...
But the next moment, as Su Hang's lower body loomed above Mascherano's head, he realized something—Mascherano had lost the space to jump.
At that instant, Su Hang looked as if he'd been possessed by "Ramen Ronaldo."
He almost completely vaulted over Mascherano—
a snapshot worthy of a football masterpiece.
Even though he'd jumped a little early, the height he reached meant one thing: a longer hang time.
And for a man, endurance matters most!
So when the ball finally descended, it didn't matter that Su Hang was already falling—he still met it cleanly.
Thud!
The ball slammed into the back of the net.
Boom!
The entire stadium exploded in noise.
After landing, Su Hang sprinted straight toward the section behind the goal.
If he remembered right, this was where the Argentine fans had been showing off earlier—
especially that shirtless Argentine guy who celebrated like crazy?
Wasn't this also where Romano said that whole "seat-stealing" incident happened?
Su Hang jumped onto the advertising board and faced the die-hard Argentine supporters, raising his arms like a king celebrating his conquest.
"GOAL!"
"Four–two! Su Hang seals the match!"
"What a stunning header!"
"Su Hang finishes off Argentina in his signature style!"
"Argentina's height disadvantage in defense has been criticized since before the World Cup began."
"Pekerman refused to call up Samuel, the Inter Milan center-back who's been in top form, and now he's paying the price!"
"As Su Hang's former teammate, Samuel knows far better than Heinze, Ayala, or Mascherano how to deal with him!"
"Su Hang is like a king—he's conquered this stadium, he's conquered Hannover!"
"Coming off the bench in the second half, he's scored three straight goals, completing a hat trick—he completely dominated the match!"
"This is the first hat trick of this World Cup!"
"Who would have thought the one to do it would be Su Hang?"
"Su Hang becomes only the second player in World Cup history, after Hungarian forward Kiss, to score a hat trick as a substitute!"
"Argentina were so close. They had control for a while. But they never should've provoked Su Hang—especially their fans, mocking a La Liga MVP like that."
"Su Hang has shown the world why La Liga chose him, why Real Madrid chose him, and why Spain chose him—it all makes sense now!"
"Rumor has it Su Hang still hasn't renewed his Real Madrid contract. The club didn't seem worried, saying they wouldn't hand out top salaries to players this young for the sake of wage structure and balance."
"But now? I bet Real Madrid won't hesitate to give him a massive deal!"
"Otherwise, the Premier League will swoop in first!"
"At the very least, Abramovich must be looking at Su Hang right now with pure envy!"
Spanish players erupted in celebration across the field.
On the bench, Aragonés and Raúl embraced with excitement.
Even club rivals like Barcelona's Puyol and Real Madrid's Casillas were hugging each other.
Wait a minute—something about that hug looked… odd?
Maybe it's time someone told their story.
Meanwhile, the Argentine players stood in stunned silence.
The match wasn't officially over yet, but they knew it was done.
Two minutes left in stoppage time, two goals down—no one could save them now.
Sure enough, Tevez blasted one high over the bar, and the referee's triple whistle ended it.
Spain's entire bench rushed onto the pitch as celebrations erupted for their advance.
The media instantly surrounded the man of the hour—Su Hang.
Reporter: "Su Hang, as Man of the Match, what do you have to say about this game?"
Su Hang: "A bit of a pity, really. I didn't expect Argentina to be this easy to play against. It made a lot of my preparation unnecessary."
Reporter: ???
Listen to this guy.
Is he even human?
Pure humblebrag!
But Su Hang honestly meant it.
He really had prepared everything.
He even had his "Messi Moment Card" ready—
planning to beat Argentina in Messi's own style, right in front of him. Just the thought was exciting.
But who could've guessed Argentina would collapse before he even had to use it?
At 1.83 meters tall, with 90 Strength, and rocking Ronaldo's signature ramen hairstyle—he'd demolished Argentina outright.
That's a lot better than relying on some special "moment card" boost to win.
Moment Card: "So… should I just go then?"
By the 80th minute, if the game had been tied, Su Hang would've used it without hesitation.
But they were already leading by one.
Using it then felt like a waste.
Not using it felt risky.
So yes, he admitted—he'd gambled a bit.
Reporter: "Before the match, many compared you to Messi. What did you think of Messi's performance today?"
Su Hang: "No, no, no—don't do that. Don't compare me to Messi. It's not fair."
Reporter: "You're being humble. Technically, you might not match Messi, but your impact on this match was far greater."
Su Hang: "No, what I mean is… any player my age would look dim next to me."
"To be fair, Messi actually played really well today."
"He was one of Argentina's biggest threats. Aside from Riquelme, no one performed better."
"But me… I can only say, the future belongs to Messi. But right now—it's my era."
The reporters looked at each other in shock.
What?
Did you forget Ronaldinho's still alive?
Were they supposed to call Su Hang arrogant… or generous?
Yet everyone had to admit—he wasn't wrong.
At least in this game, no one outshined Su Hang.
Even Ronaldinho next door hadn't been half as dazzling.
Reporter: "We noticed Raúl was subbed off in midfield. Did something happen in the locker room? Was there a conflict between Raúl and Aragonés?"
Su Hang nodded: "Raúl is a legend. This victory is one of the ways I'm repaying him."
"His form and ability are beyond question. He'll always be an asset to Spain."
"There's no conflict between him, the team, or the coach."
"His substitution and my appearance were actually his own suggestion."
"And Aragonés agreed with Raúl's reasoning."
"The result speaks for itself—I became the decisive threat Argentina couldn't contain."
"The credit belongs to Raúl, the coach, and the entire team—not just to me, even if the stats say otherwise."
Most reporters were satisfied with Su Hang's words.
But one journalist from Argentina's La Corneta wasn't.
He was furious about Su Hang's celebration after the third goal.
Reporter: "After scoring your third goal, you clearly provoked the Argentine fans. Is this the behavior expected of the captain of the Spanish national team and of Real Madrid?"
Now that's what you call a double strike—two accusations in one question.
His tone practically sounded like he wanted to put Su Hang on trial himself.
But coincidentally, Su Hang had been about to bring this up himself.
Su Hang: "Are you referring to when I gestured toward the fans behind the goal to cheer, but they didn't respond?"
"I thought it was an act of goodwill. As a scorer, I just wanted to make the Spanish fans feel more involved."
Reporter: "That was the Argentine supporters' section! You were provoking them! Don't try to deny it!"
