Boom! Boom! Boom!
Thirty magma bombs roared through the air, converging into a massive net of fire the infamous Lava Sky Net!
This was Sakazuki's signature technique, flawlessly replicated by Vegapunk, with every ounce of its destructive power intact.
The crimson flames reflected on the frozen surface below, turning this battlefield into a vision of hell.
"Not on my watch!"
Katakuri shouted, slamming both arms onto his ship's deck.
"Awakened Mochi Hell!"
Sticky white mochi poured from the ship in a furious torrent, layer upon layer, instantly forming a thick, towering wall between him and Jin.
"Flame Dragon Emperor!"
Jin drew his sword, and his wings flared violently behind him, engulfing him in black flames. On the blade, a vivid dragon of fire coiled and roared, charging at the molten sky net with a ferocious slash.
Boom!
The fire dragon clashed violently with the lava net midair.
The mochi wall took several direct hits, sizzling as it burned and melted. Despite their combined strength, a few magma bombs still slipped through, crashing into the pirate fleet behind.
"Ahhh !!"
"Help! It's burning! It's burning!!"
The screams cut through the icy expanse. The frozen pirate ships, immobilized and trapped, had become perfect targets.
Magma bombs struck, instantly igniting the wooden vessels, turning them into towering bonfires. Those hit directly were vaporized in unbearable heat before they could even scream.
Those nearby, unlucky enough to be splashed by molten rock, had flesh melting on the decks, writhing in agony until death claimed them.
The air reeked of charred meat and pungent sulfur.
This was hell on earth.
"Damn it!"
Katakuri's teeth ground together at the horrifying scene before him.
Beneath his mask, Jin's eyes were equally dark, reflecting the same familiar despair.
It was the same ruthless, calculated strategy as during the Summit War.
First wave: freeze the seas, eliminate mobility and escape, turn the battlefield into a prison.
Second wave: massive area-of-effect assault, absolute firepower to wipe out lesser troops, spread chaos and terror.
Then… the final strike.
Whoosh!
As if to confirm their guess, thirty streamlined, faintly golden Pacifistas moved into action.
PX-Light!
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
Thirty golden beams blinked into existence inside the chaotic pirate formation. They raised their arms, fingertips glowing with deadly light.
Lethal laser beams, like scythes of death, began harvesting lives across the battlefield.
Every beam pierced a pirate's skull. Every beam claimed a life. Every beam delivered an unavoidable sentence of death.
Not one missed.
It was a cold, efficient, emotionless execution.
The pirates' pride in their Armament Haki was meaningless against these beams of extreme penetration; their defenses were paper-thin in comparison.
"No… don't come near me!"
A pirate with a bounty over a hundred million Berries saw a golden killing machine blink before him. Fear froze him in place, and he tried to flee.
The moment he leapt…
Crack!
The air beneath him instantly froze. A blue PX-ICe appeared from nowhere, trapping his legs in ice.
He screamed, struggling to break free.
Boom!
A magma bomb struck nearby, forcing him to abandon his escape, wildly swinging his blade.
As the explosion's shockwave shook him violently…
Pfft!
A golden laser silently pierced his chest from behind.
…
He froze, staring at the smoking hole in his chest. Life drained from his eyes.
Three different models of the new Pacifistas, executing textbook tactics in perfect coordination, had effortlessly eliminated a minor but notorious pirate in the New World.
…
On the flagship, Katakuri and Jin felt an icy chill wash over them.
They watched their elite subordinates fall like wheat under a sickle.
For the first time, a sensation called helplessness gripped their throats with terrifying clarity.
It was over.
The Marines' new war machines alone had this terrifying level of coordinated combat efficiency.
They both looked up to the sky.
Kaido and Big Mom were still locked in battle with Garp and Sengoku, energy collisions tearing the heavens, the outcome still uncertain.
But their eyes returned to the towering fortress.
Hawk. Borsalino. Zephyr.
The three true admiral-level powers had yet to make their move.
Woo Woo Woo !!
At that moment, the G-5 base's alarm sounded again.
From the lookout tower, a Marine monitoring the radar shouted, his voice trembling with shock.
"Report!"
"Rear of the base… spotted… a small fleet approaching!!"
"The flags… they bear the World Government's emblem!!!"
The report hit like a stone thrown into a calm lake, sending ripples of shock across the command.
…
Across the world, everyone watching the battle froze in confusion and unease.
The World Government?
Why were they coming?
The live feed seemed to sense their thoughts, shifting abruptly to the rear sea of G-5.
There, a modest-sized fleet, each ship radiating supreme authority in pure white, was breaking through the waves, slowly advancing.
At the head, the flagship was massive and magnificent, the bow adorned with the World Government emblem.
As the camera zoomed in on the deck, the world fell silent.
Five figures stood calmly.
Different-colored suits, some holding swords, others leaning on canes, others standing with hands behind their back.
They did nothing. Yet merely standing there, they radiated an aura as if they were the center of the world, the embodiment of ultimate power.
An elderly man in a white robe, holding the first-generation Onigiri sword.
A gold-haired, gold-bearded elder, a scar across his chest.
A bald man with a handlebar mustache, bearing a birthmark on his forehead.
A white-haired elder, face solemn and lined with age.
An elder with white curly hair, a scar over the left side of his face, wearing a flat cap.
Behind them stood a man dressed in Tenryuubito attire, holding a legendary blade, exuding pride.
Supreme Commander of the Celestial Knights, Figarando Garin Saint!
…
"The World Government's highest authority the Five Elders?!"
