Erick was the guy who contacted Kevin and offered him money to kidnap people.
Knowing he'd have to find this guy on his own, Peter didn't tell the authorities about his existence, and it's only now, with Alfred's help, that he's been able to find him.
Peter moved quickly and reached the building where Erick was.
The place was a mid-range area, with a low crime rate.
This particular building was occupied by many people without suspicion and without any problems.
Before entering the building, Peter entered the mirror dimension to spy on more internal defenses.
The Mirror Dimension is a parallel dimension within the multiverse.
This dimension is identical to reality, but what happens here will not affect the real dimension.
Because of this, it is used to practice magical skills and fight enemies without the public's knowledge.
Already in the mirror dimension, Peter entered the building and discovered everything he wanted to enter the building without being discovered in reality.
He left the mirror dimension and subtly entered the building.

This building was their base in the area.
