He gritted his teeth, but a part of him sighed in relief, thinking,
'If Lana is truly out here for money, I can give it to her as long as that is what she wants. It means I won't have to end up in a police station.'
He nodded and told her the entire story.

Ezra's eyes widened in surprise, and he asked, "What do you mean?"
