A cold wave ran through her spine as Eliz stood face to face with Mizen. That psychotic smile on his face..the he's been eyeing her since she arrive...filled her with immense disgust.
"What a creep..." She thought but didn't say it out loud. She poised forward holding her scythe between herself and Mizen.
" Aren't we gonna introduce ourselves,pretty lady?"

But she didn't have much time to reflect on that as Mizen plunged at her with a hungry look on his face...and behind him
'No way!!' Eliz thought she was imagining thi,gs but it was pretty real...the darkness it Eliz sighed...all along she'd been trying to avoid this...but now she had no other option. She have to use the Haven cult's sacred power..."The Crimson Rampage." A crimson glow surrounded her body. Her scythe was glowing crimson too. She twirled her scythe and turned around slowly to face...?!!!
" WHAT THE HELL IS THAT ABOMINATION!!!!??" She thought out loud. The figure in front of her..it wasn't Mizen...it was Mizen..but it wasn't him...the purple tattoees noe converted his entire body. His hair had grown longer and were violet instead of white. And..and from his head protruded a little black horn...
"How do I look now Missy? This is my final from—The Gemini Devil"
Eliz gulped...she'd heard about this before..from Sanroku...but it was the first time she saw it in person– A Vampiric Devil!!!!!
" What did you think...only your boss Sanroku is a Vampiric Devil..." He laughed maniacally. " Happy realization.. I'm one too...the entire Gemini cult is.!!WE ALL HAVE A FRAGMENT OF LUCIFER EMBEDDED INTO US"

Then he swung his scythe into a wide arc. Eliz barely managed to deflect it with her scythe and then jumped back...
Within that moment of contact..she was able to see it ...the power difference...it as huge! Damn it.. Eliz bit her lower lip...
Mizen's smile grew wider..He plunged at her again..this time with greater speed. Eliz closed her eyes and channeled her powers through the scythe.. Slowly she put a foot forward and raised her scythe.She brought it down as Mizen swung his. The two weapons met with a loud clang. The ground around them shivered as though the amount of power flowing across the battlefield frightened it. Mizen stomped his foot onto the ground and pressed harder. Eliz pressed back. Then...suddenly Mizen broke the bind and initiated a barrage of attacks. Eliz had expected this.. she skillfully blocked each one of his strikes.
Their attacks were equally strong. But Eliz knew it very well...Mizen had the upper hand. His scythe was longer...moreover it had 3 blades compared to her one. She was barely able to block those strikes...soon he would over power her.
That's when...!! The strike came...it broke through Eliz's defense and the scythe pierced into her shoulder...it wasn't a normal attack.. the darkness...Eliz had almost forgotten about it..she only registered it when a searing pain shot up from her shoulder to her brain.. THE CHAIN!!! the one running from back of Mizen's strike...he had used the darkness to hide it ...and when she was locked in barrage phase ..he decided to use it..." F**cking Cheater!!!"
She twirled and uprooted the chain from her shoulder. " If you are going to play dirty...I won't hold back either." Her eyes glowed with a crimson light. The ends of her red long skirt rose . She gave her scythe a twirl and brought it down on Mizen's head. He stared at it with a smug look on his face and raised his scythe to block it. Eliz's red lips shaped into a smirk. She spun on the balls of her feet and and with a wide arc swung the scythe with all her force. Mizen didn't expect it. No wait... more like he couldn't react...Eliz...she had done it so smoothly...so elegantly that he was left mesmerized.. A smile of admiration shaped his lips as the scythe pierced into his abdomen from behind
Eliz didn't expect what happened next. She had expected him to wince...scream or atleast show some sign of pain..but instead he burst into laughter..like a maniac Eliz noticed that the darkness around her was growing thicker. It was suffocating. And moreover...it was freaking covering the moon...damn...that didn't sound nice..the "Blood Moon"..it was her source of power...blocking it out would mean canceling the only advantage she had. She had to escape this darkness. Soon...but that'd mean losing the upper hand she had gained in this battle by stabbing Mizen.
She pulled the scythe out of his guts and raced towards narrow opening the darkness hadn't covered yet.
" Where do you think you're going Queen"
A voice echoed from behind her. It wasn't Mizen's it was deeper...almost like...a knife scraping agasint a metal. Her hands started sweating..but she didn't stop. She kept running towards the opening...until a a purple glowing circle with intricate patterns appeared below her... a magic circle!!. She jumped out of it just in time..before a pillar of black energy shot upwards into the sky..consuming everything that came into it path. Looking down she found that the ground beneath the magic circle had been wiped out of existence. A lump formed in her throat as she saw the extent of the power.. one wrong step and it could've been her.

" Oh is that so.." Eliz was getting annoyed... at Mizen's laughter, at his showing off his powers ...but what nmoyed her the most was the fact that she was on the defense throughout this battle. "Enough of this shit. " She thought biting unto her lips till they bled.
Mizen threw his arms into the air. Two magic circles appeared nehind his arms.
Eliz smirked. Magic circles. She tapped the edge of her scythe onto the ground. A bunch of magic circles appeared in form of ring around her. If it's a battle of magic circles... the Haven takes the upper hand.
She slowly raised the scythe above her head. The circles rose with it. And she she twirled her scythe.. the circles started spinning...forming a even bigger circle..
Last time she had used this was a century ago..when she wiped out the Juro cult. "She didn't expect she'd have to use it again..especially exactly 100 years after the previous time.."
She'd release it when Mizen undoes the seal on his circles. Until then she'd let them spin..that'd add up to the intensity of the attack... the attack which she hated the most.
The wait wasn't long. As soon as Mizen saw her initiating the attack he undid the seals on the two magic circles. The circles started glowing with a violet glow. They emitted a dark purple beam of it. The grave voice echoed across the battlefield– " The Twins' Destiny".
Eliz too released her own attack... She didn't scream it out loud.. just whispered it silently under her breath–Crimson Annihilation. From the magic circle shot out a crimson beam of light in a twister like fashion.
The two spells met. What happened next was an utter disaster. Something which even Eliz and Mizen hadn't expected. A loud continuous sound covered the entire battlefield. It was mixed with some other sound which they couldn't recognize...the kind that pierced through their ears...it undescribabale...Both of them had used these attacks before...but this was the first time they'd seen such an impact..
The ground beneath them melted...and then evaporated into thin air. Moreover it affected the users too. Eliz could feel her skin starting to melt away slowly.. Wait!!! This wasn't the impact of their attacks...It was...
As all the blinding light slowly receded Eliz stared into the sky...and noticed two figures standing above them. And...behind them were the Gates of Heaven!.
