Chapter 206 - The Divine Negotiation With Rakshasa God

The grand master chamber of the sprawling crimson mansion was a sanctuary of absolute, uninterrupted peace, standing in stark contrast to the bloody, chaotic machinations unfolding across the Douluo Continent. The morning sun had yet to fully breach the horizon, casting a soft, bruised violet hue through the heavy, spirit-glass windows. Within the massive, opulent four-poster bed, tangled amidst sheets of the finest, imported Heaven Dou silk, Zhang Tian lay in a state of profound, satisfied tranquility.

After spending the entire night ruthlessly and passionately having fun with the incredibly voluptuous, mature body of Bibi Dong, Zhang Tian had spent the remaining hours of the night resting, his strong arms wrapped securely around her warm, naked form. The Supreme Pontiff, the most terrifying and powerful woman in the mortal realm, was currently curled against his side like a domesticated, thoroughly contented kitten. His face was buried in the crook of her neck, inhaling the intoxicating, natural scent of lavender and lingering sweat, while his large hands casually, possessively enjoyed the heavy, soft weight of her massive bare breasts. Even in sleep, Bibi Dong leaned into his touch, her back flush against his chest, her curvy, plush buttocks pressing intimately against his waist.

As the morning light slowly brightened the room, Zhang Tian's icy blue eyes fluttered open. He did not immediately move. He took a long, quiet moment to simply savor the absolute subjugation of the woman in his arms. He squeezed her lush breasts gently, feeling the soft flesh yield under his calloused fingertips, and pressed a lingering, warm kiss to her bare shoulder.

"Mmm... Zhang Tian," Bibi Dong murmured, her voice thick and raspy with sleep. Her pink eyes slowly opened, shimmering with absolute, unyielding devotion as she tilted her head back to look at him. A lazy, deeply satiated smile stretched across her flawless features. "Good morning, Husband. Did you sleep well?"

"I always sleep perfectly when I have you in my arms, Dong'er," Zhang Tian replied, his voice a low, soothing rumble that vibrated against her skin. He leaned down, capturing her plush lips in a slow, deep kiss that tasted of morning warmth and lingering passion.

They lingered in the bed for a while longer, allowing their bodies to fully recover from the intense, exhausting rigors of the previous night's debauchery. Eventually, Zhang Tian pulled back the heavy silk sheets, taking Bibi Dong by the hand and leading her toward the adjoining, lavish bathing chamber. The massive, sunken marble tub was already filled with steaming, geothermally heated water infused with rare, spirit-gathering bath oils that shimmered with a faint, iridescent light.

They bathed together in comfortable, intimate silence. Zhang Tian took a soft sponge, gently washing the sweat and the lingering marks of his aggressive passion from her smooth, pale skin, while Bibi Dong lovingly washed his broad, muscular back. The warm water acted as a soothing balm, easing the tension from their muscles and fully restoring their vast reserves of spirit power.

Once they emerged from the bath, they moved to their respective dressing areas. Today was not a day for casual relaxation; Zhang Tian had a specific, monumental task to accomplish. They dressed in highly elegant, immaculate clothing. Zhang Tian wore his signature, perfectly tailored dark robes that swallowed the ambient light, trimmed with subtle, intricate silver embroidery that matched the metallic sheen of his Blood Silver Emperor. Bibi Dong donned a majestic, high-collared gown of deep, rich purple velvet that clung desperately to her massive breasts and wide, curvaceous hips, projecting an aura of dignified, untouchable majesty.

They sat opposite each other on a set of plush, high-backed armchairs in the center of the private sitting area. The air between them shifted, the atmosphere turning incredibly solemn and focused.

"Are you ready, Dong'er?" Zhang Tian asked, his icy blue eyes locking onto her pink gaze.

"I am ready, Husband," Bibi Dong nodded firmly, completely trusting the man sitting across from her.

She closed her eyes, centering her breathing. As a Level 99 Limit Douluo, her control over her own spiritual essence was absolute. She willingly, completely opened her Sea of Consciousness, lowering the impenetrable, mental fortress walls that protected her mind, laying her most vulnerable, inner self entirely bare for him to enter.

Zhang Tian did not hesitate. He summoned his martial spirit. A faint, crimson glow illuminated the room as the phantom of the Blood Silver Emperor materialized behind him. Immediately, six horrifying, suffocatingly dense spirit rings manifested around his body. They were all a deep, brilliant, blood-red hue, signifying six hundred-thousand-year spirit rings.

However, only the topmost ring, the sixth one, pulsed with an active, vibrant light.

"Sixth Spirit Ring Ability: Blood Silver Mirage Clones," Zhang Tian intoned softly.

The sixth red ring flashed brilliantly. The surrounding space warped and rippled for a fraction of a second. In the blink of an eye, a perfect, flawless duplicate of Zhang Tian stepped out from his own shadow. The clone possessed the exact same dark robes, the exact same icy blue eyes, and radiated a tangible, physical presence. To any external observer, differentiating the clone from the original was an absolute impossibility.

Zhang Tian closed his own eyes, drawing upon the vast, bottomless ocean of his Quasi-God Realm mental power. He carefully, meticulously separated a substantial, highly concentrated portion of his mental energy, infusing it directly into the waiting clone. The clone's eyes flared with a sudden, profound intelligence, acting as a direct, isolated vessel for his consciousness.

The original Zhang Tian remained seated, acting as the anchor. The clone took a deliberate step forward, raising his right hand. He gently placed his index and middle fingers directly against the center of Bibi Dong's smooth, pale forehead.

VWOOM.

With a subtle, echoing hum of spiritual resonance, the clone's mental energy flowed effortlessly through the physical contact point, plunging directly into the depths of Bibi Dong's Sea of Consciousness.

The transition from the physical world to the mental plane was instantaneous. Zhang Tian's consciousness suddenly found itself standing upon the surface of an endless, sprawling ocean.

Bibi Dong's Spiritual Sea was an awe-inspiring, terrifyingly vast landscape. The "water" beneath his feet was not liquid, but a highly compressed, swirling mass of pure, golden-purple spiritual energy that had taken on a liquid form. The sheer density of the mental power was staggering. It was a realm that was just a single, microscopic step away from fully transforming from mortal Spiritual Energy into true, immortal Divine Sense. The sky above the ocean was a deep, twilight purple, crackling with occasional, harmless arcs of mental lightning that illuminated the vast expanse of her mind.

Suddenly, a beautiful, ethereal projection of Bibi Dong materialized beside him, her feet resting lightly upon the surface of her own mental ocean. In this space, she appeared exactly as she did in the physical world, though her form carried an inherent, glowing luminescence.

"Follow me, Husband," Bibi Dong's mental projection spoke, her voice echoing from all directions simultaneously within the vast sea.

She turned and glided across the surface of the golden-purple water, moving toward the darkest, most isolated corner of her spiritual realm. Zhang Tian's clone followed closely behind, his hands resting casually behind his back.

As they traveled deeper, the golden-purple light of her mind began to fade, replaced by a thick, suffocating, and incredibly malicious dark purple fog. The ambient temperature of the mental space plummeted, carrying the distinct, rotting stench of ancient resentment, endless slaughter, and pure, concentrated evil.

They arrived at the epicenter of the darkness. Hovering just above the surface of the spiritual sea was a massive, intricate spherical cage forged entirely from crisscrossing chains of pure, golden-purple Limit Douluo energy. The chains pulsed with Bibi Dong's absolute will, tightly binding whatever lay inside.

Within that cage lay the sealed Divine Sense of the Rakshasa God.

Although the Rakshasa God's Divine Sense was inherently, vastly more powerful than any mortal construct, the circumstances had drastically changed. Ever since Zhang Tian had forcefully intervened three years ago, using his Blood Silver Emperor to brutally clear Bibi Dong's mind of the God's manipulative influence and actively devouring a portion of the Rakshasa God's external energy, the dynamic had shifted. Bibi Dong, freed from the suffocating mental coercion, had been able to forcefully, successfully seal the weakened Divine Sense within her own Sea of Consciousness.

Furthermore, her current status was terrifying. Now that Bibi Dong's affinity with the Scythe of the Rakshasa God had been passively boosted simply by holding it, and considering she had successfully, completely passed the first Seven Trials of the Rakshasa God with the Eighth Trial nearly complete, she could legitimately be considered half a Rakshasa God herself. Her control over the divine inheritance was nearly absolute.

Bibi Dong raised her hand, her expression turning incredibly cold and guarded. She snapped her fingers.

CLANK. SHATTER.

The golden-purple chains binding the spherical cage dissolved instantly, shattering into motes of light that rained down upon the dark ocean. The seal was completely undone.

Immediately, a terrifying, explosive wave of malevolent, devilish aura erupted from the center of the unsealed space. The dark purple fog swirled violently, condensing and forming into a distinct, humanoid shape.

The Divine Sense of the Rakshasa God materialized before them.

She appeared as an incredibly, devastatingly alluring woman. She was lithe, tall, and possessed an extremely voluptuous, highly exaggerated figure that rivaled the most seductive succubus. She wore revealing, jagged armor forged from what appeared to be dark, polished bone and sheer, gossamer spider-silk that barely concealed her massive, heavy breasts and wide hips. Her skin was a sickly, pale violet, and her long, chaotic hair flowed around her like living shadows. Her eyes were pools of pure, concentrated malice, glowing with an eerie, sickly green light.

The Rakshasa God was the absolute embodiment of the dark, sinister aspects of slaughter. She controlled malevolence, resentment, and devilish auras, a stark, vile contrast to the pure, murderous laws of her nemesis, the Asura God.

The Divine Sense was visibly, genuinely surprised to suddenly find herself unsealed from the oppressive cage. She floated in the air, her glowing green eyes darting around before locking onto the two figures standing before her.

When she saw her chosen inheritor, Bibi Dong, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the very handsome, infuriatingly calm man who had single-handedly destroyed all her meticulous, decades-long calculations, a cruel, mocking sneer twisted her beautiful, pale face.

"Well, well, well," the Rakshasa God purred, her voice a sickly sweet, venomous melody that dripped with arrogance and ancient resentment. She crossed her long, pale arms beneath her heavy breasts, lifting them slightly as she floated closer. "To what do I owe this profound, unexpected pleasure? My wayward, rebellious little inheritor has finally decided to unseal her patron. And she brought her little mortal pet along."

She circled them slowly, her eyes raking over Zhang Tian with absolute, unadulterated disdain.

"Why are you here, little mortals?" she taunted, throwing her head back to let out a sharp, mocking laugh. "What is the matter? Can you not complete the Eighth Trial on your own? Is the Scythe too heavy for a woman whose heart has grown so pathetically soft and weak? Do you come crawling back to me, begging for my divine assistance to push you across the threshold of immortality?"

Her glowing green eyes suddenly narrowed, focusing entirely on Zhang Tian's clone. Her divine perception, even weakened, was sharp enough to instantly deduce the nature of the construct before her.

"And you," the Rakshasa God sneered, leaning in close to Zhang Tian's face, her breath smelling of decay and sweet rot. "You arrogant little weed. You dare to stand before a God, yet you do not even possess the courage to bring your true self? You send a mere shell, a fragile clone woven from spirit power and a fragment of your mind? Does the great genius of the lower realm not dare to let his real sense come to meet me? Are you terrified I will rot your soul the moment you step into the darkness?"

Zhang Tian did not flinch. He did not step back, nor did he react to her suffocating, malevolent aura. Instead, he simply let out a long, highly exaggerated, and profoundly bored sigh.

"You truly love to hear yourself speak, don't you?" Zhang Tian remarked, his voice a calm, smooth drawl that completely ignored her divine status. He looked at her with the detached, mild annoyance of a man dealing with a petulant child.

"I suggest you put away your cheap, theatrical tricks and your tired taunts, Rakshasa," Zhang Tian told her directly, refusing to use her formal title of God. "I did not come here to listen to you boast, nor did I come to beg for anything. I just want to have a proper, civilized talk with you."

He casually brushed a speck of imaginary dust from his sleeve. "I have no real, inherent enmity with you. I do not care about your domains or your divine politics. Well, provided, of course, that you completely cease your pathetic attempts to manipulate and target Bibi Dong, who is your chosen inheritor."

The Rakshasa God scoffed loudly, naturally entirely unconvinced and thoroughly unimpressed by his calm demeanor. After all, although she had been firmly sealed away in the dark corners of the spiritual sea, her connection to her inheritance allowed her to passively observe the outside world. She had noticed how her inheritor had become so incredibly, dangerously close to that golden-haired girl—the future inheritor of the Angel God.

Given the ancient, blood-soaked enmity and the profound, deeply rooted hatred between the Rakshasa God and the Angel God, she wanted nothing more than to see the Angel God's legacy completely, brutally destroyed. She wanted Bibi Dong to slaughter Qian Renxue. But she knew, with absolute certainty, that her inheritor absolutely wouldn't do that now. And she knew exactly why. It was all because of this man, Zhang Tian. He had bridged the gap between the two women, neutralizing the hatred she had spent decades cultivating within Bibi Dong's heart.

The Rakshasa God's green eyes flashed with a sudden, manipulative cunning. She thought of a delightfully wicked, destructive idea. She floated past Zhang Tian and stared directly at Bibi Dong's mental projection, adopting a tone of faux, sisterly concern.

"You are a fool, my dear inheritor," the Rakshasa God told Bibi Dong, pointing a long, sharp fingernail accusingly at Zhang Tian. "You shouldn't trust this man. Your devotion to him is nothing but a tragic, pathetic illusion."

Bibi Dong raised an elegant eyebrow, her face remaining a mask of cold, Limit Douluo composure. "Is that so?"

"Yes, it is!" the Rakshasa God hissed eagerly, thrilled to finally drop the poison she had been holding onto. "Think back, Bibi Dong! Three years ago... when this man invaded your mind. When he was using his bizarre Martial Spirit, which seemed to contain a great, unnatural number of chaotic attributes, to violently clear the influence of my divine energy from your mentality... he didn't just cleanse you. He altered you!"

She spun around, gesturing dramatically toward Zhang Tian. "During that process, when your spiritual sea was cracked wide open and highly vulnerable, he deliberately, maliciously imprinted his own self deep within your mentality! He wove his own aura into the very fabric of your soul. That was the exact reason you suddenly began to fall so deeply, so hopelessly for him. Your love is not real. It is an artificial construct, a collar he placed around your neck while pretending to be your savior!"

Naturally, the Rakshasa God's sole, malicious reason for telling this secret to her inheritor was to violently turn Bibi Dong against Zhang Tian. It was a classic, manipulative play. After all, Bibi Dong, who had already completed her Seventh Trial and absorbed vast amounts of divine power, was already a terrifyingly powerful, peak level 99 Limit Douluo. Her mental projection in this space was absolute. If the Rakshasa God could trigger a betrayal, it would be incredibly easy for Bibi Dong to instantly, ruthlessly destroy this fragile clone of Zhang Tian, severing the connection and perhaps causing severe backlash to his main body.

The Rakshasa God smiled wickedly, waiting for the inevitable explosion of fury, betrayal, and limitless hatred to erupt from the Supreme Pontiff. She waited for Bibi Dong to summon the Scythe and cleave the red-haired man in twain.

In response to her damning, explosive words, Zhang Tian simply stood there. He remained perfectly, infuriatingly calm. In fact, he looked utterly bored, suppressing a yawn as though he had fully expected her to say something exactly like this. He didn't even bother to offer a defense or a denial.

Bibi Dong looked at the Rakshasa God for a long, silent moment. The golden-purple ocean beneath her feet did not churn with rage; it remained perfectly, flawlessly still.

Then, Bibi Dong simply snorted. It was a sound of profound, elegant amusement, utterly devoid of anger.

"Is that all?" Bibi Dong asked, crossing her arms over her voluptuous chest, her pink eyes looking at the God with profound pity. "You believe this is some grand, world-shattering revelation?"

The Rakshasa God blinked, her wicked smile faltering. "You... you do not care? He brainwashed you! He altered your soul!"

"Naturally, I found out about the subtle imprint he left behind," Bibi Dong stated calmly, her voice echoing with absolute, unshakeable certainty. "I am a Limit Douluo. My control over my own spiritual sea is absolute. I noticed the lingering traces of his aura woven into my mentality mere days after he saved me."

She stepped forward, moving to stand directly beside Zhang Tian's clone. She reached out, lovingly linking her arm through his, pressing her side intimately against him in a blatant display of absolute devotion.

"But I never minded it," Bibi Dong declared proudly, her voice ringing through the mental plane. "In fact, I never cared about it in the slightest. Because being utterly, hopelessly infatuated with him is much, much better than the alternative. He gave me peace. He gave me a family. He gave me a love that I have craved for my entire, miserable existence."

Bibi Dong's pink eyes hardened into chips of pink diamond as she glared at her divine patron with sheer, unadulterated disgust.

"It is at least infinitely, vastly much better than that sickening, forced infatuation for that cowardly, good-for-nothing scholar, Yu Xiaogang," Bibi Dong spat, her voice dripping with venom directed entirely at the God. "An obsession which was being forcefully, maliciously shoved down my throat and amplified by your rotting energy for decades! You kept me chained to a pathetic memory to fuel your domain of resentment. Zhang Tian freed me from your rot. If he placed a collar on me in exchange, I wear it proudly, and I wear it willingly!"

The Rakshasa God was utterly stunned. Her mouth hung slightly open, her divine intellect failing to comprehend the sheer, irrational depth of mortal devotion that would willingly accept such manipulation simply for the sake of happiness. She had entirely miscalculated the profound, twisted depth of their bond.

Seeing that the petty, dramatic distraction had thoroughly failed, Zhang Tian decided it was time to take control of the conversation.

"Well," Zhang Tian began, staring directly at the baffled Divine Sense of the Rakshasa God. "If you are quite done using your pathetic, little manipulative tricks to sow discord where none exists, I actually wanted to talk to you about something important."

He let his hands drop to his sides, his icy blue eyes turning deadly serious.

"Something regarding the Asura God," Zhang Tian stated clearly. "One of the five great God Kings of the God Realm."

The Rakshasa God's glowing green eyes widened drastically. She was genuinely, profoundly surprised. The fact that a mere mortal from the lower realm knew about the specific existence of the Asura God was strange enough. But the fact that he explicitly knew the highly classified, divine hierarchy—specifically that the Asura God was a God King, a supreme ruler of the divine plane—was information that absolutely should not exist in the mortal world.

She recovered her composure quickly, masking her shock with a haughty, seductive tilt of her hip.

"You are surprisingly well-informed for a weed," the Rakshasa God asked, floating a few inches higher to look down at him, her tone a bit curious despite her arrogance. "What could a mortal possibly want to talk about regarding that hypocritical, self-righteous Asura God?"

Zhang Tian knew the lore intimately. The Asura God was one of the five God Kings in the Douluo Divine Realm, and one of the three supreme God Enforcers alongside the God of Destruction and the Goddess of Life. He was the Divine Realm's absolute God of Slaughter; he was in charge of killings, trials, laws, and regulations. He held the terrifying responsibility of judging the gods themselves, controlling the entire divine realm, maintaining its strict rules, judging all the sins in the myriad worlds, and protecting all existences that needed to be protected.

Together with the Rakshasa God standing before him, they were the two great Gods of Slaughter. But they didn't get along well in the slightest. The Asura God was the absolute nemesis to the Rakshasa God. Their domains were completely antithetical. The Asura God was the 'Light God of Slaughter,' representing pure, righteous, rule-bound killing. The Rakshasa God was the 'Dark God of Slaughter,' representing the most sinister darkness, malevolence, and wicked, resentful murder. The Light of Asura was a pure, blinding light, and the Dark of the Rakshasa was a consuming, vile darkness.

"I have a simple question," Zhang Tian asked the Rakshasa God, his voice echoing calmly across the golden-purple ocean. "Could you contact your main body in the Divine Realm, and ask her whether she has sensed the Asura God making any specific, unusual movements recently? Has his divine gaze been focused heavily on the Slaughter City, or anywhere else in particular in the lower realm?"

To this inquiry, the Rakshasa God's divine sense let out a harsh, incredibly disdainful laugh. She waved a pale, dismissive hand in the air, finding the very premise of his question absurd.

"You worry over nothing, mortal," she sneered, her voice dripping with absolute contempt for her divine counterpart. "The Asura God is a rigid, self-righteous fool who prides himself excessively on his title as an Enforcer. He is a slave to the very rules he upholds."

She floated closer, a wicked, prideful smirk on her face. "He didn't even interfere decades ago when I deliberately, blatantly dealt with one of his most promising inheritors. A man who was undertaking his Asura God Trial. I personally sabotaged his ascension. I had one of my favorite pets—the Blood Red Nine-Headed Bat King—possess that pathetic fool right after he had successfully passed the Seven Trials of the Asura God's God Position. He was one step away from divinity, and I turned him into a mindless, blood-sucking puppet to rule my Slaughter City."

She laughed again, a sound like grinding bones. "And what did the great, powerful Asura God do? Absolutely nothing! Why in the vast cosmos would he suddenly start making any aggressive moves now? After all, as a supreme enforcer, he is strictly, absolutely forbidden from messing around with the lower realm. The laws prevent him from directly intervening. Moreover, he didn't even lift a single finger to do anything to save his own prized inheritor from my pet, let alone bend the rules for anyone else. He is a coward bound by his own laws."

Zhang Tian listened to her arrogant, confident tirade without interrupting. When she finally finished, he looked at her with a profound, almost pitying gaze.

"You are being far too confident, Rakshasa," Zhang Tian told her, his voice a cold, sobering dash of reality that cut through her laughter. "Your arrogance has blinded you to the shifting currents of the divine."

He took a slow, deliberate step toward the floating goddess, his aura projecting an authority that commanded her attention.

"You should already know that the Asura God is entirely, desperately intent on leaving the God Realm," Zhang Tian revealed, dropping the heavy truth like an anvil. "He is tired of the endless enforcement. He has been actively, aggressively searching for a suitable successor who can take up his heavy God Position as the Asura God so he can finally depart to explore the wider universe."

The Rakshasa God frowned, her green eyes narrowing. She knew rumors of his desire to leave, but she dismissed them as distant possibilities.

"And he has already found the successor," Zhang Tian stated, his voice a chilling certainty. "In fact, he has found two highly viable candidates. It is either Tang Hao, a man who has already acquired the Death God Domain and embodies the raw, brutal essence of the hammer, or it is his son, Tang San."

Zhang Tian pointed a finger upwards, as if gesturing to the surface world above. "That very same Tang San has currently, willingly gone into the depths of the Slaughter City. He intends to survive the Hell Road, acquire the Death God Domain, and officially become one of the recognized inheritors of the Asura God's God Position."

He paused, letting the implication sink in before delivering the killing blow to her complacency.

"After all, Rakshasa, you should intimately know the true identity of that Slaughter King who had been possessed by that vile bat of yours," Zhang Tian continued, his tone turning sharp and analytical. "That man is Tang Chen. Tang Hao's grandfather. Tang San's great-grandfather."

The Rakshasa God's eyes widened slightly, her mind beginning to connect the terrifying dots Zhang Tian was laying out before her.

"Consider the scenario," Zhang Tian proposed, laying out the theoretical nightmare. "What happens if that guy, Tang Chen, suddenly regains control of his body through some external, miraculous method? What happens if he breaks your mind control and personally kills your beloved bat, thereby officially, finally passing the Eighth Trial of the Asura God Trials he was previously stuck on?"

Zhang Tian's icy blue eyes locked onto the God. "And what happens if, right before he dies from the resulting bodily collapse, Tang Chen uses his remaining authority to pass the Asura Demon Sword—the divine artifact—directly to either Tang Hao or Tang San? What if he willingly infuses the accumulated, massive divine energy of all those eight passed trials directly into his descendant?"

He spread his hands wide, illustrating the apocalyptic shortcut. "It would be exactly akin to Tang Hao or Tang San flawlessly passing through eight grueling divine trials all at once. If Tang Chen sacrifices himself to initiate and jump-start the Ninth Trial for them, then one of those two men could immediately start, and given their current, terrifying momentum, easily pass the Ninth Trial. They would effortlessly inherit the Asura God's God Position and directly, instantly become the new Asura God."

Internally, Zhang Tian really wasn't entirely sure who among Tang Hao or Tang San the Asura God would ultimately choose for passing down his prestigious god position in this altered timeline. In the original history, it was Tang San. But considering how Tang San's current potential, character, or pure abilities were not at all comparable to his original, untainted self, it would be difficult for the righteous Asura God to choose Tang San unless he deliberately, massively enhanced Tang San's talent behind the scenes. Therefore, the battle-hardened, desperate Tang Hao was also a highly viable, excellent choice for a god of slaughter. Either way, the threat was absolute.

The Rakshasa God's Divine Sense sneered in immediate response, crossing her arms defensively. Her divine pride refused to accept the possibility of her ancient trap being so easily circumvented.

"A fanciful, absurd tale," she hissed, shaking her head. "I don't believe such a ridiculous, convoluted thing could ever happen. My pet's hold is absolute."

She floated higher, attempting to project an air of untouchable superiority. "And even if this highly unlikely, ridiculous scenario is the case... it's not as if they are a threat to me. A newly ascended Asura God is still a novice. The true threat to my existence is that future Angel God currently gestating in your world, whose divine power carries that vile, burning law of absolute purification. The Angel God is my enemy, not some hammer-wielding brute."

Zhang Tian had fully expected her to say something exactly like this. She was ancient, but she was fundamentally short-sighted, entirely focused on her historical rivalry rather than the immediate, shifting board. He tried a different angle, attempting to make her understand the immediate, mortal danger.

"You dismiss the threat too easily," Zhang Tian told her, his voice firm. "You should clearly know that both Tang San and Tang Hao are entirely, violently against the Spirit Hall. Considering how much they and their allied factions absolutely despise and hate the Spirit Hall, their first act with divine power would be a crusade of vengeance. They would definitely, without a single moment of hesitation, hunt down and kill Bibi Dong to settle their blood feuds."

He looked directly at the Rakshasa God, posing a logical question. "Does a proud First Rank God like you truly want her personally chosen inheritor, the one meant to carry the Rakshasa God's God Position, to die a humiliating, agonizing death at the hands of the inheritor of the Asura God's God Position? It would be a permanent stain on your legacy."

The Rakshasa God's Divine Sense merely shrugged her pale, delicate shoulders. She cared remarkably little about this emotional appeal.

"Mortals die, it is their nature," she told Zhang Tian, her voice entirely indifferent to the fate of the woman standing right next to him. "If she is too weak to survive until ascension, that is her own pathetic failure. Besides, if she manages to ascend, I would have immediately passed down my god position to her and left the God Realm long ago to explore the universe. I wouldn't be here to witness her petty wars. So, frankly, I don't care about it in the slightest."

Zhang Tian's expression grew incredibly dark. The time for polite warnings was over. It was time to strike at the very core of her divine existence.

"You don't care if she dies," Zhang Tian summarized smoothly. He took a slow, menacing step forward. "But let me ask you this, Rakshasa. What if your inheritor doesn't just die? What if your actual God Position—the very core of your divine legacy—was brutally shattered by the new Asura God?"

He paused, letting the silence stretch, watching her green eyes carefully.

"What if, after shattering your God Position, the new inheritor of the Asura God actively, completely absorbed the shattered fragments of your dark slaughter laws into his own divine core?" Zhang Tian asked, his voice a low, terrifying whisper that echoed across the mental ocean. "Would you still remain that incredibly calm?"

The Rakshasa God's Divine Sense froze.

The air in the spiritual sea seemed to violently drop in temperature. She became incredibly, deadly serious at this moment. The indifferent, seductive sneer completely vanished from her face, replaced by a rigid mask of absolute, profound shock. This specific, horrific scenario was something her ancient mind had entirely failed to imagine. The destruction and absorption of a God Position was the ultimate, unspeakable taboo.

But she still tried to forcefully respond back, her voice lacking its previous arrogant conviction.

"Impossible," the Rakshasa God hissed, her glowing eyes narrowing defensively. "The Asura God, as one of the supreme, unyielding enforcers of the God Realm, would absolutely never do something as vile and forbidden as shattering the God Position of a fellow God. It goes against the very core of the laws he upholds! Especially since I am a recognized, powerful First Rank God in the entire God Realm. The other First Rank Gods, or even the other God Kings like Destruction and Life, simply won't ever agree with such a tyrannical, unprecedented action!"

Zhang Tian scoffed loudly at her naive, desperate fantasy. He looked at her as if she were a fool clinging to a burning rope.

"You speak of the laws of the God Realm as if they are an impenetrable shield," Zhang Tian told her, his voice dripping with condescension. "But you forget the most fundamental rule of your own existence. The Gods of the God Realm are strictly, absolutely forbidden from actively interfering with the lower realms."

He pointed a finger directly at her chest. "And since all this destruction, the passing of the sword, the ascension, and the slaughter of your inheritor will all happen down here, in the isolated lower realm, the Asura God doesn't need to break a single law himself."

Zhang Tian laid out the ruthless, divine loophole. "The Asura God just needs to turn a blind eye. He just needs to use his authority as an enforcer to ensure that the other gods do not descend to the lower realm to stop his newly chosen, unascended inheritor. He lets his mortal champion do the dirty work before officially bringing him up to the God Realm. In this highly convenient way, he would even be able to finally take his long-awaited, brutal revenge against you, the Rakshasa God, for maliciously messing with his previous inheritor decades ago."

He stared intensely at the Rakshasa God, his icy blue eyes completely pinning her in place. He asked her the final, devastating question.

"What do you think, Rakshasa?" Zhang Tian pressed, his voice a chilling echo. "Would the Asura God do that? Look at the incredible, irresistible benefits. By allowing his champion to shatter your legacy and by actively absorbing the fragments of the Rakshasa God's shattered Divine Position, even after completely passing down his Asura God's God Position to the mortal, the original Asura God would still be able to personally possess an even stronger, hybridized form of the combined laws of Slaughter."

He took a step closer, twisting the knife. "It would increase his own personal, foundational strength permanently, which would be incredibly, vastly useful for his own survival after leaving the safety of the God Realm to explore the dangerous universe. He gains ultimate power, and he removes his nemesis without breaking a single law. Meanwhile, you, the original Rakshasa God, would have your own foundational strength greatly, permanently reduced due to the violent shattering and absorption of your God Position in the lower realm. You would become a crippled god wandering the stars."

The Rakshasa God's Divine Sense finally, visibly panicked.

For the first time in millennia, true, unadulterated fear flashed in her glowing green eyes. Her lithe, voluptuous body trembled slightly, the dark purple aura around her flickering and destabilizing. The logic was too flawless, the loophole too perfectly aligned with the ruthless, pragmatic nature of the Asura God. She knew how much he despised her. If he saw an opportunity to cripple her and empower himself without technically violating the Enforcer's code, he would absolutely take it.

But she was a God. Her monumental pride refused to let her completely crumble before these lower mortals. She couldn't let them see straight through her terror.

She forced herself to straighten up, desperately trying to speak with a somewhat indifferent, scoffing tone.

"This... this is all just your own, highly speculative, one-sided version of theoretical future events," she stammered slightly, crossing her arms defensively. "Events which have a laughably low chance of actually occurring. There is absolutely no way to verify the truth of this grand conspiracy you have woven. Or what?" She sneered, trying to regain her footing. "Does the little mortal genius want to say that he can suddenly see the future? Or perhaps you claim you magically came from the future to warn me?"

Zhang Tian snorted loudly in response. He didn't rise to the bait, recognizing the desperate deflection for what it was.

"Do not probe around meaninglessly, Rakshasa," Zhang Tian told her firmly, his voice echoing with absolute authority. He stared her down. "I am not from some mythical future. But I have my own, highly effective ways of getting accurate, impossible information from the world."

He stepped back, returning to stand beside Bibi Dong, linking his arm with hers once more.

"And if you desperately want to verify the truth of my words," Zhang Tian challenged her, "you should immediately instruct your main body to keep her eyes peeled for any subtle, unusual changes regarding the movements of the various gods in the divine realm."

He laid out the specific markers she needed to watch for. "Your main body in the God Realm should carefully, closely keep her eyes on the Sea God. You will notice that he, too, is currently making quiet, active preparations to pass down his Sea God's God Position. He is planning to leave the realm entirely, likely coordinating to leave along with the Asura God. Furthermore, you should closely check if there are any sudden, subtle tricks or manipulations occurring within the Angel God's God Position and her upcoming God Trials. The gods are moving pieces on the board right now. If, after checking, you find that my words are false, naturally, you can ignore everything I have said and continue waiting for your own destruction."

He paused, letting the weight of the undeniable evidence settle into her panicked mind. Then, he offered the carrot to accompany the stick.

"As for your ancient, burning hatred with the Angel God..." Zhang Tian spoke, his voice shifting to a smooth, incredibly persuasive tone of a master negotiator.

He raised his right hand, summoning a brilliant, pulsing phantom of his martial spirit. "I swear upon the very core of my Blood Silver Emperor spirit solemnly. I swear that as long as you, the Rakshasa God, cooperate entirely with me and my plans, I can offer you a prize beyond your wildest dreams."

He laid out the ultimate, irresistible bribe. "Once I inevitably conquer this continent, I can entirely, legally give the absolute ownership of the Slaughter City directly to you. Furthermore, I will not just maintain it; I will expand the Slaughter City greatly. I will funnel the continent's worst sinners and blood-lusting warriors into your domain, creating an empire of carnage in your name. Through this massive expansion, your God Position can acquire an unprecedented, staggering amount of pure faith power. You will gain enough raw faith that you might even have a genuine, undeniable chance of evolving your position and finally becoming a true God King yourself."

The Rakshasa God's divine sense was instantly, profoundly silent upon hearing that monumental offer.

She floated perfectly still, the dark aura around her halting entirely. These were not abstract promises; these were incredibly tangible, monumental benefits that heavily outweighed her historical, petty hatred towards the Angel God's legacy.

The power of faith was, after all, the ultimate, most coveted currency in the divine realm, and it was something she currently lacked to a crippling degree. Because she was widely considered the terrifying, malicious Dark God of Slaughter, absolutely no sane mortal was ever willing to build temples and pray to her. Her faith intake was practically non-existent compared to the Sea God or the Angel God. The promise of a dedicated, massively expanded city generating endless faith was an offer that struck at the very core of her divine ambition.

She looked at Zhang Tian, her green eyes narrowing in deep, serious contemplation. The fear of destruction and the tantalizing lure of absolute power warred within her mind.

Finally, she let out a slow, hissing breath.

"I will pass all this incredible information directly to my main body in the divine realm," the Rakshasa God asked Zhang Tian, her voice devoid of its previous mocking tone, replaced by cold, pragmatic seriousness. "As for what my main body ultimately decides to do regarding your... offer. That would be entirely up to her. I am merely a fragment."

"That is all I ask," Zhang Tian replied, offering a polite, shallow nod. He had successfully planted the seed of paranoia and ambition; the rest would naturally follow. He thanked her smoothly, "I appreciate your time, Rakshasa."

His mission accomplished, Zhang Tian prepared to sever the connection. He turned to leave the dark epicenter of the spiritual sea along with Bibi Dong's projection.

This time, as they departed, the Rakshasa God's divine sense was not forcefully sealed back into the golden-purple cage by Bibi Dong. The Supreme Pontiff allowed the fragment to roam freely within the isolated dark zone, a gesture of cautious, temporary goodwill.

However, before stepping out of the mental plane, Bibi Dong stopped. She turned her beautiful, mature face back toward the floating Goddess of Slaughter. Her pink eyes flashed with the terrifying, absolute authority of a Limit Douluo fully prepared to burn the world down for her lover.

"Listen to me very carefully," Bibi Dong left behind a chilling, absolute warning, her voice echoing like a death knell through the dark fog. "I am leaving you unsealed so you may communicate clearly with your main body. But if you dare to try and play any of your pathetic, manipulative tricks against Zhang Tian's mind while his clone retreats... or if you attempt to harm him in any way..."

Bibi Dong's aura flared, the golden-purple ocean roaring in response to her fury.

"Then I swear to you, I will immediately, permanently abandon and shatter this idiotic inheritance of the Rakshasa God," Bibi Dong threatened, her voice a promise of absolute ruin. "I will tear your divine power from my veins and scatter it to the winds. And you can have exceptionally good luck trying to find another suitable inheritor on this continent before the Asura God comes to claim your head."

With that final, devastating ultimatum hanging in the air, Bibi Dong turned her back on her divine patron. She took Zhang Tian's arm, and together, their consciousnesses faded from the dark spiritual sea, returning to the warm, sunlit reality of the master bedroom, leaving a deeply terrified and highly ambitious God to ponder her fragile future.
