It was just a bunch of people pretending to help her while attempting to keep her in the dark. She'd been prepared for an ambush and instead of finding out that they were just embarrassed to admit how bad their situation was and not the fact that they were working with the E.A.G. was a perk. She considered it a successful mission, no one was hurt, and she wasn't stressed anymore.
Kellen felt slighted that the issue was solved so easily, but given the issue of the Guides…maybe he should be happy with that.
