The females immediately agreed to visit the stall. Just as they were about to leave, Xiao Yi raised both paws.
"Wait! If you buy two bowls of food, I'll allow you to have a kiss, pat, or hug! "
The crowd fell silent.
Then the females nearly screamed.
"Really?!"
Xiao Yi nodded solemnly.
Even those who hadn't planned to buy anything hurried toward the cooking stall. Two bowls of meat soup were nothing compared to the chance to love such an adorable cub!
A male beastman crouched in front of Xiao Yi and pointed at his cheek.
"What about me? If I buy two bowls, can I get a kiss too?"
Xiao Yi looked him over before shaking his head firmly.
"No!"
"Why not?"
"Because you're not a pretty sister!"
The surrounding females burst into laughter. The line that had been shrinking suddenly doubled, then grew even longer.
Meanwhile, Xiao Yi stood proudly near the front, accepting customers like a tiny shopkeeper.
"Two bowls? Good!"
"Four bowls? Very good!"
