Kyle stood near window in a dazed state.
He had just drawn the curtains to allow the evening light come in. He found a parchment paper among the bundle the maid girl had brought him, he needed light to see what was written on it.
But when he turned around and stopped short.
The room he was in screamed royalty and luxury. When he was told this was the crown prince's room he had expected some level of prestige and power. Anything but this. This was no room for a maid it was even bigger than his own room in his past life.
The room was furnished in what he had guessed was the color of the royal family and the castle—red, black and gold.
A king sized bed with a canopy stood at the middle of it all. But he noticed the touch of a woman here and there. Like the purple flowers that stood on the desk and almost every corner of the room—still fresh somehow.
'So that's why he couldn't stay.'
