Ch: 15-22

Chapter Fifteen

Harry slowly opened his bleary eyes as he awakened the next day. The room was dark and Harry could hear a huge rumble from the corner. Harry turned his head slightly to see Rabastan roll over with his pillow clung to his chest.

"Do that again Baby!" Rabastan mumbled quietly and rolled over again, leaving a patch of drool from where he had rest his head.

Harry shuddered in revulsion. That wasn't exactly a sane person wanted to hear when they woke up. Harry grabbed his wand from the table.

"Tempus!" he muttered and watched as a smoky grey mist rose from his wand and formed the time.

6:52 am. 1975.

Harry waved his wand and the wards he had put up last night dispelled. He summoned his trunk and muttered the password to let him in. He had put very powerful locking charms and security wards on it before arriving to make sure that no one saw anything incriminating against him. A blue light emitted from the trunk and slowly faded as the trunk silently opened. Harry grabbed a pair of Hogwarts robes from last year. They were a bit small, as Harry had grown from 5'1 on the holidays to 5'4. Three inches was a great achievement and Harry was glad to see that 10 years of malnutrition and abuse hadn't affected him to badly. Note the Sarcasm.

He muttered a charm and the robes grew to the required size. With another flick of his wand, a green insignia overtook the normal Gryffindor badge he was so used to seeing. Harry put the robes on and silently conjured a mirror when he was done. He looked different.

Hogwarts was cool and damp. The first signs of sun were slowly peeking up as the sun rose from behind the hills leaving a purple light emitting from the horizon. A lone figure walked down the corridor to the school library. He was 5'4, had icy green eyes, mop of barely tamed black hair and while he was skinny, he had toned muscles that came from pushing your body constantly. The boy was Harry James Potter, or Harry Smith Riddle as he was being called here. He was currently in deep thought.

Harry reached the library and looked around. It was empty so Harry sighed and dropped his calm façade. He sat down at a table and pulled out a Muggle pen and a piece of parchment. He found pens to be much easier to carry around then quills.

He wrote down on the parchment what he needed to do and complete. When he had finished he looked it over.

Harry looked at his list in satisfaction. It would do for now. He put it in his pocket and walked over to the bookshelf. He pulled out a book about the construction of a Time Turner and started reading. Time passed and when Harry next looked up, the sun was shining. Harry frowned and banished the book back to its position. The reading had not been successful and the book had only increased his confusion. Harry shook these random thoughts out of his head, emptied his mind and strengthened his mental barriers. He gathered his stuff and walked out of the library.

The Great Hall was full of chatting students as they talked to each other about who did what over the holidays and who had a crush on whom. Lily Evans sat in a dark corner, reading her favorite book about Charms. While she was absently munching on her toast she failed to see the raised wand from the Slytherin table and the unholy looks of glee that followed suit. The Slytherin waved his wand and with a bellow he shouted. "Flammere Ioblous!"

A large fireball scorched the table as it pelted from the wand, sparks flying from it. It sped towards Lily, who looked oblivious to the incoming threat. Just as Dumbledore had stood with his wand raised, ready to dispel the impending curse Lily raised her wand without turning back. In a clear voice she said. "Shieldus Protego."

The fireball slammed into a bronze colored shield that had flickered into existence, creating an oddly hollow noise that echoed around the Great Hall. Before the Slytherin had a chance to react Lily raised her wand and still not looking back, said again. "Silpormo!" A wave of magic buckled from her wand and sped towards the Slytherin. The magic that was flowing off this one curse shattered any glass that it came near and the Slytherin stood up in shock.

"PROTEGO!" he shouted. Lily's curse hit the shield, and it looked like for a moment that it would be enough to stop it, before the curse started pushing the shield and stretching it before the magical strands collapsed. The last thing the Slytherin saw for seven hours was a huge flash as it hit him in the torso and slammed him from the ground into the air and right on the Great Hall doors which had just opened. The newcomer quickly ducked as a body flew over his head and into a wall. Lily turned to see who had walked in.

Harry saw the doors in front of him and schooled his expression into a neutral one. He opened the door and saw a flash of green and silver before ducking. The object- a 5th year Slytherin, Harry noted- flew past his head and into the wall with a sickening crunch. Harry slowly stood and looked inside. Lily was staring right at him with her wand in hand. Harry raised an eyebrow and Lily flushed. Giving him a small glare she gave him the finger and sat back down amidst the mutterings of the hall. Dumbledore also sat down before gesturing to the Potions Mistress for this time, a stern 60-year-old woman, to take care of the injured boy. As the hall waited for points to be taken off, Dumbledore merely went back to his porridge. Harry stifled a smile and sat down at the Slytherin table.

Bella hopped from her spot and sat down next to him while Narcissa sat opposite.

"Wow! See that!" Bella said excitedly. "Who knew that Evans packed such a punch? She's changed from last year!" Harry said nothing. Narcissa across from him spoke up.

"I get the feeling that that change has something to do with you." She said calmly, her eyes betraying no emotion. Harry looked at her calmly and their eyes met. Soon, Narcissa looked away and took a sip of her goblet.

"Well, we all now Harry's one dude that shouldn't be messed with, right?" Bella said as she munched on a bit of bacon. "Though doing that to Nott wasn't the best of things you could have done." She added afterwards thoughtfully.

"Why not?" Harry asked.

"Ahh, it speaks!" Bella exclaimed. At Harry's withering glare she pouted. "Fine, I'll be nice."

"So I shouldn't have pissed off Nott because…" Harry trailed off.

"He's part of the Slytherin Hierarchy." Narcissa spoke up. She flipped her blonde hair over her shoulders as she spoke.

"Yeah." Bella agreed. "Not a nice bunch of people."

"The Slytherin hierarchy is a group of students that control the Slytherin house. Every prank, hexing or attack on another house will most likely be at their orders." Narcissa continued.

"Who's in it?" Harry asked as he fiddled with his toast.

"The Leaders are Rabastan and Rodolphus Lestrange, the twin boys over there. Then there's Regulus Black. He's our cousin, not very bright mind you."

"Then there's Sevie!" Bella said excitedly. "He's like, only the best potions genius in this school. But most of the Hierarchy doesn't like him. Consider him a threat so they bully him around."

Narcissa gave Bella a stern look and Bella shrunk away. Harry pretended not to notice as Bella turned back and started speaking again. "Anyway, that Severus Snape. As Bella so kindly said, he is a master in potions. He's very good with the Dark Arts as well but not very well liked. The girl over there is Louise Zabini, was bonded with her husband just over the holidays. The big guy is M'cnair. He plans to be an executioner when he gets out of school. He likes killing things so it's an ideal job for him. Then there's Nott. He's just the bully of the school. He's quick on the draw though and very good at back stabbing people when they're not looking."

"Sounds like my type of person." Harry said sarcastically. "Great, I pissed off the bloody heirs to the Old Families." He continued. "This isn't going to look good."

"Oh, don't worry about them." Bella said. "They're just a big bunch of arseholes anyway."

"I thought you were Regulus' cousin. Aren't you loyal to the cause as well," Harry asked, knowing very well what the cause was.

Bella paled and Narcissa shrank back. With an exchanged look they stood up.

"We have to go to the library." Narcissa said. She gathered her stuff and followed Bella out of the hall, leaving a curious Harry with a speculative look in his eyes.

Harry continued his breakfast and it wasn't long after the 2 Slytherin's departure that he felt the common feeling of being scrutinized. He looked up sharply and stared straight into the brown eyes of James Potter. Harry, for the first time looked at him closely. He was a big guy, standing at 6'3. He had unruly messy hair that was like Harry's, but was even wilder and brown eyes hidden under glasses. He looked a little bit like Harry, but not that similar and Harry was hoping he could pass it off with the excuse that all Purebloods families were related in some way or another. Apparently people didn't see Harry back in his time and only saw James. He noticed that James looked a bit too mischievous so he probed his mind for any stray thoughts. After finding what he wanted Harry smiled slightly. James and the Marauders had been busy last night and had pranked the bacon. Harry winked at James, who looked briefly surprised, before turning back to his own plate and avoiding the bacon. Not one minute later more than half the Slytherin table turned into pink chickens. Harry was not among them.

"Here is your timetable for…CHICKENS!" A 5th year Prefect said in disbelief as he walked in to hand out the new timetables. Harry studied his timetable while the rest of the table was in chaos. He noticed that the rest of the Hierarchy wasn't affected. He gave them a quick look and Nott caught his eyes. Harry smiled coldly and Nott quickly looked away. Looking over at Lily he saw her gesture to her stuff and the door. Harry nodded slightly. He gathered his stuff as he saw Lily stand and gather hers. He walked out of the Great Hall with her as the Professors started screaming at the Marauders.

Chapter Sixteen

Harry walked out the Great Hall with Lily at his side. Once they were a safe distance away Lily blew her hair out of her face angrily.

"That Potter is an arrogant prick!" she ranted, her face red with rage. Harry stifled a smile but was seen by Lily who whirled to him.

"What is so funny?" She shrieked out. Harry looked at her with just a hint of amusement.

"Come on! You don't tell me that seeing the Slytherins turn into chickens wasn't funny?" Harry said in disbelief. Lily scowled.

"Well…"

"It was, wasn't it?"

Lily said nothing then glared at Harry. "They're your housemates you know! Shouldn't you be supporting them or something?"

Harry snorted. "Right now I have no allies and only two semi-friends. I actually don't give a crap."

"So you're saying that it's okay for 6th years to pick on a bunch of new first years!

Lily shrieked out in anger, her eyes shining with disbelief and a hint of betrayal. She was so used to Harry agreeing with her that she had forgotten how it was like to be shot down.

Harry noticed the expression on her face. "Look, I'm not saying we should all pick on Slytherins, hell no! I'm just saying that you need to relax and enjoy Hogwarts. You know, let down your hair, get a boyfriend, and have a party. If there's anything I've learnt that there is no time to redo things that you regret doing or not doing."

Lily looked thoughtful. Harry quickly changed the subject before she bought up the inevitable question of what he regretted.

"So, who are the teachers?" Harry asked feigning ignorance. Lily brightened.

"Well, there's Professor McGonagall. She's the Head of House for Gryffindor. Strict but fair. She teaches transfiguration. Then there's Professor Sprout. She teaches Herbology. I don't think we're taking that though. The little short guy was Professor Flitwick. He may be small but he was once a dueling champion and it's rumored that he fought and defeated two of Lord Grindelwald's Heirs. He's very powerful in magical terms. He's the Head of House for Ravenclaw and Master Charms expert. He's updated several ancient charms and written several books that discuss the importance…"

"Sounds like you like this guy," said a smooth and silky voice from behind Harry and Lily. Lily quickly turned her wand in hand and her body in a defensive posture. Harry turned as well and had his original wand of Holly and 11 inches and his new wand he had used in the Nightclub. The two of them made an impressive duo and the person behind them hesitated.

"Relax Harry, just wanted to know if you want some company." Narcissa said, her hands up and palms facing them. Lily rolled her eyes and put away her wand while Harry did the same.

"Hey Cissa." Lily said in a friendly tone. Harry eyes widened briefly as the friendly tone and looks between the two before he schooled his feature.

Narcissa nodded to Lily. "Hello Lily. I'd say that Harry has had a positive influence on you over the holidays."

Lily blushed before regaining her composure. "So, how were your holidays?"

Narcissa fell in step with them and together they walked to the Charms classroom.

"Not bad, just the usual Dark Art studies and the stupid propaganda crap. Apparently I've been engaged to Lucius Malfoy so…well you know."

"I remember him!" Lily said as she scrunched up her face in concentration. "He was a 7th year when we arrived, right?"

"Yeah, that's him. My bloody fiancé and just as bad as the rest of those arse kissing little…" Narcissa trailed off as she realized that Harry was there and gave Lily a panicked look, looking as she wished she could take that back.

Lily giggled. "Relax Cissa, Harry is very trustworthy. He won't tell anyone about your little grudges against the Death Eaters. Right Harry?"

"Actually, I think I might object." Harry said calmly. Cissa paled and Lily turned to him wide eyed. Harry continued. "I sincerely doubt that Voldemort would let anyone kiss his 'sacred Dark lord' Arse. Besides…"

Harry gave her a mock look of confusion. "What grudges?" he said innocently, well as innocent as he could. Harry was anything but innocent.

Lily broke up in gales of laughter and Cissa let a reluctant grin stretch her face. Harry just smiled mysteriously as he stored that information for later use.

Lily, Harry and Narcissa walked in the Charms classroom. It was empty and Harry took a quick look at the clock on the wall. They were 15 minutes early. He shrugged and sat down near the front where Lily and Narcissa were sitting. They were chatting about something so Harry pulled out this year's version of the Charm Book and started reading. Soon the rest of the class began to arrive. Harry noticed that Lily and Narcissa stopped talking suddenly and a shadow fell unto his book. He tensed, raised his mental shields and looked up. It was Rabastan and Rodolphus Lestrange.

"Well Riddle," Rodolphus said politely. "As a fellow Slytherin I should warn you that Evans is a Mudblood. Don't want to get contaminated, do you? And Narcissa? You should leave as well. I think your parents would be disappointed in finding out which filth you choose to associate with." Narcissa paled and Lily shrank back in her chair with hurt in her eyes. Lestrange's little gang, which consisted of Snape and Zabini stayed silent with the apprehension in their eyes apparent.

"So how about is how you the ins and outs of Hogwarts Riddle? I can make you very well liked." Rodolphus continued. It seemed as if the entire class was silent with their breaths bated, waiting for an answer. Even the Marauders who had just arrived waited for an answer. Most people did not expect what came next. The Slytherin hierarchy was not well known but even an idiot could tell you that Rodolphus' gang ruled the Slytherin house. Many students had succumbed to their wishes out of fear of gaining the wrath of an entire house.

"I'm quite happy where I am…Loostrenga was it?" Harry replied coldly, his eyes glittering dangerously. There was an unconscious intake of breath as Lestrange looked murderous.

"It's Lestrange, and don't forget it! Don't make the mistake of joining the wrong side with that Mudblood!" He hissed violently. Harry saw James about to jump in so he quickly stood.

"Now listen to me and listen good. I'm only going to say this once." Harry said in a calm and quite voice. Rodolphus shivered very slightly as the silky tones that reminded him of the Dark Lord washed over him. Harry continued.

"I serve no one but myself. Don't think you can tell me what to do. People who anger me end up like the Death Eater in the Great Hall, Dead."

Rodolphus stared into Harry's eyes. "Mark my words Mudblood! You will get what's coming to you!"

Harry smiled mockingly. "Ohh I'm scared. Gonna call your Mummy and Daddy?"

Lestrange flinched and his twin, Rabastan spoke up. "Shut up you filthy Muggle scum!"

Harry snorted. "Get your facts right before you start insulting Muggle-born and Half bloods. Albus Dumbledore is a Muggle-born and he is considered the greatest wizard alive. I'm a Half-blood and I could kick your arse from here to Apollo 13 and back again and…" Here Harry smiled a blood-chilling smile. "Lets not forget that Lord Voldemort himself is a Half blood."

Rodolphus looked pissed, that was for sure. Lily could easily tell that. As she saw Rodolphus pull out his wand, she raised hers and pointed it at Rodolphus. Rabastan raised his and pointed it at Lily and Harry's two wands appeared in both his hands suddenly and had them both pointed at the Lestrange twins. Zabini and Snape pulled out theirs as well while Narcissa remained seated, not wanting to draw attention to herself.

Narcissa wanted to jump up and curse Rodolphus to hell. She was itching for a fight but she knew she couldn't make a move until she was sure in here she and her sister stood with Harry and what he could do to help them. He was powerful, Narcissa was certain and she had heard rumors of a black haired boy and a red haired girl that stopped an invading army of Death Eaters at a Muggle nightclub. She was a little scarce on facts but she knew that the black haired boy had dueled the Dark Lord and the Dark Lord had returned to Black manor in a fit with many wounds on his body. Harry might just be what she was looking for to escape this war.

Harry himself was looking quite bored. Rodolphus wasn't as good as he thought he was, though if it came to a duel Harry would be seriously disadvantaged. Hogwarts anti-apparition barriers stopped one of his better methods in dueling and he would be hard pressed to launch an attack while making sure no bystanders get hurt. Suddenly a voice shouted. "FLITWICK'S COMING!"

Rodolphus hastily put away his wand and with a curt nod he led his gang to the back of the class. Lily and Harry watched them go and re-holstered their wands as well and sat down.

"Look, maybe I should sit away from you. I don't want to cause any problems with your housemates," Lily said softly and began to gather her stuff.

However Harry snorted. "I'm not scared of them." He sneered. "Those little bastards have got a long way before they can impress me."

Narcissa was silent.

The Newt Charms class wasn't so bad. At first they did a bit of revision then Flitwick made them copy a complex wand movement that even Harry had a bit of trouble completing. After the lesson Harry was impressed by the sheer knowledge of Professor Flitwick. The Dark Lord concentrated on battle magic and Dark Arts, so Professor Flitwick was a lot more knowledgeable than Harry.

Lily was beaming after they got out of Charms. Harry was thoughtful and Narcissa…was Narcissa. As they headed to the DADA room James intercepted them.

"Hey Lily-flower!" James said as he appraised her form. "Looking good babe."

Lily narrowed her eyes and kept on walking.

"Hey!" James yelled out and grabbed her arm. Lily froze at the contact and turned around. There was a look in her eyes that hadn't been there last year.

"Let. Me. Go." Lily stated slowly. When James did nothing she bought her other hand up and put pressure on the vein near James wrist. James screamed in pain and quickly let her go. Lily gave him a dark look and stormed off with Narcissa following him. Harry was about to follow when a hand grabbed his arm and shoved him on the wall. It was Sirius Black. James loomed up behind him.

"Listen to me Riddle. Evans is mine. I want you to leave her alone." James threatened. When Harry just raised an eyebrow and smirked James drove his fist into Harry's gut making Harry gasp in pain as the air was plunged from his chest.

"GET IT?" James yelled. Harry looked up again, this time his smirk was gone. His eyes flashed red and one eye started to glow. James was too scared to move so when Harry's eye glowed extremely bright he wasn't quick enough. The magical blast threw James into the wall. Harry twisted Sirius's hand and kneed him in the gut. Sirius coughed and slid down the wall.

Harry looked around at the fallen Gryffindors and started walking away.

He reached the DADA classroom just in time and took a seat next to Lily and Narcissa.

"You just made it," Lily hissed. Harry just nodded and looked up front. There was no one there.

"That's strange. Professor Green is usually never late." Narcissa commented thoughtfully. Harry frowned and out of the corner of his eye he noticed a glimmer. He quickly stood and whipped out his wand, ready to fight.

Chapter Seventeen

Author's Chapter Notes:

A/N- A few things before I go on with the story.

Harry is not strong from reading books. He has always been powerful, you can tell with the Patronus charm and stuff like that. But know he has the knowledge and theoretical measures to be able to utilize his power to the max.

Harry won't be paired up with Lily for a while, so readers should chill. I will have awkward moments between the two.

Please stop calling me a sick bastard. Read the earlier chapters A/N to understand why I am writing this idea. I am growing tired of goody-goodies.

The Marauders will redeem themselves and become Harry's friends. They will be trusted, but not as much as Lily. Harry will have revenge though…

Bellatrix and Narcissa will not know that Harry is from the future.

Bellatrix and Narcissa are important for the story. I could bring it back to just focusing on Harry and Lily, but then it would get boring without fresh ideas. It's not a threesome or what not as I have heard rumors of.

Harry is strong, but he has a while to get to Tom's level. He caught Tom by surprise at the nightclub. Also, his red eyes flash thingy is an inherited trait from Voldemort. The attack on James was meant to look like the FFX Aeon Anima's pain attack.

Harry will reveal himself as who ought Voldemort, but I don't know when.

I know Shezza sounds like a girl's name, but I didn't create this account, just inherited from my Male cousin so…sue me.

Do reviewers want longer chapters but less updates or short chapters with more updates? The longer chapters would be about 4000-5000 words but it would take me twice as long to write and post.

The Ministry of Magic doesn't know about the deaths of Petunia and Vernon Dursley. Why would they, as they are content to leave the Muggles to themselves? Dumbledore doesn't know either because he had bigger problems on his hands with Harry. The Muggles think it was a serial killer.

Onto the Story then as I have already wasted 249 words on this A/N!

Harry had to conjure a shield as a blast of magic scattered the students is the classroom. Lily was up right next to him and she conjured a shield as well as curses struck the shield. Harry was having trouble seeing the attacker.

"Where is he?" Lily hissed as she deflected a Stunner into a wall, leaving a scorch mark. Harry shrugged and with a quick flourish of his wand he sent a bright blue bolt of magic at the approximate location. The curse missed and it evaporated on contact with the wall. Behind him, Harry could see that some students were hiding behind desks and only a few were standing up. Some were sending curses so far off target that they hit each other.

Lily growled in frustration as another 6th year went down. This was ridiculous. She waved her wand and a chair zoomed from its upturned position on the ground and into the path of a curse. She was easily able to hold off the attacker but she couldn't see where he or she was! Narcissa came up beside her and started tracing runes into the air. Narcissa was very good at Rune magic and her specialties were wards and shields. When the last rune was finished a pale pink globe spread across the three duelers. They were 3 of the 7 students left standing. Remus Lupin was sniffing the air in a rather canine fashion with Sirius Black and James Potter guarding the fallen students.

The last Hufflepuff fell and soon it was just the three Marauders and the Slytherin students with Lily standing. Harry lent over and whispered into Lily's ear.

"Blind him." He said curtly. Lily nodded and waved her wand.

"Lumos Solerum!" she muttered and closed eyes while covering Narcissa's eyes with her spare hand. A bright flare lit the classroom and the Herbology class outside saw a window emitting several bursts of light. When the light receded Harry as gone.

As soon as the light flared, Harry tapped himself with his wand and muttered a disillusionment charm. Something cold trickled down his back and when the flare faded, he couldn't see his hand. He placed a silencing charm on his feat and started slowly walking to where he thought the attacker was. As he waited to see where the next curse came from he saw a flash and glimmer before a scarlet light washed over the Marauders and Lily, breaking through their shields and knocking them backwards.

Harry pointed his wand and with a roar, he let loose a huge streak of magic. The glimmer quickly jumped backwards and both the glimmer and Harry said the same thing next.

"Revelio!" the both chorused. Harry could feel himself warming up and looking in front of him he saw a robed figure emerge from thin air.

"Stupefy!" The robed figure said. Harry ducked and retaliated.

"Expelliarmus!" Harry muttered, keeping his curses simple. It wasn't a wise idea to let his enemy see his true potential until he could use it to his advantage. The robed figure lazily waved his wand and the disarming hex faded from view. Harry's eyes widened as the figure brandished his wand and let loose of a dozen curses at the same time. He raised a shield that absorbed them and with a flick of his wrist, the shield rebounded them back at the caster. The person, however, was not there anymore and Harry had to summon a desk to intercept a nasty pain curse that came his way. The person was using legal Dark Arts. Well, two could play that game.

Harry waved his wand like a whip and a thin strip of fire leapt forth. The figure took a startled step backwards and tripped over a fallen desk. That trip saved him from the curse as it went past his head. Harry quickly fired a curse at his fallen opponent. It was deflected and Harry had to duck as a wave of water spewed forth. He apparated for a split second…only to find himself forcibly put back in place as the wards shoved him back. He staggered for a second as the nausea swept past then conjured a shield to stop himself getting hit.

"Zenklioky!" Harry said, and silver shards ripped past his opponent's shield. His opponent twisted his body to avoid the shards, but one cut his cheek, leaving a line of blood dripping to the floor.

"Flammere Ioblous!" Harry said again. His opponent sent a stream of water to intercept the fireball curse. He sent another fireball and banished a table towards his opponent. The opponent dispelled the fireball and with quick reflexes he sent a Reductor curse at the table, which exploded in mid-flight.

"Explodus Extrendes Imartur!" the opponent shouted in rage. Harry braced himself and raised a flimsy shield as the ground rumbled and exploded in a wave of magic. He groaned as he was forced back and was sent flying in the air to the other side of the room. He staggered up and sent a few random hexes to give him time to re-gather his wits. He had to weave a protection ward as every chair flew from there spots right at him. A golden mist seeped from his wand and formed a golden globe, which the chairs hit and disintegrated on impact. He was clearly on the defensive now and was being pushed back.

Harry transfigured a piece of shrapnel into a thin dagger and sent it hurling towards the robed figure. It smashed into a shield and fell the floor. He weaved in a shield and sent a lance of magic towards the oncoming curse. They exploded in a midst of magical energy that blew Harry backwards. As another curse came for him Harry was too disorientated to stop a bone-twister curse that was coming.

Lily watched as the figures dueled. Harry was going extremely well and beside her Narcissa was looking at Harry in astonishment and realization.

"He's the one that dueled the Dark lord, didn't he?" Narcissa whispered to her red-haired friend. Lily's eyes widened and she blanched. Narcissa saw the look and chuckled.

"I'm right, aren't I?" Narcissa said triumphantly Lily turned to her.

"You can't tell anyone!" Lily begged. Narcissa shot her a look.

"Why would I? I have my own plans for him anyway." She said, smirking.

Lily's blood boiled. "Now listen to me! If you even hurt a hair of Harry's, I will find you and make you pay."

Narcissa eyed her shrewdly. "I see what's going on here." She said slowly. "You like him, don't you?"

Lily blushed. "NO!" she shrieked out. Narcissa only laughed.

"Sure you don't." she said sarcastically. "Then you won't mind if Bellatrix asks him out. I heard she is interested in him."

Lily's face remained impassive, though her heart plummeted through her chest and out of her legs, only to be stomped on by a harsh judge called truth, not literally of course. Harry wouldn't like her over Bellatrix. Even Lily had to admit that Bellatrix was by far one of the best looking girls in the school with the pureblood Aristocrat features, her violet eyes and her long shimmering hair. Who would choose plain old Lily with her dull green eyes and her stringy red hair?

"So, tell me the truth. Do you like him?" Lily looked up and was about to answer when she saw Harry fall under the effects of a curse.

"LOOK OUT!" she shrieked and Narcissa turned quickly, her blue eyes quickly analyzing the situation.

Harry dimly heard a voice screaming at him to look out, but he was struggling to stand. As the curse sped towards him he closed his eyes and braced himself. The moment he could stand he was going to Avada this bastard away.

Fawkes the phoenix was a very old bird. He had seen the rise of nations, the fall of empires and the death of heroes. He was wise and knowledgably and was well regarded by the magical animals as one of the leaders of light. He was currently scratching his arse with his talon while cursing fleas with all his might. Suddenly his head shot up as he registered a plea of help from the green-eyed girl he had met. He soared into the air and disappeared in a burst of flames, leaving a curious Albus Dumbledore who had looked up from some paperwork.

Harry heard a trill and opened his eyes in time to see Fawkes appear and swallow the curse. Fawkes let out a small trill of pain before swooping his opponent. The opponent conjured a shield to stop the enraged bird from attacking him. Harry staggered up and muttered a phase. His wand started glowing and the magic around him crackled. Harry waved his wand and a pillar of light buckled from it. It hit the shield and broke through it and hit the opponent dead centre, who was thrown backwards. The opponent staggered up in a daze and when Harry was about to attack again they raised their hand.

"Very good Mr. Riddle." The opponent, a male said. "That will be 20 points to Slytherin." The opponent removed his hood to reveal a face that looked about 40-50 with brown hair and blue eyes. Harry reconsigned him as one of the teachers in the Great Hall from last night. Fawkes flew to Harry's shoulder as the DADA door burst open. A curious Albus walked through. He stopped short as he took in the surroundings. The wall was littered with cracks and scorch marks and the desks and chairs were all destroyed with only a few pieces of shrapnel left. Some students were huddled behind the wreckage. He looked up to see Joseph Green, his DADA teacher rubbing his chest where there was a large burn on it. Opposite him was Harry Riddle with Fawkes on his shoulder. Albus' heart leapt as he realized that Fawkes could only have come if Harry felt great loyalty to him or the castle.

"Well Professor, I believe that DADA classroom needs to be redecorated." Albus said with a twinkle in his eyes.

Chapter Eighteen

The Great Hall was full of laughter and talking when Harry arrived from DADA class. He could feel many eyes on him as he walked to the Slytherin table with Narcissa after giving a wave to Lily who headed to the Ravenclaw table.

"That was a good duel." Said Narcissa as she sat down. Bella arrived a few minutes later as Harry and Narcissa were animatedly talking about what type of shield was the best.

"I think it's a lot easier to duck or run out of the way." Stated Narcissa firmly. Harry shook his head.

"I think it's easier to conjure a shield or summon something to intercept the curse. I can't fight while I'm on the run." Harry said softly as he drained his goblet of pumpkin juice.

"Hey guys!" Bella said as she hopped next to Harry and loaded a plate full of food. "So, I heard what happened in DADA. That would have been cool to see." Bella said as she dug in, food flying everywhere but her mouth. Narcissa raised an elegant eyebrow. Bella smirked and asked "What?" in an innocent tone. Harry just rolled his eyes and surveyed the hall. He could see the Marauders at the Gryffindor table eating and talking with each other. Peter caught his eye and gave him a look full of loathing before turning back to the others. Harry blinked back his shock at the little coward actually using his balls…no matter how small they were…against someone much more stronger. He looked for Lily and found her at the end alone. She was reading as usual and Harry could see a transparent dome around her as if she was expecting an attack. Harry frowned and turned back the two Blacks, who were arguing over something. The rest of the table seemed bored so Harry concurred that this must be a regular thing.

"Do you think it would be alright if I invited Lily over here?" Harry asked Narcissa. The pale haired girl paused in her argument and looked at Harry with disbelief. Bella snorted. "The Hierarchy will go bonkers if you invite a Mudb…a Muggle-born over here." Bella said, refraining from using Mudblood. Harry smiled wickedly, a feature that seemed natural on his pale face and his green eyes flickered slightly.

"That's exactly the reaction I want." Harry said, smirking. He got up and started walking to the Ravenclaw table.

Narcissa and Bellatrix looked as he walked over. "He's going to bring a lot of changes around here." Bella said, her usual playfulness gone. Narcissa nodded solemnly.

"The question is where will we stand?" She thought out loud. Bella could only nod.

Harry was halfway their before the hall fell silent. He reached the table and tapped Lily's shield, creating an echoing sound. Lily looked up startled.

"Yes?" she said, her brows creased.

"Would you like to join me at the Slytherin table?" Harry asked politely, his green eyes twinkling in mischief. Lily gaped before smirking and packing her book away.

"Thought you would never ask." She said and walked back with Harry. The hall broke up in excited whispers.

"Someone actually like Evans?"

"…could this be…"

Harry ignored the rumors and Lily tried to block them out. She practiced her Occlumency, which was progressing very well. She had the maximum amount of mental walls that her brain could handle and was now focusing on strengthening them. The exercises worked and she could feel her tension ebb away. By the time she had sat down, half the Ravenclaw table was in fits, the Gryffindor table was in doubt, the Hufflepuff table was curios and the Slytherin table was silent. Harry felt a pair of unfriendly eyes on the back of his head so he craned his neck to see down the Slytherin table. Rodolphus Lestrange was looking at him in rage and anger and was barely concealing it. It would not do for the Slytherin House to appear weak and emotions are a weakness, or so Rodolphus thought. Harry looked into his eyes. They were promising pain and destruction and Harry smirked inwardly. This would be fun.

A 5th year Slytherin boy said from down the table said loudly. "Why are you letting a dirty filthy know-it-all Mudblood at our table? Get rid of it before she contaminates us all and…" The boy never finished his sentence because his mouth started shrinking. Soon there was just a piece of skin where his mouth used to be.

"Any other objections?" Harry asked silkily to the rest of the table. No one said anything so Harry started eating his meal. Lily smiled next to him.

"Thanks Harry." She said.

"No problem." Came his reply.

Harry had Care of Magical creatures next. It was still taught by Professor Kettleburn. Bad thing. He was having it with Narcissa and Lily. Good thing. Nott, Zabini and Snape were in the class with him. Bad thing. He was working with Lily and Narcissa tame a wild Cotenrich, a cat like creature that spat acid at people. Good thing…I think. He was also forced to work with Nott, Zabini and Snape. Pull the trigger please.

Harry put on his dragon hide gloves to avoid any unwanted burns from the little cat spitter as Lily had so kindly put it. Zabini and Snape had said nothing to Harry when they had been picked to go in his group but Nott mumbled something under his breath that sounded suspiciously like torture, main and kill.

"So, you're Severus Snape, right?" Harry asked neutrally. Snape sneered his official Snape Sneer number: 23- don't ask stupid questions. "I heard you were quite the potions master." Harry continued, brushing off the sneer. Snape dropped his head and Harry could see a pink tinge appear. Beside him Zabini smirked at Snape.

"Come on Sev," she said. "You know it's true." Snape glared at her and continued his work in making a small miniature cage for the little cat spitter. Beside him Narcissa was chatting to Lily about the effects of the acid being digested.

"…and then it will slowly convert your cells in the lining of your stomach into poison receptors instead of dissolving them. This makes it a lot more painful and the poison that is secreted from these cells travels through the nerve channels and into…" Harry blocked the rest out having heard enough. Lily was looking faintly green as well.

Nott chose this moment to make a dick out of himself.

"So Riddle, heard about your little duel in DADA. Think this makes you a big man now?" he sneered. Snape looked like he had to bite his tongue to stop himself making a smart Arse comment and Zabini roller her eyes and Harry heard her mumbled something about no tact.

"As big as you physically, then no." Harry shot back. "But it intelligence…well everyone knows that even a house elf could outsmart you." Nott growled and took a step towards Harry before the restraining arms of Zabini and Snape stopped him. "Mark my words Riddle. You'll get what's coming to you." Nott said scathingly. He pulled forward and struck Harry in the cheek, leaving a big bruise and a cut as his family ring sliced though his flesh. Harry gingerly touched his cheek and pulled his fingers away to look at his blood. With a growl Harry turned his livid eyes on Nott who was beginning to realize that what he had done perhaps hadn't been the smartest thing in history. Actually it ranked just below a nuclear war and just above calling Voldemort a Mudblood then stealing his wand, kicking him in the balls and having a BBQ with his snake as the main course.

Harry visibly restrained himself and calmed down. Chuckling bitterly he looked at his bloody fingers. His cut was really starting to bleed so Lily, who had been watching, cast a mild healing charm on it. He nodded gratefully to her before turning back to Nott with an expressionless gaze.

"Blood. You made me bleed." Harry stated. Nott gulped and tried to leave but Lily was there with a wand between his eyes. Narcissa was on the sidelines, still unsure of where her allegiances lay. Harry sighed wearily. "Blood is a fickle thing, isn't it?" He asked Nott. "This little drop of liquid can be used for the darkest of potions, the evilest of rituals. Blood can sustain a person from Death with the right potion ingredients. Blood can also be used as a barrier of love against the greatest of evils. Much of our world is based on blood, wouldn't you say?" Harry questioned softly. Nott said nothing.

"It is, isn't it?" Harry asked. "Blood runs the world. Voldemort…oh, the mighty Slytherin is afraid of a name, how quaint." Harry mocked before continuing. "Voldemort attacks the world with blood. He uses the pureblood prejudice against the wizarding world. Because they are certain that some blood is dirtier than others, they feel as if they are allowed to murder and pillage innocent people. But they are just pawns to Voldemort. He does not believe in the cause. He is a power hungry lunatic. But most importantly, what most people tend to forget is that he is just human. And what do men with power want? More power. Voldemort will get you killed. He isn't even a pureblood. Oh, didn't you know? His father was a Muggle who abandoned him to an orphanage. He was beaten and abused there so he has had a hatred that has festered in him. Do you know that every time you fail Voldemort that you are tortured. Voldemort has no patience and no mercy. He will torture you and sometime even kill you. He will rape your wife if he thought that it might break your spirit and he would murder your children just to make sure you were trustworthy. Do you want to serve such a thing? He will not last for long. Voldemort is just a man and eventually, every human dies." Harry finished with a whisper.

"LIAR!" Nott screamed, unaware of the audience surrounding the two Slytherins. Even the professor was listening in. Harry just laughed.

"I'm not. Ask him yourself or look up his records. I'll give you a hint, his first name is Tom and his middle name is Marvolo. You should be able to find who I am talking about if you are truly interested."

"I'm going to kill you Mudblood!" Nott screeched and was once again restrained by Zabini and Snape and once again Zabini rolled her eyes and Snape looked like he wanted to bang Nott's head into the ground.

"You never learn, do you?" Harry asked sarcastically. Nott glared.

"You're going to die a painful death one day." Nott said. "I guarantee it."

Harry laughed a cold laugh devoid of any amusement. "And I suppose that it will be from you. Don't flatter yourself Nott, you're nothing but an inbred hunk of shit." Harry said dangerously. He lent forward. "Mark my words Nott. You will experience a world of pain if you touch me ever again." Nott shivered as he stared in Harry's eyes, seeing something he didn't like. Harry pulled back and kicked Nott in the stomach who gasped in pain then proceeded to fall to his knees.

Lily had never been more proud or scared in her life. Harry had dealt with and scared the shit out of Nott and done something that practically half of Hogwarts wanted to do. The only people who ever challenged the Hierarchy were the Marauders and they knew not to piss them off too much. But she was scared as well. Scared for herself at the dangerous look in Harry's eye or the way he gracefully moved with an air of arrogance that wasn't usually there, as if he could rip off Nott's head. Nott really hadn't done much to her but she could happily sit back and watch him get his head blown off. She just wanted Harry to be safe and more importantly happy. She hadn't seen him smile a true smile since for two days and returning to Hogwarts had had an effect on Harry, though she wished she knew just what.

Severus Snape blinked back shock after Riddle's speech. He had not doubt that the new Slytherin spoke the truth. He would need to rethink things through tonight and talk to a few friends of his. This new information changed everything.

Louise Zabini smirked at the toll the information was taking out on Nott. The Zabini family stayed neutral in most wars so this didn't really affect her much. But she would want to talk to her husband soon. Things were changing around Hogwarts and she wanted to be on top when they did.

Narcissa was certain. After Harry's speech she knew just exactly what to do. She would need to talk to Bella first and a couple of 5th years. She had connections in Slytherin that were outside the Hierarchy, and if Harry agreed to her idea, she would be needing every single one of them.

Harry heard the bell for the end of class and ignoring the crowd, went straight towards the castle and towards the Great Hall for dinner. He would need the strength for tonight because the Slytherin Hierarchy was not going to be pleased about what he had just done. In one day, Harry had upset, agitated and separated the Slytherin house. Harry was going to look forward for tomorrow.

Chapter Nineteen

Harry was sitting at the end of the Slytherin table eating. He was raising his Occlumency shields as well as they helped him duel better without any cluttered thoughts to distract him. He could even numb pain if he was injured with Occlumency. It helped him concentrate and when he was learning new spells he could get better results. He was beginning to wonder why Dumbledore didn't teach Occlumency at Hogwarts. Yes, Occlumency was very useful to Harry.

Narcissa and Bellatrix sat opposite him and Lily sat beside him. He was aware of the looks he was getting and he was seen more aware of the glares he was getting from the Slytherin table. Tonight would be a long night. As he reached for his goblet a voice cleared behind him. Harry turned sharply with his wand out before anyone could see and faced the intruder. It was Snape and Zabini.

"You are requested to attend a meeting of the Slytherin House at 8:00 pm. All of Slytherin are expected to attend." Snape said with a sneer. Zabini spoke up next.

"The actions this past day has caused a number of questions in the Slytherin Hierarchy. You will be trial in a tribunal and will be given a chance to explain yourself. As you are a new student we are prepared to be lenient but you must be respectful. The Dark Sisters will explain the code of conduct to you later on."

"Dark Sister?" Harry asked, though he had a good guess of who they were.

"Narcissa and Bellatrix Black." Snape replied. "Be there tonight or They will not like it."

Harry nodded curtly. As Harry was about to turn around Snape whispered very quietly so only the two of them could hear it.

"Good Luck. And bring your wand." And with that Snape whirled around, his robes billowing angrily as he turned. Zabini gave him a small nod and followed Snape. Harry was impressed that Snape could make his robes do the swirly thing even as a teenager. When he turned back he saw messengers whisper in Narcissa's and Bellatrix's ear. Harry waited until the messengers were gone until he spoke up.

"So I suppose you got the summons as well?" Harry asked softly. Lily looked curious as Bella and Narcissa nodded.

"What summons?" Lily inquired as her eyes gleamed with curiosity. Narcissa and Bellatrix shot each other looks but Harry ignored the Black sisters and replied in an even tone. "Summons for a meeting of all Slytherins. Happens tonight and I suspect it will be very…" Here Harry paused as he tried to find a suitable word.

"Different." Narcissa said with a smirk, flipping her blonde hair over her shoulders. Harry smirked back.

"Different from what they are used to in a trial like this." Harry finished up. Lily looked shocked.

"They actually have a tribunal?" she asked incredulously. Bella nodded.

"The wee little babies want to act grown up." She mocked in a baby voice. Harry stiffened as the familiar wave of rage washed over him as his mind flashbacked to the night in the Department of Mysteries. Harry forced the image back and looked up. Lily looked concerned as did Bella and Narcissa just looked impassive as she usually did.

"You okay Riddle?" Bella asked with a hint of concern in her voice. "You blanked out there for a minute."

Harry saw her in front of himself and at the same time in front of Sirius. Sirius was an arsehole in this period but Harry had loved the older Sirius with all his heart and the bitch in front of him killed him. He restrained from doing something he might regret. She wasn't responsible for her actions. This Bellatrix and the Bellatrix from the future were two different people. He would be a hypocrite if he punished this person for another's mistakes. He blinked and shook his head.

"Just thinking." He commented off-hand. Lily frowned.

"Are you sure you're okay?" she probed deeper, her concern for Harry apparent.

Harry waved off the question. "I'm fine." He said.

"But…" Lily protested. Harry shot her a look and Lily shut up.

"Well fine!" she snapped, her emerald eyes flashing in anger. "Sorry for being concerned for your health."

"Calm down Lily." Harry said in a soothing voice. Lily calmed down a fraction and glowered at Harry. Harry glowered back and soon emerald met emerald. Neither blinked until Bella burst out of laughing.

"Okay you two, stop your fighting."

Harry and Lily relented. Narcissa rolled her eyes. "Do you want to know about the tribunal or not?" she snapped.

Harry sat forward looking interested. Narcissa started speaking.

"The Tribunal has been in the Slytherin house since 1841. A Pureblood Slytherin who wanted a way to judge members of the Slytherin House created it. The Tribunal members are randomly selected each trial and are placed under an oath to do what's best for the Slytherin House. Unfortunately, they are influenced by the judges or the Hierarchy so they are basically under the control of LeStrange, who's one of the judges. The Judges are the 2 highest members of the Hierarchy. In this case it would be Rodolphus and Rabastan LeStrange. They're 7th years and have been the biggest members since Lucius Malfoy left 5 years ago." Narcissa lectured. Harry sat back, contemplating this information. Finally he spoke up.

"What are the chances of the Tribunal finding me innocent?" Harry questioned.

Narcissa looked uncertain but Bella answered instead. "Well I think this applies to the 50-50-100 rule." She said cheerfully. Harry looked puzzled so she explained. "Well I think that if you have a 50-50 chance of winning this then you have a 100 chance of losing it."

"Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha." Harry said sarcastically. "Really funny." Bella grinned.

"I try." She drawled out. Narcissa rolled her eyes, Lily gave an exasperated sigh and Harry smirked. The tentative friendship between the four had just been bought to a new level.

Harry walked into the Slytherin common room. He had been told to wait outside by 2 Slytherins in heavily drabbed robes which Harry noted as Dragon hide. They wore helmets that covered their faces with an angular front with a snake poised to strike on top of them and a long black cloak with Dragon hide gloves and heavy metal boots. They looked old but still resilient to curses. Obviously they were the guards. He mentally reviewed in what he had to say. He had received a battle cloak that deflected and absorbed curses from Lily. She had ordered it on the holidays for herself but had slipped it to him when he was leaving the hall. As they were roughly the same height, the midnight black cloak fit well. As well as the cloak he pulled out a potion from his pocket and pulled off the cork. He drank it in one gulp and felt it slither down to his stomach. Within a minute Harry felt his mind close off even more than usual. It was an anti-truth potion serum that negated the effects of all truth potions except Veritaserum. But Harry was confident that with the potion and his mental shield he would be able to hold off any unwanted questions. He was shaken out of his thoughts when the door opened again. The guards were back and they had increased their number up to 6, all wearing the same uniform. Harry briefly wondered if this was normal for all houses except for Gryffindor. Gryffindor had no such system. One of the guards stepped forward. It was a 7th year that Harry vaguely recalled seeing yesterday. He wore no helmet but had a green band across his robes.

"Wand and any weapons." He growled out. Harry arched an eyebrow.

"You expect me to give you my wand?" Harry said, while taking a step backwards. The guard pulled out his wand menacingly.

"We take no chances. Now give me your wand." Harry shrugged and pulled out his wand, the 12 inch ebony one and handed it over to the guard, who placed it in a small box. He felt underneath his robes to see if his primary wand was there. A small tingle of magic ran up his arm as he ran his fingers over it.

"Now follow us." The guard spoke and turned to leave. Harry gripped the guard's arm.

"If my wand so much has a scratch on it…" Harry threatened leaving it unfinished. The Guard gulped nervously at the dangerous look in Harry's eyes before he sneered

"You aren't in a position to make threats here Riddle." He spat and turned around and opened the common room. Harry walked in, flanked by the guards.

The usual décor was gone and replaced with a dark look. There was a stone table at the front of the room in front of two fireplaces, which gave off an eerie light as the flames cackled. Sitting at the table was Rodolphus and Rabastan. They sneered at him, as he looked their way. There was a single wooden chair just in front of the table and Harry was guessing that was where he sat. Around the surroundings were covered in shadows but Harry could make out a few distinct shapes as people whispered and pointed towards him. The guards led Harry forward to the seat. He sat down and the guards made a semi-circle around him, blocking any chance of escape. Not that Harry was harboring such thoughts. A voice cleared any whispers that were happening as Severus Snape walked forward accompanied by Nott.

"All Rise for the Lords of the Slytherin." He said in a polite but commanding voice. Harry heard chairs shift slightly as every Slytherin stood up except for Harry.

"That means you too Riddle." Nott spat out. Obviously he was a little sore about earlier.

"I do not acknowledge that those things," Harry drawled, "Are the Lords of Slytherin. Therefore, why should I stand?" A loud outbreak of commotion filled the room as Slytherins began muttering to one another.

"SILENCE!" Snape roared in a voice that Harry had never heard him use before, not even on Neville in Potions." Snape shot Harry a look filled with loathing and a hint of respect. "All be seated." Snape finished and stood back in the shadows with Nott walking forward.

"Your Lordship," Nott began and Harry had to repress a snort. These idiots considered themselves Lords? "There is enough evidence to request a truth potion be used. I recommend we use Veritaserum on the offender to see what his motives were and maybe how we can prevent such an incident from happening again."

Lestrange nodded gleefully and gestured to Snape. Snape walked forward with a vial full of a clear substance that Harry recognized as Veritaserum. One of the guards forced Harry's jaw open and Snape tipped three drops in Harry's mouth. Harry suddenly felt sluggish and if he had no cares in the world. His subconscious realized what was going on and suddenly Harry's most vital memories were shoved to the back of his mind. Dimly he could hear Snape and Nott arguing.

"You need more than three you greasy buffoon!" Nott roared. Snape sneered.

"Listen you imbecile, I am the Potions Expert here. Leave the technical application to me and you work on your…whatever the Hierarchy finds you useful for."

Harry heard no more as Lestrange muttered something inaudible and Nott came into view scowling.

"What is your name?" Nott asked first. Harry felt the urge to answer Harry Potter and was about to when something clicked. Did he mean the name he was born with or the name he was using. If he meant the name he was using then it is…

"Harry Riddle." Harry said in a monotone voice. Inside he was cheering. As long as Nott wasn't to direct then Harry could avoid the questions by telling the best type of lie- a half-truth, something Dumbledore was very good at when it was needed.

"Why do you associate with a Mudblood?" Nott asked, his face in a mixture of triumph.

"I don't associate with a Mudblood." Harry replied. Nott's jaw dropped.

"So Lily Evans is a Pureblood?" he finally questioned/

"No. She is a Muggleborn." Harry answered. Nott scowled angrily.

"Then she is a Mudblood." He sneered.

"Unless I am mistaken, I am quite sure that Lily Evans has no form of dirt within her veins. IF you wish to get a blood sample and examine it I am positive that there would not be any mud in it." Nott looked furious and Harry heard a few chuckles from behind him. Nott tried a different approach.

"Are you loyal to Slytherin House?"

"Define Loyal." Harry said. "If you mean that do I want Slytherin to win the House Cup then yes I do, If you mean if I saw a 1st year Slytherin being hexed would I help then yes, I am. But if you mean that I will serve under the Slytherin Hierarchy then No, I am not loyal." There was silence as the Slytherin's took in Harry's answer.

"Are you loyal to the Dark lord?" Nott asked.

"Who is the Dark Lord?" Harry asked. There were many Dark Lords that have been famously known.

"You-Know-Who!" Nott spat out.

"No, I don't know who." Harry said. That was true, You-Know-Who could be anyone ranging from Michael Jackson to the Teletubbies.

"V-V-Vold-Vol…" Nott trailed off.

"Voldemort?" Harry asked. At Nott's wince he continued. "I am loyal to no one but myself."

"So you do not follow the ideals of the Dark Lord?" Nott said in glee.

"Who is the Dark Lord?" Harry asked again, just to spite Nott. Nott growled and lunged forward only to be restrained by Snape.

"Voldemort is the Dark Lord." Snape sneered, before he walked back into the shadows. Obviously Snape had balls when he was willing to use them.

"I do not follow the ideals of Voldemort." Harry replied. Snape nodded at Nott and started to administer the antidote.

"Wait!" Nott shouted. Snape glared.

"He has answered all the questions. You know as well as I do that no Slytherin can be asked questions that do not relate to the crimes." He administered the antidote and stood back and Harry felt his mind clear. He smirked at Nott and looked up at the head table when a voice cleared.

"Harry Riddle, you are bought before the Slytherin tribunal today on charges such as consorting with a Mudblood, Treason to the Slytherin way, the assault on one of the Hierarchy and disloyalty to the cause." Rodolphus sneered out. Rabastan continued. "The Hierarchy has bought evidence that proves that you have killed Servants of the Dark Lord, conspired with a member of Ravenclaw, Consorted with a Mudblood and shamed the Slytherin house in general. The Tribunal has already pronounced you guilty and your sentences are either 100 lashes, 4 minutes under a very strong burning curse or imprisonment in a heavily warded room that blocks all human contact and all light for a week. Being generous, we have decided to let the term be decided by you. Pick a sanction that you think you deserve. Keep in mind that if you do not pick one, then all three will be performed on you." Rabastan looked absolutely gleeful as he finished up. Harry saw Snape whisper to Zabini in the shadows near the Head table. They shot him looks of sympathy.

Harry smirked as he stood. In a cold but calm voice he replied. "You seem to be under the delusion that I will…how could I put this, come quietly. I assure you that on the second lash the person who is applying it will be dead. The burning curses will not get a chance to hit me and I will break out of that warded room should you try to lock me up. That is if by some stroke of luck that you manage to get me in the room in the first place."

Rodolphus scowled. "So be it. You have chosen all three punishments by your continual lack of respect towards your betters. You don't even have a wand to defend yourself and you still remain uncooperative. This is unacceptable behavior from MY servant."

Harry snorted. "You aren't better than me you inbred piece of shit and I SERVE NO ONE BUT MYSELF!" Harry boomed in a dark and menacing voice. He drew himself to his full height and Rodolphus unconsciously flinched. Harry's eyes were glowing in the dark room and an invisible wind was blowing his robes and hair very slightly. He gave a mocking smile as he prepared himself.

Rodolphus regained his composure and gestured and the guards began to march towards Harry. As the 6 guards came closer another 24 walked out from the crowd. As they surrounded Harry the guard he had met before started speaking.

"We are the most highly trained duelers in the school. You don't have a chance."

Harry smirked and with a flick of his wrist his Holly wand flew into his hand. The guards face registered shock as Harry drawled out in an icy voice. "Do you think I would be un-armed?" The leader gestured and four out of 30 guards drew their wand and stepped forward. With a wave of Harry's wand the floor expanded into a 10 meter by 10 meters.

"Just remember this," Harry snarled to the leader as the he and the guards fell back into dueling positions.

"It's not how you die that matters. It's who you take with you." And in a night that will be remembered by all present, Chaos and Anarchy reigned as Harry Riddle, aka Harry James Potter and the Elite Guards of the Slytherin Hierarchy fought a battle not over a trial, but over the control of the Slytherin house.

Chapter Twenty

The 4 guards spilt into twos and attacked from all sides with some powerful pain curses. Harry whirled his cloak and the new battle cloak he had gotten from Lily and the spells ricocheted off dragon hide. He waved his wand and a guard was hit by a strong banishing charm. He was thrown backwards and crashed into the wall, sliding down and leaving a dint. Harry threw a Stunner at the fallen guard to make sure that he stayed down and conjured a shield as a dull green light, not so different from the Killing curse in appearance rushed towards him. The curse was absorbed and Harry conjured another shield to absorb physical attacks as a pile of bricks slammed into it and disintegrated.

The Leader snapped his fingers again and four more guards joined the fray. Harry was on defensive mode as he summoned all kinds of obstacles to block incoming curses. The Leader was right when he said that they were well trained. Harry may have surpassed them in power and technique, but they mobbed him with numbers and while he could easily defeat them one-on-one he was outgunned. He waved his wand again and two curses rebounded in mid air. They were easily avoided as the guards ducked out of the way. Harry used this time to whip his wand in a striking position. A pillar of light erupted from his glowing wand and spiraled towards the 2 guards who were too late to stop the curse. It hit in a blinding flare and when Harry looked again they were lying on the ground unconscious with their armor wrecked. Harry smirked before he was hit by a stray spell with slashed his forearm. Harry hissed in pain and with a quick jab, the offender yelled in pain as their legs and arms were twisted and broken. That left 4 guards when another 6 joined in.

Harry groaned. He was up against six plus another 20 that were watching. He was forced to summon a guard as a curse that radiated an eerie glow came towards him. The guard yelled and struggled but soon shut up as the spell started to tear his skin off. He fell down and twitched as blood seeped from his wounds.

Harry muttered a curse and a blue bolt of electricity cackled from his wand and impacted on 3 guards. Harry took the curse off and swished his wand in the familiar levitation charm and the guards rose and were thrown onto four other guards. They toppled over and Harry clicked his fingers. The seven guards were bound into steel-like ropes and Harry turned to face the other three.

They gulped and took a step backwards before a curse from behind hit Harry. His cloak absorbed most of the curses effects but Harry staggered forward giving the guards from behind, the entire platoon of them, and the ones in front a chance to surround him.

"You are surrounded Riddle. Now prepare to receive your punishment." The Leader sneered. Harry's eyes flashed and with a quick snake-like movement he slammed his fist in the nearest guards face, hearing the satisfied crunch of a broken bone. He elbowed two in the rings and sidestepped as a curse whizzed passed his head and into another guard. In a complex movement he thrust his wand out and did a quick patter while saying. "Multiplus Stupefy!"

Harry's wand glowed and 6 beams of shining scarlet buckled from his wand. The power behind these curses was enough to make Harry's hair stand on end as they hit their respective targets, the Guards crashing to the floor. Harry growled darkly as the remaining 17 guards started cursing. A bronze dome shimmered over his position and the curses impacted creating an odd chilling noise as it echoed in the room. Harry knew his shield would only last 10-15 seconds so he took a chance to observe what was happening. Rodolphus and Rabastan were watching with smirks but they had their wands out, wary of the show of power had produced. Snape and Zabini were watching in a corner, while discussing something heatedly. Snape caught Harry's eyes and he gave a small nod of encouragement. Harry's eyes drifted to Nott, who was pointing his wand out at Harry. Several Guards were keeping the crowd back and Harry saw Narcissa and Bellatrix talking rapidly to some 4th years and 5th years. His eyes were thrown back to the present as his bronze shield began to buckle under the strain of too many curses. As it collapsed Harry unleashed a wave of molten lava that would give 3-degree burns to anyone who was hit by it. Several guards threw up shields and others began to shoot jets of water at the flamethrower wand. Harry smirked and flicked his wrist. Wandless magic was very draining but Harry could use minor spells on it, not the advanced Dark Arts that he needed to use to win. The effect of Harry's spell was immediate as a burly guards armor cracked as dints appeared from the pounding spell. Usually used for pounding dough it was effective as the guard fell down under the blows of the invisible pounder.

Harry released his spell and before anyone could react he has whipped his wand down and laughed as a whip like flame uncoiled from his wand and wound against a person. The person dropped his wand and screamed as the flames burnt into his armor and onto flesh. Harry released the spell and summoned every wand that had been dropped. He shrunk them and out them in his pocket. There were only 12 guards left and Harry was confident he could take them on.

Rodolphus watched furiously and with a hint of growing respect as Riddle battled his way through his legions. He had already taken down half of his supposed invincible army. Not even the Marauders, who were considered the most powerful Gryffindor's at the school, could achieve such a feat and display of raw magic, power and technique. Riddle smirked in his direction and Rodolphus lost it. He summoned the rest of the guards stopping the crowds from coming too close and walked forward with Nott and Rabastan at his side.

Harry watched as Rodolphus, Rabastan and Nott gathered 8 more guards and walked forward. Harry sneered.

"So, it looks like your fighters aren't up to scratch. Pity, I thought it would be a challenge today." Harry was bluffing here, using intimidation skills. He knew that he was outnumbered and if his opponents fumbled under fear then Harry could take an opening.

"You have no chance Riddle." Nott sneered. "We are better than the Slytherin Guards and soon you will know nothing except pain."

"Big words Nott, been reading a dictionary?" Harry mocked. At Nott's confused gaze he sighed. "It's a Muggle book which tells you the meaning of some words."

"DON'T TALK ABOUT FILTHY MUGGLE FILTH IN MY HOUSE!" Rodolphus screeched angrily. Harry saw more than one Slytherin flinch slightly.

Harry smiled. "Don't you get it? Muggleborns and Half bloods, like myself, can be just as powerful as a Pureblood. Voldemort is a Half-blood, did you know that?"

Rabastan hissed angrily at the name. With quick movements that signified an experienced dueler he jabbed his wand and shouted in rage. "CRUCIO!" Harry's eyes widened at the curse and he jumped aside as the most powerful pain curse in existence was directed at him. It missed but Harry didn't care. He looked at Rabastan in astonishment. He wasn't expecting such a full on attack curse like that. This wasn't about the House anymore. This was a full-out war. He drew himself up to full height and with a wave of rage he set himself in a dueling position.

"STUPEFY!" Rabastan said again. The curse leapt from his wand and rushed towards Harry. Harry didn't move and at the last second he waved his wand diagonally, the tip of it touching the curse and absorbing it. With a quick grin he unleashed the curse back out Rabastan, who ducked. The spell hit a guard and this signified the start of the battle.

Harry muttered "Planterio!" and a beam of white light lanced into a guard, knocking him out. With a twirl of his cloak he deflected another 2 spells and ducked as a Crucio curse was sent to him again. Rabastan was pissed off it seemed. Rodolphus transfigured a chair into a solid metal ball and banished it at Harry. He raised his wand at the iron ball and the ball slammed right into the tip, exploding into tiny fragments. Power coursed through his veins as he blocked and returned curses that steadily got more and more powerful. It was no use though, no matter how powerful the curses the fallen guards would just be revived. Harry was soon facing up to 35 students when he was hit by a slashing hex. He cheek as slashed and blood dribbled down his face. Harry cried out. "LUMOS SOLERUM!" And a bright flash blinded everyone, giving Harry enough time to fall back. Nott, who cast a shadow charm, countered the flare and Harry was thrown back on the ground by a well-placed banishing charm. Harry staggered up and with a huge roar, a wave of raw power erupted from his wand, making him stagger. The curse warped the area around itself and sped towards the group.

As it neared all 30 something voices cried. "Protego!" A huge silver shield that was the combined efforts of many shields shimmered into view. The curse hit the shield and disappeared. Harry sent another curse reeking with power and this time the shield broke and the curse exploded in a ball of magical energies. Unfortunately the shield had been strong enough to weaken the curses potency so the explosion only took out 5 guards. Harry was frustrated. There wasn't much he could do without injuring them badly or killing them. He jabbed his wand and muttered "Icestormio!"

A huge wave of ice hit the guards and they staggered back. They responded with a huge barrage of curses and Harry had to conjure a brick wall which was hit by a Reductor shortly after. Some Students from the crowd were starting to join in and Harry was facing even more odds. Sparks emitted from his wand as he sent curse after curse into the crowd. Sheer numbers was backing him into a corner. With a flash of light a bolt of purple magic hit a guard who collapsed as his eyes bled. Several chairs spiraled around the room knocking over guards courtesy of Harry's strong banishing charm. They were soon destroyed. The air was thick with magical energy as Harry muttered a phase in Latin. His wand glowed red and soon barrages of pink thin spikes of magic were being discharged at high speeds. Harry mowed down the first few ranks of the mob. This spell was like a machine gun and a single pink spike cut into the skin like a pin. One was very mild but having dozens hitting you was very painful. Harry relished at their retreat. He stopped the spell and watched as the mob retreated.

"Be warned Rodolphus. I have used spells that would not hurt your guards but soon I will run out of options." Harry said in a silky like voice. He noticed a flash in the corner of his eyes and turned his head sharply. Narcissa, Bellatrix, Snape and Zabini were behind him with their wands raised at him. Harry was shocked until they pointed their wands at the mob and stepped into line with him.

Narcissa watched as Harry dueled his way through a horde of Guards. He was very good and had power but Narcissa could see that he was holding back, not wanting to hurt them too badly. She wanted to growl at him but she knew that if one of the students were hurt badly then Harry could be expelled from Hogwarts. She signaled Bellatrix and discreetly they began to get into position.

Bellatrix was in awe of Harry's dueling skills. He was magnificent but he was being outnumbered. He was also using curses that were easily reversed and no long lasting damage was being done. She felt Narcissa's nudge and walked behind her smirking while fingering her wand. Soon the Dark Sisters would show their skills.

Severus was watching with a detached interest. Riddle was very good, better than anyone in the room but he was being weighed down by the mob. Snape did not join in and the Hierarchy did not expect him to. He was an extremely good dueler and probably ranked third, or now fourth in the house only behind the Dark Sisters and now Harry. He felt a nudge at his side and saw Narcissa standing there. "Yes?" he asked.

"Tell me Severus, do you want to be a lapdog forever? Harry could lead the Slytherin house back into greatness but he needs a little show of support first. Are you in?" Narcissa asked softly.

Snape considered his options. It was not a surprise to see Narcissa enacting a rebellion. She had always been against the Hierarchy and only the Black name had saved her from harsh punishments. But for Severus to rebel as well? People would never suspect such a thing, as Severus was considered loyal. They would never suspect a thing. Snape smirked.

Louise Zabini was watching the duel. She was very good at using transfiguration in a duel and noted that Harry wasn't using much of it. She was impressed and her respect for the boy who had done what most Slytherins dreamed about, rebel against the Cause, was increasing by every second. A tap on her shoulder interrupted her musings and she turned to see Bellatrix Black, a 7th year standing there. "Where do your loyalties lie?" Bellatrix asked.

"To the strongest," Louise replied automatically. Bellatrix smirked.

"Then what are we waiting for?"

"What is this?" Rodolphus hissed. The common room had gone quiet as the sight of possibly the 4 strongest amongst them allying with Riddle.

"This is what we want to do." Narcissa stated, her blue eyes shining with passion.

"We do what we want and not what a loser like you wants," Bella said. "We refuse to serve under a crappy leadership such as what you run."

"I am no underdog!" Snape sneered, his coal black eyes shifting from one target to the next.

"My loyalties lie to the strongest and it has become apparent over the last year that your power is fading. I believe that Harry has the power to make Slytherin great again as it used to be." Louise sneered out.

Rodolphus' grip tightened on his wand and his raised his wand. At once every wand was raised in his group. Harry's group raised their wands when 3 more figures joined.

"We decided that we don't like your views," a 5th year boy drawled.

"Especially considering that we are Muggleborns," another said, a 4th year girl.

"So it's time for you retards to leave." The other 5th year boy said.

Soon more people joined Harry's side and more joined Rodolphus' side. When the allying was done Harry had about ¼ of the house and all the 1st years and 2nd years on his side with a few 3rd years and 4th years and the occasional 5th year and two 7th years. Rodolphus had pretty much all the 5th years and most of the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th years on his side. While Harry was outnumbered again, he had the best 4 duelers in the school with him. Tensions were raised as Rodolphus slowly raised his wand.

Chapter Twenty One

Author's Notes:

Shouldn't Harry be able to defeat the Slytherins easily? Of course. Harry could kill every single person in that room without much trouble. However, he doesn't want to seriously hurt them or it would look bad on his part. Harry still has his morals, and while sometimes he might forget them he doesn't want to explain to Albus why there are several dead bodies in the Slytherin common room. Harry was trying to defeat them using less lethal means.

Shouldn't a Teacher come or shouldn't the wards go off? Wait and see.

Where is the Head of House? The Head of house is the Potions Mistress of that time and she ahs no say in the tribunal what so ever.

Aren't you going overboard with the events happening in one day? Maybe, but Lestrange wants Harry to know who is boss. If one person rebels then more people will. not everyone likes the Tribunal ans as you can see, the house is split in different directions. Muggleborns can not say there heritage or they are as good as dead. The Tribunal was trying to make an example. Unfortunately for them, Harry has brains and brawn and is willing to use them.

Harry and Lestrange stared each other down. While Rodolphus was cursing the traitors, Harry was both cursing and praising them. While Harry had more allies on his side they were consisted of first and second years who didn't have the power of knowledge to defend themselves against the rest of the house. Luckily he had Snape, Bell, Narcissa and Zabini on his side. He had heard that Snape knew more curses than the seventh years did when he first arrived at Hogwarts so he had only improved in his stay. He knew that Bella and Narcissa knew a lot of curses and had the power to back them up considering that Bellatrix in the future was Voldemort's top Death Eater and Narcissa was married to Malfoy, who was also a top Death Eater. He didn't know much about Zabini though he had heard that the Zabini's were never involved in the war so he didn't know if he could count on her or not.

Rodolphus smirked. He had the majority of the house on his side and Riddle only had a few older students. The two seventh years, Morrison and Blake, were average duelers. The fifth years were a little better but nothing that he couldn't handle. The main problem lay with the 5 sixth years. Snape was one of the better duelers in the Hierarchy and Zabini was an excellent transfiguration Mistress. While the Black sisters had never fully been active in the Hierarchy, Rodolphus knew that Narcissa was a rune specialist and Bella could rival himself in dueling. He had actually planned to arrange a marriage contract with her but now? He would have to see about a pureblood from another family. While having the Black family under his thumb would be grand, his family was rich enough so he didn't need the money he would get as a dowry. Riddle was the main threat though. He was obviously powerful and even Rodolphus could see that he had been holding back while he was dueling before. Rodolphus looked into Riddle's icy green eyes and raised his hand.

Harry tensed as Rodolphus raised his hand. "Alright listen up. Narcissa, shield the 1st and 2nd years. Bellatrix and Snape, you take out the guards. Zabini, what's your specialty." Harry asked.

"Transfiguration." the petite girl said, her short hair bobbing.

"Great! You distract them with whatever you can think of. I'll take out the Hierarchy." Harry commanded. Although Harry just wanted to be normal, he had accepted that he was special and it could be seen shining through right at that moment as Harry went into his natural leader phase. And more to his credit the normally proud pureblooded heirs of the greatest families in the wizarding world listened to him.

Bellatrix and Snape tensed and their hands gripped their wands. Zabini smirked and pivoted on her heel while taking a step back, her wand raised and ready. Narcissa stepped in front of the younger students, ready to ward them and Harry reached into a fallen guards pocket and pulled out his secondary wand. He gripped his two wands and when Rodolphus lowered his hand and gave the order to attack, Harry had already shot off 5 curses.

Flashes of light blasted from both sides. While Rodolphus and his gang were approaching rapidly, any opponent who came near Bellatrix and Snape were taken down with practiced ease as the two pureblood dueled. Bellatrix was always moving, her hair whipping behind her as she twirled out of the way of curses and sent lances of magic back at them. She rarely stayed still and her violet eyes would flash every time she hit someone with a hex. Snape on the other hand, rarely moved. He preferred summoning shields or conjuring obscure items to intercept curses and hexes. When he did move, he would send a barrage of curses in the Hierarchy's direction and quickly run to his next appointed spot. Together the two made a formidable defense.

When Rodolphus had lowered his arm Narcissa and Zabini quickly moved the 1st and 2nd years into a big group. Narcissa traced a complex set of runic symbols into the air and then some on the ground. When she was done the runes glowed and a large pink bubble that encompassed the group shot up. Narcissa then started deflecting any curses that would damage the shield or that were aimed at her. She flipped her hair over her shoulder as she reflected a particularly nasty curse back at an unsuspecting 7th year. She smirked as the boy fell over in pain. Zabini, true to her word, transfigured everything that could transfigured to cause a distraction. Wood became clown dolls, clothes became gorillas and spoons became desk drawers. All the while Harry was dealing with his own troubles.

Harry muttered curse after curse as he fought his way to Rodolphus, knocking down person after person. He had to conjure a shield as a group of four 7th years sent four different curses at him at the same time. The curses shimmered and disappeared upon contact with the shield. Harry jabbed his wand at a person and the 7th year soon found out what it felt like to fly...right across the room and into the wall. Harry smirked and waved his wand and the remaining group of three were lifted in the air like they were on an invisible fishing line. They also discovered how flying felt as they were sent hurtling into the guard ranks.

Rabastan smirked and with a spiral of his wand the 3rd year screamed as a splatter of blood hit the floor when his pores of his skin started bleeding. He turned to another Rebel and had to duck as a wave of hot magic washed over his head. He muttered a spell and the Rebel was flung backwards, scratches and cuts lacerating his body. Rabastan was having a hell of a time. He whipped his wand and shouted. "OBLIVERTO!" at a group of 2nd years that had strayed across the shield. The destruction curse buckled from his wand and sped towards the shaking group. One girl was brave enough to raise her shaking hand and utter "Protego!" The curse strained against the shield and smashed through. When this curse would hit the group of rebels, it would most likely break every bone in their body. It never had a chance to hit them though.

Harry saw a destruction curse break through a flimsy shield. With a muttered curse he stunned the Guard he was fighting and pointed his wand at the curse. He flicked it and a white bolt of magic collided with the destruction curse. A brief flare of light illuminated the room before it died down. Harry rushed towards the fallen rebels and banished them into the shielded section of the room. He turned quickly to see a orange curse heading towards him. With great reflexes he waved his wand in a slashy upwards movement. As the tip of the wand hit the curse it glowed and the curse disappeared. Harry spun around and bring the wand down directly at Rabastan.

Rabastan smirked as Riddle turned his back towards him. He raised his wand and muttered. A bright orange curse sped towards Riddle. Rabastan watched in anticipation as the curse was about to make contact. Just as it was about to hit, Riddle turned sharply and bought his wand up in a sword-like movement. The curse hit his wand and it glowed before Riddle spun around and thrust his wand in his direction. Rabastan stepped back in panic as Riddle's wand flared. The last thing he saw that night was a bright orange flare as the curse collided with his body.

Harry sneered at Rabastan's unconscious body. He turned to see Regulus Black facing him with a determined lift of his chin.

"Give up Riddle." Regulus said. Harry raised an eyebrow.

"That's the best you can come up with?" Harry mocked. Regulus snarled.

"STUPEFY!" he shouted in rage. The red beam collided with Harry's shield and rebounded off it and into a wall.

"EXPELLIARMUS!" Regulus shouted again. Again Harry blocked it. Regulus snarled and jumped at Harry. Harry took a step backwards and fell to the ground when Regulus jumped at him. Regulus was punching and elbowing him with all his might and Harry brought his hands to protect his face. Regulus jumped back and flourished his wand.

"TORMNETA!" Regulus bellowed and Harry had to duck the sickly black curse.

"Refelcto!" Harry muttered and Regulus' next curse hit a shield...and with the sound of a cork being popped, the curse bounced back and hit Regulus dead on. He dropped like a limp rag and Harry gave a fleeting thought of what the curse had been, when he saw the shield being attacked.

Narcissa gritted her teeth as hexes and curses were aimed at the shield she had put up. She couldn't hold this up much longer and after this was over, she would need several Pepper-Up potions to restore her drained magic. Zabini was the same, resting on the wall with beads of sweat on her forehead. Bellatrix and Snape were being pushed back and were sending curses that were severely weakened. Only Harry seemed to be in tip-top shape. He was currently weaving around Regulus and looked to be enjoying himself.

As another wave of Reducto curses slammed into the shield and it wavered under the barrage. Harry strode forward and flicked his wand at a nearby couch. It levitated then shot through the lines of the Slytherin Hierarchy, scattering them. He waved his wand and brought it back to his chest, before thrusting it out and a series of magical bursts came out in thin pink beams. Harry grinned as the Hierarchy broke rank and ran away.

Rodolphus growled with rage as his brother was cursed. That Riddle had some nerve coming in here and destroying all his hard work. It had taken him a long time to suppress those who didn't like the Hierarchy, and now they had joined Riddle. Thankfully it was mostly younger kids who hadn't been fully conditioned but he had somehow gotten the 5 most powerful students here. Bellatrix and Narcissa Black had never been on his side. He had refrained from trying to force them because he knew of their families' power and wealth. He was considering asking his Father to arrange a marriage contract for him with Bellatrix but now he thought better.

As Riddle began decimating his ranks near the shield, Rodolphus raised his wand and smirked. "Crucio!" he uttered.

Harry turned sharply at the sound of the Unforgivable and bought his wand up. With a short jab, he sent a pillar of magic at the curse, deflecting both of them at the wall. However, it was not only the wall that was damaged but the wards. The Slytherin Common room had always had a privacy ward up and a Silencing ward up ever since Rodolphus gained Leadership of the Hierarchy from Lucius Malfoy. They were gone. Which meant that when Dumbledore and Professor Moon stepped in the room, everyone was surprised.

"Well Shit." Harry mumbled.
