I grunt as I get back up. My body feels incredibly heavy. I wiped the blood dripping on my mouth as I glared at the massive machine that was also getting back up. I took a deep breath, flexing my Mind's Eye, feeling Gavin's and Emily's silhouettes sitting down, while the third one, whom I assumed would be Droid, lay on the ground, knocked out cold. I released a sigh of relief; at least I didn't have to worry about them.
They're way too far to be caught in my fight, and besides, Arc is way too focused on me to use this to his advantage. I spat out a couple of broken baby teeth that came loose when he punched a mountain for the ninth time. Almost instantly, I could feel my adult tooth growing quickly to replace them. At least I don't have to pay for a dentist to take care of them. Anyway, the SV4 was damaged significantly.
While it was still operational, it was massively damaged. In fact, to the point it's possible the world's military might stand a chance now. I was tempted to grab Gavin and Emily and fly out of there. I'm reaching my limit. My SEE Goggles shattered again, and I cannot see how much CE I have, but I estimate I have about roughly 30% of my power left. I clicked my tongue as I stumbled to walk forward.
The SV4 stood tall, damaged but still ready to fight.
"You should have left time ago, Armstrong. While I'm impressed you managed to push the Ultimate Weapon Of Humanity this far, you're nearing your limit." Arc states as a matter of fact.
Drat, so he knows that I can't keep this up for long either. I want to run away with everyone else, but I know a lot of soldiers will die, even with the damaged SV4. I can't just run away, knowing that if I do, many will die. I didn't respond back to him, only leaned forward and clenched my fist, ready to move in. Arc sighed within the machine.
"I don't understand you. You've heard and seen countless victims of the people in power and how incompetent they really are. Why bother to protect them?"
My brow furrowed.
"They may not be good people, but I'm not allowing you to kill them; there has to be a better way than just killing and forcing the world to follow."
Arc snorts. "Oh, and what? You're going to convince them to see the error of their ways through the power of friendship?"
He scoffs. "Get real."
I narrowed my eyes. He's in a talking mood, huh? This is good. I just need to keep him talking. It'll allow me to catch my breath and plan a form of an attack. A humongous one, a special move level attack that could end this quickly.
The machine already recovered its stupid, annoying barrier, so I have to break it and destroy the machine in one go, but how?
"Yeah, you're right, I don't have a complete plan like you, at least not yet," I said.
"Still, I know you don't want to do this, you said it yourself."
Arc was silent, and I pressed on. "Does your wife and kid really want you to follow through with this plan, where millions of innocent people will die just so the world could be better?
Another audible sigh escaped the SV4
"They wouldn't, and I don't want this either." I opened my mouth to respond, only to be cut off.
"But, this is reality. You have to face it, too, Armstrong. In order to change the world, you have to force it. Many will die, but the future generations will be spared from the tragedy and trauma caused by world leaders." Said Arc.
"Even if you drilled through their thick skull about good and hope, they would continue to make the common folk suffer."
I frowned before repeating his words in my head. Specifically, the word 'Drill'. A memory resurfaced, the one where I was practicing my Cyclone Breaker. Even when I wasn't trying to, my sheer speed made me drill a hole in the earth. The spin increases piercing power, though I needed to pick up speed to build enough energy, but how?
Then my gaze shifted to the sky, and it popped into my head. I knew what to do. My eyes then looked at the SV4, which raised all of its training limbs and pointed straight at me, ready to fire more laser blasts.
"It's a pointless endeavour, Armstrong. You're ideal to change the world through love and compassion will not happen! It will never come to fruition because it's impossible!!"
Looks like he's done talking, but too bad for him, so was I. I took a deep breath and moved my body in a crouch start position. I do agree with him somewhat that it's going to be tough for me to change the world through my method. I may not know what struggles lie ahead, but I know it would be a hard task even with powers like mine. But I know it's still achievable.
Gavin believed in me, and I should believe in myself, too. Arc says it's impossible? Well…
"I'm the impossible."
With that, I charged in, the SV4 firing at me, but I flew upwards, ascending to the sky, and it didn't take long for me to reach low orbit. I took one massive gulp of air despite there being no oxygen and pushed on ahead. Pushing my body faster and faster. And in 0.1 seconds, I wrapped around the Earth one time. I released all of my cosmic red lighting all over my body.
I flew around the Earth five times in 1 second. Then I started to spin my entire body like Cyclone Breaker, but this time I was spinning much faster. I could feel my muscles tearing from pushing myself beyond my limits. I was going faster than I ever moved before.
In 2 seconds, I wrapped around the globe fifty times.
3 seconds, 120 times.
Each second, I was moving faster and faster; by then, my body looked like a living crimson drill that spews red lightning everywhere. I roared as I moved even faster. My muscles tear themselves apart before repairing a millisecond later, constantly looping between tearing and healing in a painful, vicious cycle. To say I was in pain would be an understatement; it hurts so much, but I moved forward.
4 seconds, 200 times.
I felt like I was about to black out from the pain. Each time I wrapped around the Earth, I slowly descended to the atmosphere. I bet that from everyone's perspective, a red line formed around the Earth.
Then, finally, in about 5 seconds, I flew around the planet 300 times. Then I use the built-up speed and spin to move back to Russia. Relying on my Mind's Eye to tell me where to go.
"WHAT!!" I hear Arc shout.
"WORLD BREAKER!!!" I screamed as my speed and my spin tore through the barrier like a drill tearing through wet paper, and I collided with the machine.
A large explosion followed, and I blacked out.
