrust such an important event to him.
"According to ancient records, the old Sea God once held a double god position—no wonder…"
He mused quietly, watching as Wang Dong'er led her pod of demon spirit white sharks and a blue dragon to "crush" their evil demon tiger whale opponents.
"Ah, I got bitten! Retreat!"
"It hurts! Under that girl's lead, the demon spirit white sharks are unstoppable—how can we compete?"
"She's so strong. Just one look fills me with awe. Can I defect now?"
Smack!
The evil demon tiger whale leader whacked his underling's head.
"Idiots! Can't even handle a little girl! So what if she's protected by the demon spirit white sharks? Aren't we predators too? Let's see—wait, it's not time yet… just hold on for a bit."
"Charge!"
And so, two apex predator clans—white and deep purple—put on a grand show. But in fact, both sides were slacking: bite for bite, then retreat.
Finally, the evil demon tiger whales fled in embarrassment.
The demon spirit white sharks cheered joyfully.
Once ashore, the dazed Wang Dong'er was "crowned" by Ling Jing, the Sea God Priest, who smiled and said:
"Congratulations. Through wisdom and strength, you have proven yourself—please proceed to the Sea God Temple to inherit the divine seat!"
Wang Dong'er: "O-oh…"

"Looks like it's starting~"
Su Wen let out a deep sigh as he embraced the fair beauty sprouting glittering golden wings. The latter drew circles on his chest with slender fingers, her golden eyes seductive: "She… is the Sea God's daughter?"
"You've met her?" Su Wen asked in surprise.
"In the God Realm, I saw her once from a distance. But now she seems… like a remnant soul?" Qian Renxue asked with interest.
Su Wen fell silent.
"I'm not interested in her, though. But is the Sea God himself okay with this?" Qian Renxue smirked.
"It's fine—my approval is all that matters," Su Wen replied casually.
"Tsk tsk, Tang San really is unlucky… inheriting to his daughter, of all people."
"Do you believe that?"
"…"
"The inheritance ceremony is starting." Su Wen's eyes narrowed. After so much planning, success or failure would be decided here.
If the spirit of the world could intercept this transmission, Tang San would really have his divine seat stolen right from under him!
Pretty fun to imagine.
"Don't worry, I'm fully prepared. I'll just need to harness the golden tree and a bit of primordial god power," came the timely voice of the world's spirit.
"Funny—so the Angel God is on your side too? That raises our odds!" it chuckled, pleased.
"Oh right."
"I just came back from ten thousand years in the future," Su Wen said lightly.
"Mhm? So how was I?" the world's spirit wondered.
"In the original timeline—without my interference—you'd been devoured by Tang Hao, Tang San's dad. All I found was a remnant of your corpse…"
"…"
There was a dead silence.
"TANG SAN!!!" The world's spirit nearly exploded with rage.
Su Wen shrugged. "He didn't cause it directly—it was just how things played out."
"This divine seat, I'll take for sure. Even the God King can't stop me. As I say, so it shall be!"
Next moment, Su Wen's consciousness was drawn upward, placed atop the Sea God Temple as if he were the Sea God himself—
He could sense the world's spirit almost frantically maintaining the plane's stability, linking the Sea God Temple and the God Realm.
All the energy of the golden tree surged wildly into action.
A nearly invisible membrane formed—enveloping the entire Douluo plane.
An impenetrable barrier.
In the God Realm—
Sea God Temple, thundering and vast.
Inside a private chamber.
Tang San's eyes snapped open. He felt as if something was being drawn out of him—indistinct yet close.
As if the very next second, something catastrophic would happen.
"No—what is this feeling!" Tang San clutched his chest in panic.
"Where is this unease coming from—"
But before he could finish, he felt his Sea God power being drawn out, stripped from him—his divine seat too…
He was left bewildered, trying desperately to cling to it, but powerless.
"No… this isn't a forced stripping—it's… a legacy transfer?!"
The moment the transfer began, it could not be interrupted.
Tang San's face twisted in horror.
But he had not set out to pass his divine seat to anyone!
BOOM…
In the lower world—
A blue pillar of light soared.
The power of the Sea God drained endlessly from Tang San and flooded into the Douluo world below.
"Douluo Star!"
Tang San's eyes were bloodshot as he stared earthward.
His fingers tore open space, casting a window.
The one becoming a god—was that familiar yet strange girl…
Wang Dong'er!
The container for his "synthetic" daughter.
A tool. Chess piece.
But now, the girl's pink-blue hair floated, eyes closed, surrounded in Sea God power as the entire ocean region of the Douluo Star whirlpooled in chaos, welcoming a new master…
