The sound of crickets echoed through the forest, the frogs leaped from Lilly pad to Lilly pad on the small lake,the moon was still bright and the stars still lit the night sky.
Sarah stood opposite Samantha. Sarah felt relieved that her sister is back and safe. She then walked to her to give her a hug but before she could come any closer, a man came forward and from the bushes while pointing a gun at the two sister. Sarah immediately recognized him as Nickel.
Matthew, while pointing his gun at them he said in a low and bored voice, "Come on we don't have all night."
He led the two through the forest and up to a small cabin (the one Sarah was trapped in from the beginning). As they walked by Sarah noticed a small patch of weirdly colored dandelions: there were purple ones, red ones and black ones.
As Sarah walked by them she recalled a small memory of them: it showed a man holding those flowers, a knife, three chairs and a young girl who she made a deal with.
They were taken into the cabin and were put inside a small room which blood stains on the wall, a rusty tap, a small Steel table equiped with the tools a surgeon would use in a surgery. There was also a stretcher which Samantha was strapped on by Sarah. Sarah was then tied to the tap and after all that Nickel left the room.
Sarah looked at Samantha's scared expression on her face. Sarah then asked Samantha,
"Why did you run off like that?"
"Because she told me to."
Sarah was stunned; who would tell her sister to run. Sarah then asked who it was.
"It's a girl," Samantha answered, "she has purple hair, her eyes are purple as well and not only that. She says he knows you."
"What does she know about me?"
"She says you're a monster and that I can't trust," Samantha then turned her head towards her sister and said," you knew where we came from and you never bothered to tell me a single thing. She told me everything and all the things you caused."
"What's her–"
Before Sarah could even ask her question, Nickel returned with an odd woman. Her hair was messy, she had a cold smile on her face and had a strange book in her hand. The cover of the book appeared to be ancient: it showed three people gathered a table, they were holding hands and bundle of flowers were on the table Sarah recalled those flowers as the ones she saw outside.
"Hurry up, will you?" said Matthew, "we don't have all night you know."
"Patience, Matthew," she said while her eyes were fixed to the book, " my father says you're patient and you are sure no acting like it."
"I am acting like it lilly," he replied in his bored accent, " if I wasn't, I could have done the injected them myself."
Lilly then gave a small laugh to try and annoy him but he ignored. While Sarah heard all of this she recognized the voice of the woman to be the one she trapped in the basement. Lilly then took her eyes off the book for a second and looked at Sarah and Samantha, she tilted her head to the side as if she was trying to differentiate between the two. The only way she could tell the difference is that one has blonde hair while the other had dark long hair.
"Hey you like the view or something?" Said Matthew, " Don't forget the others are waiting for us you know."
She ignored him and kept her eyes at the twins and said Sarah, "You two are extremely alike. The only thing I can use to tear you two apart is the color of your hair–"
"What do you want with us?" Said Sarah suddenly, "just let us go please."
"And losing our only way of bringing her back," said lilly, "no no no, I can't have that–"
"Enough already!" Nickel snapped at Lilly, " im getting bored listening to your crap let's get this over."
Sarah then noticed a change in Lilly's face; her face tuned dark, smile faded, she put her hands behind her back, and turned to Nickel. The young man froze in fear, his feet trembled and his voice left him.
"Nickel kindly do not irritate lady Lillian," she said. Sarah and Samantha noticed that there was a change in tone Lilly's voice; the voice sounded formal and dark.
"If you do," she continued, "I might end up mistaking you for a bully and trust when I say I don't have pity for them."
Then everything went back to normal. Lilly stared at Nickel and said, "Sorry about that, I hope she didn't scare you–"
"Whatever." he said suddenly and left the room.
Lilly then put the book in the metal table and pulled out two small bottles of a strange liquid inside. One was red and the other was yellow. Samantha was injected with the yellow liquid, Lilly then went to Sarah. Sarah tried to resist but Lilly overpowered her and injected the red liquid in her blood stream.
Lilly then left the room to get Marcus but when she left the two felt a burning sensation in there chests and eventually made them feel weak. Soon Lilly came back with Marcus. Marcus carried Sarah on his shoulders while Samantha was pushed on the stretcher by Lilly. The two were then taken to an abandoned church deep in the forest. When they arrived there was Nickel and Cacy who were sitted on one of the benches near the stage. On top of the stage was the injured young girl who was strapped on a chair.
The twins were placed on the stage. Sarah was lied on the floor weak, Samantha was still on the stretcher in between Sarah and the injured young girl. Marcus then went up on stage and said,"Welcome all to this magnificent event. Come and see as we do the impossible. I can't even call this impossible for my daughter Lilly is a living example of what the Umidan flowers can do. We will bring back our list one." Turning to Lilly he then told her to give him the book. That was when Lilly realized that the book was left at the cabin.
Marcus could tell that Lilly had forgotten where she put the book and sent her to go fetch it. Lilly rushed out the church while all looked at her in disappointment as she left.
Sarah could hardly feel her arm, the burning sensation began to feel more painful. She forced herself up but stomped down by Marcus.
"Please do not make me tie you up," he said, "in order for the ritual to work your body must be free unlike your friends, so don't try any tricks alright." He then removed his foot from her back and continued to wait for Lilly patiently.
Sarah, out of strength in her limps, passed out. When she was out she saw a familiar face. A girl stood infront of her wearing a school uniform, her hair was tiled in a ponytail, she wore glasses and had a tattoo of a sparrow on her neck. With a calm and gentle voice she said to Sarah," This makes three."
Sarah immediately woke up, the first thing she saw horrified her.
