The Nation's Gentleman continued to comfort his sister.
With an unbiased perspective and tone, it was rather persuasive.
"Artie is definitely not the girl closest to Master Sean Lowell; Summer is. I'm sorry, brother, it's all my fault. I lost our sister-in-law." Artie and Leo had nothing much to hide.
Even Artie herself wasn't sure if she was crying because she lost Master Sean Lowell, or because she lost her sister-in-law.
Or perhaps it was both.
"Summer? She spoils you so much, she would never. If Artie wants her sister-in-law back, then brother will start working hard from now on, okay?"
Artie glanced at Leo, finding that he wasn't as keen as she was, so she didn't want to pass her despair onto him: "Mm-hmm, brother is still the best."
If it weren't for her meddling in matchmaking, wouldn't it be easy for the Nation's Gentleman to find someone to love?
Artie finally fell into an exhausted sleep.
