Chapter 193 — Urashiki's Rinnegan
In terms of raw power, Kaguya was undoubtedly far above Momoshiki and Urashiki. Even Ōtsutsuki Isshiki, before becoming a jinchūriki, far surpassed Momoshiki's strength.
But a group that relies on nothing but brute strength—without real combat experience or refined control—could very well be turned upside down by someone like Yusuke, even if he was technically weaker.
And yet, Yusuke wasn't weaker. Far from it. Even Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, despite being stronger than Naruto and Sasuke, was still sealed away. Why? Because her combat experience was practically nonexistent.
Let's not forget—back in the original timeline, all the tactics came from Black Zetsu, her "precious son."
He was the one who orchestrated everything, having lived through countless battles. He couldn't be compared to Kaguya at all.
If that body had been possessed by Uchiha Madara instead, Yusuke was certain—Madara would never have lost to Naruto and Sasuke.
In terms of strength, experience, and mastery of abilities, they weren't even on the same playing field.
When Kaguya fought against Naruto and Sasuke, she barely used any techniques. Attacks that could've been dodged with a simple Body Flicker were met with Yomotsu Hirasaka, a move that drained massive amounts of chakra—just to evade.
Now, back to the main story.
Naruto had been taken away by Sasuke, and everyone was on edge. Especially Boruto.
After all, that was his father. He couldn't bear the thought of something happening to him.
"All right, follow me. They've stopped moving," Yusuke said as he opened a spatial portal and stepped through with the others.
A moment later, they found themselves inside a cave. Kurama's chakra was beginning to envelop Naruto's body—he was clearly on the verge of losing control.
Sasuke dashed in to stop Urashiki Ōtsutsuki from stealing more chakra from Naruto.
"Oh? You all got here pretty fast. And you brought backup too," Urashiki said, unfazed.
On the contrary, his gaze landed curiously on Yusuke—a face he hadn't seen before.
"Hey there, trash of the Ōtsutsuki clan," Yusuke greeted with a casual tone.
Jiraiya could only rub his forehead. So many years had passed, and yet this kid's sharp tongue hadn't dulled one bit.
Even Urashiki, usually calm and smiling, now had his expression twisted in fury.
"You filthy human… Are you looking to die?" he snapped.
As a member of the Ōtsutsuki clan, whose pride towered above all living things, Urashiki's arrogance was only natural.
Even when facing Naruto and Sasuke, he'd treated them like toys.
"Looking to die? You? You don't even come close," Yusuke replied coldly.
Urashiki couldn't hold back anymore. Veins bulged on his forehead as he whipped out his fishing rod and hurled it at Yusuke.
"Watch out! That's—" Sasuke shouted, activating Amenotejikara to switch places with Yusuke.
His body had already been sealed to prevent chakra theft. But something strange happened—his dōjutsu didn't activate.
It was as if Yusuke didn't exist in the same spatial realm.
Urashiki's hook reached Yusuke, but the moment it touched him, it froze—stopped entirely by Yusuke's Limitless Technique.
Urashiki instantly retracted the line, his gaze sharpening in caution.
"What a bizarre technique…" he muttered.
"How disappointing. You're so weak," Yusuke said with a calm smile before his body dissolved into particles of light and vanished.
In the next instant, Yusuke reappeared beside Urashiki and launched an attack. But Urashiki quickly switched to his blue Rinnegan, narrowly dodging the strike.
Yusuke's kick crashed into the ground, releasing a thick cloud of dust.
"Oh? Not bad. You're the first person who's actually managed to evade my speed—speed that rivals light itself," Yusuke remarked with a faint smile.
His velocity far surpassed even Kizaru from the Other World.
"So fast...?" Urashiki was stunned, though he didn't appear too shaken.
"I've had enough. We'll play again some other time," Urashiki said, eyeing Sasuke and Jiraiya preparing to attack.
He had no intention of being drawn into a prolonged fight. Switching to a red Rinnegan with six tomoe, he opened a dimensional portal like a swirling wormhole.
"You think you're just gonna run?" Yusuke muttered, throwing a punch at the air.
A devastating shockwave shattered the space around him, tearing apart the portal.
"GET OUT, NOW!" Jiraiya barked as a blinding light gathered in Yusuke's hand.
Sasuke grabbed Boruto and Naruto and fled. Moments later, the cave began collapsing.
"You arrogant gods... In the end, you're all just cowards," Yusuke muttered, standing tall amidst the rubble. He and Urashiki, however, remained untouched by the collapse.
"Filthy human! If you want to die, I'll grant your wish!" Urashiki roared, finally enraged beyond control.
Outside, Sasuke and the others watched the mountain cave crumble, grateful they'd escaped in time.
"Master Jiraiya, will Senior Yusuke be okay?" Sasuke asked.
He didn't flee out of fear—his Susanoo would've drawn too much attention in that confined space.
"Don't worry. He's the strongest," Jiraiya replied with an easy smile, full of confidence in Yusuke.
Naruto, still unconscious, had Kurama's chakra sealed by Jiraiya with a charm. Sasuke didn't argue.
He himself acknowledged Yusuke's overwhelming power. Though he didn't fully understand the extent of Yusuke's abilities, he couldn't claim to be stronger at his own peak.
In this era of ninja, Yusuke might very well be the strongest.
At that moment, the rubble began to float.
"Lion Might: Imperial Earth Scroll!"
The debris formed into a massive lion that lunged toward the white silhouette amidst the dust.
Urashiki, knowing this earthen construct couldn't be absorbed, summoned multiple attacks from his red fish basket to obliterate the lion.
"Not so fast," Yusuke's voice rang out.
"Lion Might: Ground Scroll!"
The surrounding terrain shifted, morphing into hundreds of giant lions that surged toward Urashiki.
"Shinra Tensei!" Urashiki switched back to his blue Rinnegan, repelling the lions with a powerful shockwave.
But they didn't stop—they returned again and again. Forced to continuously use Shinra Tensei, Urashiki grew irritated. On the third use, he finally snapped and activated his red Rinnegan, flattening the entire area with a powerful blast.
"Oh? So that red Rinnegan isn't originally yours," Yusuke muttered.
He'd suspected it from the start.
Each Rinnegan possessed a unique ability, usable only by its original wielder. Those who received them through transplant couldn't unlock their full potential.
Just like how Nagato couldn't use Limbo: Border Jail.
When Yusuke saw Urashiki using Yomotsu Hirasaka as if it were a basic skill of the six-tomoe red Rinnegan, his suspicions grew.
Urashiki rarely relied on the red eye. He usually fought with his blue Rinnegan. And whenever he did use the red one, the chakra cost was abnormally high—clearly unnatural.
That eye... didn't belong to him.
